Seachase 1403W is a beachfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Orange Beach. Located in one of Orange Beach's most desirable locations, this unit offers some of the best East and West views in all of Seachase!

Guests can enjoy four outdoor pools, including a zero-entry pool, a heated indoor pool, four hot tubs, two saunas, a children's pool and splash pad, a fitness center with Gulf views, and a tennis court.

Condo Features:

• Access to the 14th-floor balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed in your home away from home. Dining area seats six, plus three barstools for additional seating

• Washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area has a sleeper sofa

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom features two twin-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal

This condo is THE place to stay! We loved this so much, we'll absolutely be coming back! The condo was so spacious! We especially loved the views (being on the 14th floor helps), the huge balcony, all of the windows, and we really appreciated the comfortable living room furniture and beds. I really can't say enough great things about this property!

Property was great! The rooms were clean and one could not have had a better host. What can I say about the view except that it was AWESOME! We ate out in the balcony several times! The sunset was beautiful! We will be back!

Beautiful and comfortable

We loved this condo in Sea Chase. Beach is beautiful with white sand, clear water and is not crowded. Pools were great! Never crowded our whole stay. The property and pools were very clean- grounds well taken care of. Very convenient location. We would love to come back!

The views were amazing!! It was very clean and plenty of room for my family of 5. Only con is that some of the tiles were loose/cracking on the balcony which I’m sure is to be expected with a beachfront property. Beach toys provided for kids were appreciated. Plenty of room at all of the pools for lounging and relaxing. Great location. Market across the street for groceries was convenient. Even though we were on the 14th floor, we didn’t have to wait long for elevators or luggage racks.

Gorgeous views as promised!

We loved our stay at SeaChase West! The condo was just as described with beautiful ocean views and very comfortable furnishings. We loved the location and proximity to all things to do in Orange Beach. Our only suggestion would be to work on some of the loose tile on the balcony. Other than that we will definitely be back!!

Loved everything

This was my first experience using VRBO, or any beach vacation rental, because until recently have always had family with a beach house so I didn’t know what to expect. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable and all basic supplies were available in the kitchen. The grounds were clean and peaceful. We felt comfortable letting our14 and 15 year olds have a little freedom and stay in the pool area without us. Can’t wait to go back when it’s a little warmer.

Had an amazing time. Enjoyed the whole experience very very much. It all was a lot to take in, but was easy to adjust. Everything was so convenient and accessible. Grocery, Urgent Care, pharmacy. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Awesome Property

Two things wrong with the property. 1) there needs to be a handle or something on the master bathroom pocket door. 2) I couldn’t stay there indefinitely. This place is very nice. The view is impeccable. The entire property was very well maintained. Check in/out was seamless. Literally the only thing that I personally think could be improved was the master bath sliding pocket door. It can be difficult to completely shut/reopen. The condo is well stocked but you will need more bath tissue, paper towels, laundry detergents, and trash bags, but none of this should be on the owner to supply anyway. It is very quiet. Indoor pool/hot tub was great. A bit too cool to try the outdoor pools. 10/10 would stay again and am already trying to plan a trip for next summer. Communication with property owner was great. Just do it.

Perfect Location and View

The location is excellent, as is the view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach, easy drive to grocery store, restaurants, etc. The condo is decorated beautifully. The pools are nice. The second bedroom is very, very small. The two twin beds are packed into it, but for our teenage daughter and her friend, they were able to make it work. The kitchen could use a bit more cleaning attention (cabinets, handles, etc.) Don't count on there being foil, plastic wrap, etc. You need to bring all that if need it. We were also only left with one kitchen garbage bag - had to call for them to bring the second one they didn't leave. (They only leave you with two, apparently, so bring those too.) And there is no extra toilet paper - only one per bathroom. (2 rolls). We ran out at the end of our stay. More extras on those items would have been nice. Overall, we loved staying there and would do it again.

What a GREAT place!!

The description of the condo is exactly true!! We travel a lot and honestly the bed was very comfortable!! The view as the sun rises from bed is amazing!! The furniture in the living is comfortable and relaxing after a nice long day outside!!! Having a large balcony to sit and enjoy is fantastic!! The complex has great pools!! We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay a couple days!!!

Spacious, Serene and convenient

Absolutely loved this condo. Walked in the front door on day one and immediately our 13 & 15 year old daughters were wowing the surroundings. Beautiful with lots of space in the condo. Main bedroom and bathroom definitely did not disappoint. Three hot tubs and pools on property. Great balcony to enjoy morning coffee and evening beverages. Views of the ocean through most of the condo. convenient to several local attractions. Would definitely love to return!!!

Great location

Proximity to beach made getting to the beach easy with a 4 and a 2 year old. Pool was great after a long beach day and was even shaded in late afternoon which was appreciated by everyone.

Fantastic property!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Perfectly located in town and on the beach! The beach was immaculate! Beautiful white sand and clear, cool waters! The pools were also lots of fun. Centrally located in town, shopping and restaurants were in minutes away! Would definitely stay again!

We love it here!!

We’ve stayed at Seachase for quite a few years but this was our first time staying in this condo and it was very nice. Has everything you need, views are beautiful as always. Beds are comfy and clean.We LOVED it!! The ONLY suggestion I would have would be a better door handle on the master bath pocket door, it’s very difficult to shut when mom and/or dad needs privacy. Not the end of the world though and didn’t ruin anything for us. Thanks for the great stay!!
