PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, PILLOWS AND LINENS FOR DOUBLE BEDS. YOU MUST BRING TOWELS AND TOILETRIES (including toilet paper, and soaps/shampoo and cleaning supplies) AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. Each mattress is covered with a freshly washed cover, protector and must not be removed.

KITCHENS: OUR KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES, MUGS, CUTLERY AND SOME COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS. THERE IS A STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER. EACH COTTAGE HAS THEIR OWN BARBECUE WITH PROPANE TANK AND A PICNIC TABLE.

Turn off any fans and air conditioner. Shut and lock all windows. Return Parking Pass and keys into the bag on the wall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All rules and regulations must be followed as stated on our website and rental agreement to guarantee return of security deposit.
MUST FOLLOW ALL THE WASAGA BEACH BY-LAWS. ESPECIALLY THE NOISE RESTRICTION RULE -quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am.
All guests MUST conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful and NOT offensive to the neighbours.

Small and spartan but functional. No water view. TV was unwatchable because the screen had a heavy flicker. I notified the property management and they said they would notify the owners and after that that it would be replaced and they ordered a new tv but they never replaced it. We didn’t go there to watch tv but still.

Nice little cottage on the beach

Two bedrooms, no linens and towels (as stated in description), bring your soap and toilet paper. Coffee machine needs whole bean coffee. The air conditioning is in the living room only but it's very strong, if you leave bedroom doors open you might need a warmer blanket, so it's great. Warm water in the shower runs out after two quick showers until the boiler warms up some more. 1-2min walk to the beach. Found some shards of glass from bottles in the sand, near BBQ machine, so wear your flip flops. Responsive property manager. Would come back.

Super bel endroit ! Bel emplacement, tranquilité sur la plage. Mini maison parfaite ! Le seul "hic" princesse s'abstenir. Nous lavions la vaisselle avant de l'utiliser car elle semblait sale, le filtre de la cafetière était plein de vieux café et ultra sale. Je l'ai décrassé moi même. La douche et la toilette n'avaient clairement pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée. J'y retournerais malgré tout mais attendez-vous à peut-être devoir faire un petit menage ! ;)

L'emplacement du chalet était parfait, à quelques pas de la plage. L'ensemble du chalet était propre et bien pensé. Nous avons passé 4 jours à 6 personnes et nous avons été satisfait, malgré une journée de pluie où nous ne nous marchions quand meme pas sur les pieds, vu la disposition du chalet. Nous retournerons assurément à cet endeoit. L'hôte est rapide à répondre, flexible, accomodant et se souci du bien-être de ses vacanciers.

Great beach getaway

Sandpiper resorts is a perfect beach getaway for Family and Friends! we went with a group of 5 adults and enjoyed the beach as there was lots of space for all guests and its only a 10min walk down the beach to the main strip! the cottage was amazing and all appliances were new! are only regret was only booking for one night, next year we will be back for a longer stay! check in was a breeze and Susan was easy to get a hold of for any questions we had.

The most convenient place to stay!

The beach was perfect, not crowded...cabins are footsteps away from the beach making it so easy to zip back for lunch or a forgotten item! Cabins have everything needed to stay! Cant wait for next year to come back again!
