Its amazing amenities and close proximity to downtown and outdoor adventures make it the ideal place to stay during your vacation in Moab. In the warmer months, experience hiking, biking, kayaking, parks, and other exciting activities by day, then settle into your well-stocked, exquisitely decorated Moab vacation property at night with its open floor-plan, community pool and spa, and comfortable entertaining and sleeping accommodations. In the colder months enjoy lower rates and less crowds with cross-country and backcountry skiing, winter hiking, winter biking, and shopping just a short distance away!

We spent Thanksgiving week at this wonderful condo. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy family feasts together- the kitchen had everything we needed! Professional and super courteous interactions from the hosts were always experienced. Thanks Jo for helping us find our condo, and making sure we were settled in ok ! My family were glad we stayed here and look forward to coming back !

We loved the property. It was very clean. The living space on the first floor was awesome. Great big kitchen table. Fun for game playing. Would definitely recommend/stay there again.

This place had everything covered!

Outside of having shampoo and conditioner and body wash available they also had toiletries you wouldn’t have considered to be normally available in any other rental or even a hotel. This place was very clean, and so much bigger in person than it looks online! There were an additional six fold out mattress pads for guests to sleep on if needed, and they were actually very nice sleeping pads. The owner was very quick to respond and communicate communicated really well. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place in Moab!!!

Wow- We were a group of 7 adults and every single one of us was impressed. We would definitely rebook in the future. This place was beautifully appointed and furnished. It had everything we needed and some extras. (My husband wants to move there!) The support staff was incredibly communicative and responsive. Thanks for an amazing accommodation!

Too many small beds

So many small beds & not enough parking. Only one king bed and the others were all kid beds in a 4 bedroom house. Otherwise it was clean and nice & close to downtown. Which is what we were looking for. Parking /driveway held two cars and was short, so it did NOT fit a full size truck. Pool & HotTub were a nice add on, but needed to walk around the other side of the block to get to it. All in all had a wonderful stay.

Desert Delight

Easy access to national parks and the town of Moab. The unit was very clean, well stocked and smelled amazing! The bikes were a great touch and not expected. We enjoyed our time….never made it to the pool or hot tub but they looked nice 😊

This is a very well-managed property with cordial and attentive hosts. The layout was ideal for our group of 14 from 4 families. The proximity to Arches, Dead Horse, and Canyonlands was extremely convenient. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and expected. Highly recommended!

Family trip

We had a wonderful stay. A comforting base camp to return to after our outings to parks. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed family meals, games, a puzzle and movies.

Great place close to all the fun stuff

We cooked all our meals. Had just about everything we needed. Could have used a couple more baking glass cookware. One thing I really liked was their “as you leave” policy. Usually these VRBO’s have you strip all the beds and bring all the linen and towels to the laundry. It was nice not to have to do that. And that is the way it should be with the price of the cleaning fee. The trash receptacle was a bit out the way. We had to cram the bags into our already filled vehicle and drive over there. Other than that we had a great time.

Perfect Setup - Best Stocked Vacation Rental

Perfect setup for a large group of friends and family in town for mountain biking and bouldering. The location is easy to get to and there was plenty of room for excess vehicle parking between the garage, driveway, and street. The garage was fantastic to have for space to keep bikes. This is the best stocked vacation rental I have been to - kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of bath towels, pool towels, and linens. The bedroom setup was hands down the best option for everyone having their own bed to sleep in. The place is very clean and well maintained. The check-in and check-out communication and process were smooth. We would definitely stay at this property again. Everyone was happy with the accomodations. Thank you for making such a great group space available for rent!

Fantastic unit - Wonderful experience

Five Stars!!! We can't recommend this unit highly enough. Clean, large, well stocked and great location. Great communication before and during our stay. Lot's of thoughtful extras. Kitchen very well stocked with lots of dishes, pans and cooking equipment. Over the top friendly and helpful renters. Great value for the money. Master bedroom was very large and comfortable. Bathroom and closet every big and well designed. We all were very comfortable and had a great stay - I would highly recommend and we will certainly stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Nice choice in Moab

Was in Moab for a work/play trip for 3 nights, and everyone was pleased with our unit, 420b. We would definitely stay there again on a trip to Moab.

Wonderful Place

We are an off road company that brought our employees to off road for a few days. We had a great time. The place was perfect for us. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
