Brand new listing at Purple Parrot offers an impressive selection of amenities for guests. There is something for everyone. After a day of fun in the sun at the nearby beach access or the remarkable Gulf Islands National Seashore Park, come back to the picturesque resort with it;s charming architecture and hang out in Perdido Key's one and only Lagoon Style Pool and enjoy the waterfall. The Purple Parrot Tiki Bar is located poolside for guest convenience and entertainment. One reason for the popularity of Purple Parrot is the Tiki Bar schedules great live music performances throughout the Summer. There is also a hot tub, a heated indoor pool and a fitness room for guests to enjoy.
Just so you know, porches are a thing at the Parrot. Guests love the individual personalities of the fun "perches" for Parrot People. It is fun and relaxing to sit on the private screened porches on a cute street and savor the day while sipping a refreshing beverage or grilling a burger on the community grills. Want a little more activity? Guests of PKRM are invited to enjoy complimentary free activities like free golf at Lost Key Golf Course, a local dolphin cruise, sunset cruise, deep sea fishing or admission to OWA Amusement Park, all available via PKRM's exclusive Keys To Fun Program. There is also lots of shopping, all kinds of dining and local attractions waiting to be explored in nearby Orange Beach, Alabama or Downtown Pensacola.
This Purple Parrot is new to our rental program and is sure to be a very popular unit. 3 bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of 6, that includes all adults and all children. This interior is updated and looks like a model home. The modern kitchen has been remodeled and offers new appliances, a farmhouse sink and attractive finishes. The family room is well appointed and tastefully decorated, as is the entire house. The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers a separate shower and large garden tub. Get a great night's sleep on a King sized bed. The guest rooms offer a Queen sized bed and the 3rd room has twin beds. The guest rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and there is a half bath that serves downstairs. This unit is sure to book quickly so make your reservation as soon as possible.
