Condo sur la plage récemment rénové !! Trois chambres à coucher deux bains

Notre condo à The Reef a été entièrement rénové, décoré par des professionnels et entièrement équipé avec des draps et des ustensiles de cuisine et a également remplacé les matelas à partir de mars 2019. Le bâtiment est de style complexe et il est idéal pour les familles et les couples, plein de commodités !! piscine et spa, court de tennis, aire de volley-ball séparée, aire de grillade et de pique-nique, accès à la plage et plus encore. La piscine est située le long de la plage où un grand solarium vous attend. Le court de tennis est juste au coin de la rue avec une zone séparée où vous pouvez configurer votre filet Volley et vous amuser avec vos amis et votre famille. Nous avons une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et un parking assigné sous le bâtiment.

Ce bâtiment est de style complexe et est idéalement situé à proximité des divertissements, des restaurants, des magasins, etc. Indian Rocks est un endroit où les couples et les familles reviennent année après année pour profiter de cette plage très spéciale et de tout ce que nous avons à offrir.

* Notre bureau est idéalement situé à 4 pâtés de maisons et non à des kilomètres comme mentionné dans une critique malheureuse.

Excellent Stay

So thankful for the last-minute accommodations provided. Our previous rental had a plumbing catastrophe and we had to rebook last minute, everyone was very responsive and able to act quickly which was much appreciated! Two suggestions that I have would be to evaluate the efficacy of the kitchen faucet and to be sure to add the beach/pool access code to the check-in instructions sheet. We thankfully were able to ask another family for the code or would not have been able to access the pool area and beach path. Overall, great stay. Thank you!

Ocean view and plenty of space. Nicely updated! Walking distance to most food places.

This condo was overall very nice. The one thing that was over and over again an issue was the sliding glass door. It is rusted and does not slide on the tracks making it very hard to open or close. We did not get great use of the balcony that provided an ocean view because we feared further breaking the door and being charged to replace it. The home was fairly clean when we arrived and the kitchen was nicely appointed with plenty of stocked dishes. The condo had been nicely updated and when we checked in we had hand soap and a roll of paper towels to get us started. I did not like having to wash all towels and sheets upon leaving and make all beds. I really felt like our cleaning fee should have covered that. This condo was walking distance to beach rentals, ice cream shops and food joints. Centerally located and easy to get to St. Pete's or Clearwater. Great location!

Hi Lizzie, you were a great guest, thanks for the review! We are actually replacing the sliders so it shouldn't be an issue in the future. Also, we don't require all the linens to be washed, our check out instructions are take the trash out, food, wash dishes and leave no more than two loads of laundry for the cleaners and that does not include the comforters. The confusion might have been on the rental agreement that is often used for longer term stays we require other things to be done, however, for the weekly stays our check out instructions (emailed to our guest prior arrival) give details on what we require on departure. Again, thank you for taking such good care of the condo and we hope you come back and stay with us again! Have a great day!

Would definitely recommend this property. Location was good with great beach access!. The pools and hot tub were well maintained. The condo itself was extremely nice. Newly remodeled and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean!. We will definitely return to this unit!

Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants, and located directly on the beach!

I was very pleased with the condo. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. With 3 bedrooms, the newly remodeled condo was spacious and impressive. I did have 2 issues which were quickly addressed and resolved. It had not been cleaned when I checked in and the fridge did not work properly. These type of unexpected things happen, and I was satisfied with the outcome. I recommend renting this condo and I expect to be back in the near future.

Cannot Recommend This One-Extremely Disappointed

My sister and I rented this three bedroom condo for a family of 6. The kitchen, family room, and master bedroom were all very nicely updated; however, there were no improvements to the other two bedrooms. The two beds in the third room were equivalent to sleeping on a sheet of plywood. While the second bathroom was updated, the shower lacked any place to store items such as soap or shampoo. The sliding glass door in the family room is so difficult to open we were afraid it would run off track and/or break so we couldn't even sit on the balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Oh, and do not go sit at the pool before 9:00 am as you will be asked to leave. With all that being said the MAIN PROBLEM with this unit is the LACK of parking. ONE small space is provided with the unit which we allocated to our mom. I did not count the guest parking spaces but I would guess there are approximately 8 unmarked spaces total for this entire multi-level facility. I was lucky enough to obtain a spot upon arrival. After three days of going nowhere I decided to treat my husband to lunch at a restaurant… I had to drive as there is no place within walking distance. Upon returning that afternoon I parked in what I thought was a guest parking space at the side of the building. About 11 pm that night we were awoken to a loud banging upon our door. It was two very angry male tenants claiming I had their spot numbered 111. He and his buddy practically jumped my husband who is in a neck, back, and arm brace recovering from an accident. I grabbed my keys and went to see if indeed I had parked in a marked space. The number 111 was stenciled so lightly on the curb that I had to shine a flashlight to see it (I am still unsure if it is legitimate). Meanwhile several other occupants of 111 were cursing and raising such commotion in the parking lot that the female security guard was called to intervene. I politely told the tenants of 111 that I was sorry that I had mistakenly taken their space and I moved my vehicle. THERE WAS NO PARKING available for me. The security guard offered no assistance. The owner or rental contact was called and said I could leave my vehicle a few miles away at their office which, in my opinion, is not a solution. My husband and I had no choice but to pack our things and leave. We finally found a hotel for the remainder of our stay. No refund, no apology, no follow up was offered by the owner. I am extremely disappointed in this choice.

The outside of building is due for an update. We could smell foul hot garbage odor by entrance door.

The matresses could be replaced in all 3 bedrooms. We were happy with every other aspect of the property we stayed in! Convenient to everything you want to do and see! The beach is so beautiful, clean, and safe!

Awesome apartment!!!!

Beautiful apartment and very comfortable for a family of 6. My grandsons enjoy going to the pool and the beach everyday. We had a very relaxing time and enjoy sitting at the balcony to watch the sunset. We are already making plans for next year!!!! Thanks Frank for letting us enjoy your property.

Great condo in great location

Really nice condo that accommodated our family of six great. Kids (8-14) loved the pool, hot tub and easy access to the beach. It was easy walking to a variety of restaurants and ice cream shop. Unit faces the coast where we enjoyed spectacular sun sets. If you're accustomed to four star hotels this is not for you, otherwise a great place and highly recommended. We'll hope to make it back one of these years.

Great location beautiful remodeled home!

This condo was perfect for a 2 week get away for the family. Newly remodeled and Hilda was great to work with. Beach was steps away and public pool was even closer! Caught plenty of fish right in the surf. Ice cream shops, happy hour, and many great restaurants in walking distance. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic stay can’t wait to go back!

Had such a nice time with my husband who absolutely loved sitting at the balcony looking at the beach, great views! I spent a lot of time in the kitchen making dinner at night, everything is very nice and kitchen well equipped. Walked to the local restaurants and some boutiques this area is really nice for families I’ll definitely go back with a bigger group the condo is very large and comfortable . Thanks for your hospitality and easy check in you guys were great!!!

Condo at Reef Club

We enjoyed our stay. The inside of our condo was very nice. My family really enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. The outside appearance of the condo unit was in need of some upkeep. Overall we loved our time at the reef club.

Chicagoland Family

This was such an awesome vacation!! The condo unit was gorgeous and fit our family of 7 very easily. One of my favorite things was to sit out on our private balcony with a glass of wine or coffee and watch the ocean.The close Private beach access was great. My teenagers liked to lay out by the ocean and skim board, while the little one loved the pool. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants, and the kids favorite place the " Kooky Coconut " for ice cream and lunch. It was great being close to Clearwater, Madeira beach, and the cute tourist shopping, but far enough away from the overcrowded beaches. The condo was decorated so nice and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be returning!!

Beautiful sunset view!

This is a wonderful condo that is beautifully decorated. There are a couple of great restaurants close by. Keegan's is a must to eat at. It was delicious!! The unit was missing a blow dryer and an ironing board. We told the owners, when we left, and were assured that they would be addressing it. The reserved parking spot is extremely tight for a full size vehicle. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, additional parking is almost impossible to find, on site. Parasailing and jet ski are available in Clearwater beach (approximately 7 miles one way) or at John's Pass (approximately 15 miles the other way). There is not any rentals for these activities in this area. There also is not any rental chair service in this area. There are 4 small collapsible chairs in the condo but they are not really made for laying out. We would highly recommend this unit!!
