Very comfortable stay for our family of 5 adults/ teens

We had 2 rooms for our family. Staff were very kind and friendly. Safe area. Great restaurant on site with delicious breakfasts, great coffee and coconut water.

beautiful place as you sed in the photos...Vin is a fantastic host...his staff aswell were awesome!

Nice n quiet..onli downfall is a bit far from eatery places..The rooms are spacious and 3 double beds can slerp up to 6 people...Thankyou so much Vin for having us!

We stayed in the two-story villa, with three rooms and two bathrooms. There is no kitchen but the rooms have small fridges, a microwave and a kettle. Loved the privacy and coziness of the place, rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach was not for swimming and some days was trashed with garbage from the sea which no one cared to clean. This spoiled the impression of otherwise serene place. We enjoyed spending evenings in the comfortable lounge listening the waves and rain. Service and restaurant on site were great, swimming pool amazing. For us it was a great value for money.

Family vacation

My family and I stayed at the property in August of 2022. We received a friendly greeting from Vin and staff and easily checked into our room. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel most days during our stay, the food was delicious, with a variety of western and eastern dishes. Vin recommended activities for us and we were able to receive transportation from the staff. We were initially surprised to see that there was no television in the room, but we really didn’t spend enough time in our room to watch tv, we were out enjoying our vacation!

Disappointing Vacation in Tahiland

The actual resort was far less than what the pictures portrayed on the website. Only thing that was good about the place was the staff who were very kind and helpful. The A/C did not work well, the mattresses were so hard might as well slept on the floor, food was so so. Spent as much time as we could away from the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless major changes were made to the resort

However, we understand your concerns regarding the air conditioning as sometimes errors happens and we fix it as soon as possible, softer extra mattresses would be immediately - if you would let us know. Unfortunately some guests don’t say anything during their stay but write bad reviews, instead we could make your holiday instantly better. . Most of our guests loves our food but of course we can’t please everybody’s tastebuds. Your comments are invaluable as they help us identify areas for improvement. So habe ich Thailand kennengelernt: man fährt auf der typischen Hauptstraße, biegt in einen Art Feldweg ab, und plötzlich ist man im Paradies. Personal sehr freundlich, große Auswahl beim Essen, geräumige Zimmer, gute Betten, toller Blick auf Pool, Garten und Meer.

Lovely Property, but not a Condo

We booked this property thinking it was a three bedroom, 2 bathroom CONDO (as stated on the site), which would be perfect for our group of 5 adults and three children. However, this was actually three hotel rooms with no kitchen or indoor common space, which they didn’t list, but we assumed would be there as it was listed as a condo. If we had booked with the intent of having three hotel rooms on the beach, this would be a great property. Beautiful views of the bay, nice restaurant with tasty food at reasonable prices, very nice staff.

I loved all the swings on the property, wind-chimes, pool with sea view, enjoyed sun rise on the porch. The rooms have fantastic view. The restaurants on the street are modest, but they serve very good food for little money.

Private Beach in Thailand in tiny resort setting

Four nights in Phuket - An overall amazing property and experience. Great accommodations, friendly staff, fantastic semi-private location. The property has 4-5 3-bedroom units, along with several one bedroom 'glamping' tents. During our stay, we shared the small resort property with 10-15 other guests. The individual units support plenty of personal privacy, while still giving you the chance to interact with other guests in the on-site restaurant/bar, shared pool, and large private beach. A short 5-10 minute walk places you at a local 7-11, multiple massage locations, or a few different restaurants. 25-30 minutes in a taxi takes you to the other side of the island and drops you in the middle of Bangla Road at Patong Beach. 20 minutes to Big Buddha, 20 minutes to old Phuket. The property is not 'close' to the other attractions, but the privacy of the property is more than worth the few extra minutes you will spend in a taxi...if you ever leave. Besides, it's probably best to be a few minutes away from Patong anyways!! We spent 4 nights here in 3-bedroom Unit B, and loved every part of the experience. The owner Vin was informative and easy to work with, and his staff is friendly and attentive. They arranged taxi transportation when needed, or provided directions and recommendations to other nearby restaurants within walking distance. We spent 3 weeks in Thailand, finished off by these several days in Phuket before returning to Bangkok to fly home. Perfect ending location to unwind and enjoy a few days in a true beach setting.

Magical place by the beach.

This place have spectacular views, villas are double story’s beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms. Very comfortable for 8 persons.Good choice of foods and cocktails at the beach bar. Beach is lovely and private. Area is good for activities.
