Fantastic Location and Great Condo

We loved staying in Key Allegro and Pats condo was perfect! Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, loved hanging out on the back patio and watching the boats and the sunset. Close to HEB and other shops and restaurants, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Pat was easy to work with and stayed in communication when needed. The condo has everything you need. Great bedding set up, plenty of towels, blankets, and modern decor. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Our family had an amazing stay here! It was the perfect spot for a summer getaway and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Great communication

Everything at the property was just as I thought it would be and more. There were lots of extras beach towels, linens, bath towels, spices and condiments for fridge. It helpes this mama have less stress. Check in was smooth and property was at a great location. Would stay here again.

Girls Celebrating 70th

Location great. Wish we had brought our tennis rackets. Enjoyed the pool and sitting on the back porch. I think it would be pretty tight with 8 adults. Super for the 4 of us. Hope to return next year for Hummingbird Festival.

Our Key Allegra Vacation 2023

The condo was a dream come true. Everything was perfect. We had stayed in this condo before Hurricane Harvey so it felt like coming home. The condo spotless ,clean and comfortable. Our family vacation was enjoyed by all of us. The fishing from the back of the condo was enjoyed and sitting on the back porch very nice.

Awesome Anniversary Getaway

From the moment we booked, Pat the property owner was great! Very clean and spacious, lovely condo! Loved the shower in the master bedroom! Very well stocked condo and had everything we needed to make our weekend perfect. Boat slip is just steps from the back porch. And the porch is wonderful for enjoying the evening breeze, has plenty of seating and furniture for relaxing. Bring bug spray for sure, it’s been rainy lately and the Rockport mosquitoes are out like crazy this time of year! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo, we look forward to visiting again soon!

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Dock of the Bay Condo rental was EVERYTHING our little group of friends could have asked for AND more! Of course, we knew it was going to be great with an Aggie dish towel hanging in the kitchen! Gig'em! Pat was amazing to work with and this rental was definitely one of our favorite vacation spots to date. Putting our feet up and relaxing on the back porch next to the water was absolutely amazing....so very peaceful. We felt right at home. Will definitely book again soon!

Great location to relax or enjoy the sights.

My family had a great time. The Dock of the Bay had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and not to far from Mustang Island and Corpus Christi. My teens had a great experience at Rockport Beach as they were able to get within 10 feet of a small group of dolphins on their paddleboards.

Amazing Host

Pat went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I had a fantastic stay at his beautiful condo on the water to celebrate our anniversary! He genuinely cared about us and wanted us to have a good time. I highly recommend to stay at this property for a getaway to the Texas coast!

We grew up going to Key Allegro and fishing all around the area. We bought this property because we love to fish, boat, and enjoy the water. The restaurants in Rockport are great and the overall feel of this small town is better than other coastal areas. Also, the views are incredible year round. It is so peaceful!

It is rare to find a compact, luxury fishing property on the water with restaurants, grocery, and retail so close. Its the best of both worlds where rugged meets comfort!
