We had a wonderful stay! The house was in the perfect location—very close to the airport, which made travel easy, yet situated in a quiet, great neighborhood. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it ideal for our family stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Host was communicative and responsive. This is clearly a home the owner occupies intermittently, or did previously, which meant the kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything you could need.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this amazing property. Everything we needed (and more) was available at the home and the location is excellent. The host was great at communication and for recommendations. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely House

This was a wonderful house in a good location. Very clean and nicely furnished with lots of amenities. Would love to book again next year for graduation but it looks unavailable. Hard to beat this house.

Samuel was a gracious host. His property was new and clean. I will absolutely use his property again if I come back. From sleeping arrangements to family gathering time, everything worked out great. Excellent accommodations.

Great well furnished house

We loved the house. It was spacious and well furnished. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals for the family. Good location with easy access to the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. The owner was very nice and responsive to our questions and concerns.

Comfortable town house

The town house is new, spacious and very comfortable for a large group. My only complaint is that in spite of paying a cleaning and service fee guests are expected to strip beds and take out the trash.

Beautiful and Cozy Townhome

My girlfriends and I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing weekend in this beautiful townhome. Excellent location near Southpoint Mall. Very accommodating and responsive host. Loved the little personal touches such as the welcome sign with my name on it! Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, very well appointed townhome

Samuel's property was the perfect home for our stay in the Durham area. Quiet community with a pool that was just a 2 minute walk from the home. Very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay! Home is even nicer than pictures. The master bedroom has a separate key code to enter and Samuel was prompt in getting back to us with any questions during our stay. Would recommend and happily stay here again!

Beautiful townhome!

Our whole experience was wonderful! The pictures don’t do this brand new property justice. It’s exquisitely appointed, and Samuel was super generous in what he stocked available for us to use. The perfect comfortable retreat. And in a really nice new development conveniently located within a short drive to restaurants and stores. Thank you, Samuel! You were so such a gracious host.
