Spacious, comfortable single storey house, one block from the beach and close to the center.
House spacious, airy, clean and organized. The house is rustic and well decorated. Located 500 meters from the satellite beach and 1.5 km from the center of Itanhaém. The beach is very clean, with a wide strip of sand, ideal for sports, walking or sunbathing. Good for surfing or bathing. The beach has several kiosks serving lunch, snacks and portions. There is also a well-lit boardwalk for hiking, biking and skating. The house has a lot of comfort and safety to be with family and friends. All doors and windows have bars and it is located on a lighted avenue, very close to the gas station, bakery, market and bus stop. ´
Each suite has a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, tv and ceiling fan. The house sleeps 06 people in bed and there are mattresses for 06 people that can be accommodated in a suite and in the living room.
The city has great tourist attractions, such as the handicraft fair, convent, Anchieta bed, surf lessons, boating, fishing and much more.
The house does not provide bed and bath linen, only pillows for 12 people.
