You can spend the day at the beach and then come home to hang out at your own private pool and after dinner relax in the hot tub and enjoy the night sky. For the game enthusiast in your group there is a rec room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and a card table and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, so need to run to the kitchen for snacks and drinks. Six bedrooms offer private baths so everyone has plenty of space and privacy. The great room is spacious and has 2 dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare some delicious meals. No need to carry luggage and groceries up the steps when there is an elevator that has access to all levels. Mid-level covered deck and top-level sun decks will be the perfect place to chill and catch up reading your favorite books.

Recent upgrades include a 16' x 33' fiberglass pool along with an additional 500 sq. ft. of pool decking. Additions also include an expanded poolside cabana, landscaping work, more shaded areas, and larger sun decks with additional outdoor furniture.

Ocean Hill is located near the end of the island so you will be just a short ride to the four-wheel drive beaches if you want to try and catch a glimpse of the wild horses. There is lots to do and see in Corolla so try some of our local restaurants, unique shops, and outdoor activities.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.
