Family Vacation

Great place to stay! Location was excellent, very short drive to the beach. The house was wonderful, we especially liked the beach chairs and sand toys. We also loved the indoor pool (it was nice and warm).

Everything was exactly how we expected. Super clean, the hosts were very nice letting us check in early and check out late. We had an amazing time at the resort and tiki bar. So many amenities, and super close to the beach. This trip had everything we could ask for and more!

First family beach trip in 5 years!

We had an amazing time. It was easy to get to beaches , restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. Was crowded but it was 4th of July so we expected that. Would definitely stay again and suggest this property to others! Thank you again for letting us stay at your place!

quick getaway

we stayed for 3 days - great property and great hosts. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedroom sizes were great and the bathrooms were all well maintained. The public beach access is walkable- bring a beach buggy:) - But the pools on site are fantastic as well and literally steps away.

Latitude adjustment

We had an amazing time here. There was entertainment evey night and so much to do that was not far at all. The house was very clean and very cozy. My friends and I will definitely be back.

Great place for friends or family

Spacious and welcoming. Property was as advertised and purple parrot amenities were an added bonus. Large dining room table allowed us to all eat together and play board games. Bedrooms wear large and each have their own bath. Would definitely stay again. Close to NAS for navy families.

Getaway for Momma

This property had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. We enjoy cooking and there was NOTHING that we needed to “bring” (crockpot, waffle iron, great quality cookware, keurig and regular coffee maker). This is one of the best we’ve stayed in so far in 4yrs. And, we’d definitely recommend it.

Lovely cottage and amenities, comfy beds and pillows. Yay beach towels! Thank you for having a few cleaning supplies. Freezer needs a little cleaningloved the live music in the tiki bar and good chicken wings. Thank you for sharing your lovely place love the book of suggested restaurants etc!

Nice Home

The house was really clean. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed the live music every night. The property was close to Johnson Beach which was really nice and had clean facilities. The only negative thing that I have to say about the property is how close the homes are together. At 3am we could hear people partying and they woke us up multiple times. But other than that this home was perfect!

Property cleanliness

Pool cleanliness was poor. Also onsite bathrooms were horrible. Trash everywhere. Literally feces on toilet and doors.

Bridget, I am so sorry for your experience with the Tiki Bar’s bathroom. While I can submit a complaint to HOA, we have no direct control of the Tiki Bar’s restrooms.

Spring Break Perdido Keys

upon entering the home, it had a smell to it. The couch was not a pull out as I thought it was and the freezer was so iced up you couldn't use the freezer. Overall, it was a beautiful home, and the kids had a great time in the pool. Very short ride to the beach. I didn't like that it was behind the other homes and when being on the porch all you can see was the home in front of you.

Everything I hoped it would be

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Latitude Adjustment. The description of the property was spot on. It had everything we needed from toiletries to towels to kitchenware. Very quiet neighborhood. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great and that tiki bar was rocking every night! Loved the screened in porch downstairs and the deck upstairs.. perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail! The walk to the beach was quick and easy. By far my favorite vacation home so far and couldn't have been happier with our stay. My only small small nitpick would be to have better lighting around the house numbers only because we arrived in the evening and it was difficult to see the numbers from the road. But we found it without too many trips around the neighborhood. All in all, I hope to stay here again in the summer when we come back to Florida! Thank you for allowing us to call your home ours for a while. The memories will last a lifetime!

Marisa’s beach house was absolutely magical! She answered any questions I had immediately and was so kind. The beds and pillows are comfy, the house is clean and well stocked and the location cannot be beat! Thank you so much for a much needed vaca from a single mama of three!

The host of this property was very attentive, responding quickly to inquiries. The resort could use some refreshing especially in the pool areas. All in all we had a very nice stay.
