About this property

This tidy and well presented unit, is close to all the things that make a holiday great! Located between Kings Beach and Happy Valley, this is the ideal location for those that love the sun and surf. Breathe in the fresh sea air from the balcony and take in the water views.

Walk to the park and enjoy a bbq while the kids entertain themselves on the extensive play equipment, and afterwards, soak up the rays and spend a lazy afternoon on the beach. If you are keen for some retail therapy, walk to the Caloundra CBD and browse in the many shops, boutiques and specialty stores on offer.

There are also many restaurants and cafes on the main street with much variation to satisfy the whole family. At the end of each day, why not cap it off with a dip in the Complex pool. For the ideal location and fantastic accommodation, this is the place for you!

The lounge room consists of 2 x 3 seater lounge & 1 recliners, a television The dining room has a dining setting to suit 6. The modern kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils. The main bedroom contains a queen bed, built in wardrobe and an ensuite.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are also set with a queen bed and a built in wardrobe in each room. The bathroom comprises of toilet, shower over bath and a vanity unit. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum.

There is a balcony off the lounge room and the main bedroom, a single lock up garage, the unit is situated on the 1st level, and there is a BBQ and pool in the complex.

Linen is included for all bookings made after the 1st December 2022, If you booked prior to this linen is not provided. Information on linen hire service will be provided at time of booking.
Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.

Kokomo

A few glitches - no water on the first morning- hadn’t been notified of work being done, garage door controls (2) didn’t work and had to get maintenance out with new control, one of the venetian blinds kept falling down. Generally well maintained and equipped and in a great location. Unfortunately due to Covid lockdowns 2 of the 3 people weren’t able to come and since there was no refund and no possibility of deferring to another date the money would have been lost.

One bed very hard, no air conditioning so probably wouldn’t stay again in summer. Perhaps agent needs to stress the fact linen not provided. But generally happy with what we got for our money
