Grand Caribbean 215
Su relajación de vacaciones comienza tan pronto se le presente la playera, decoración informal de este condominio totalmente actualizado y su vista sin obstáculos del Golfo. Situado en el coraz��n de Orange Beach, Grand Caribbean se encuentra cruzando la calle desde el acceso a la playa pública, que le da una vista de la playa desde el balcón de esta unidad de baño dos dormitorios / dos en el segundo piso.

La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario. Si se aloja en, opciones gastronómicas incluyen cuatro sillas en la mesa de comedor, o la pequeña mesa y sillas en el balcón. Si no quiere cocinar, grandes restaurantes están muy cerca, tanto en Orange Beach y Gulf Shores.

The location of this condo is awesome! There are restaurants, stores, and beach shops within walking distance. Anywhere else you'd want to go is a 5 to 7 minute drive. The condo was clean and the property is family friendly and quietI would replace the cookware as it was old and somewhat scratched up. The sofa in the living room also needs a good cleaning.Overall a nice place.

Condo stay

Overall we were happy with the condo. Location to the beach and restaurants was awesome! Communication with the property manager was minimal. We told them the freezer was leaking and did not get a response.

2024 Summer Vacation

Loved the condo!!! Easiest check ever! Pull up to condo, punch in code to room and you begin your vacation. Check out is the same. Didn’t have to stand in line and pay a deposit. Room was clean and had most accessories. Definitely stay here again!!!

Great location but not clean

The location was great. The check-in process was very easy. It was nice to have a two bedroom with room for six right across from the water. However, we found not one but two pair of thongs, french fries in the hide a bed and condiments in the master bed. We ended up sweeping the floors because the sand on the floors was thick when we went to use the oven. There was food burned on the inside that smelled. It just was not cleaned.

They absolutely provided everything they said they would. No hidden fees no extra charges. The condo was clean and stocked. The towels and bedding were great quality not cheap hotel finds. Any questions I had was answered quickly. We will absolutely be using them with our next vacation. They made it stress free and that’s exactly how a vacation should be.

We wish you had let us know! The housekeepers leave one full roll of toilet paper per bathroom and we include that in our pre arrival information so our guest are aware of what to bring.

Not the best

It was really old and not clean when we arrived. Daughter wanted to sleep on pull out couch the first night but no extra sheets. The dishwasher was broken and had to wash dishes by hand. It was in a good area with a lot around but the rental was really old and needs updating and find a new cleaning crew bc they are no good. Property Manager was easy to talk to when needed help and easy to get a hold of and got things done fast when needed.

I must have misunderstood about the "additional" parking that I purchased. I told my daughter that she was the "additional" and gave her the parking pass for her car. An employee knocked on our door at 11 pm on our last night there and told us to move the car.

Almost every dish pulled from cabinets was dirty(left over food). 2. The kitchen is missing several items necessary to cook basic meals(pans, spatulas, pot holders). 3. I have never stayed in a condo where I had to wash linens myself during my stay. Not enough towels for showers.
