esta unidad completamente rehabilitada es una excelente opción para aquellos que desean una experiencia más tranquila y tranquila. en el lado de sotavento del extremo sur de la isla, estás a pasos de un club de playa, bares con música en vivo y rancho capricho con su colección de fieras, tacos, bar y mini super. muchas otras comodidades están a una corta distancia a pie. las iguanas y los pájaros están por todas partes en el vecindario, las estrellas en la noche son brillantes y punta sur también está calle arriba. ven a disfrutar de mi pedacito de paraíso caribeño mexicano.

The location was great. We’re in our 60’s and didn’t want the party atmosphere. We were able to get to that when we wanted to but weren’t in the middle of it.

We were 2 couples. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were clean; lots of towels and facecloths, hand soap, shower soap and shampoo and toilet paper. The living room and kitchen were spacious and well stocked. We appreciated the view, the balcony, the beach chairs and beach towels. Thanks so much!

Nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Ample # of cooking pans, bowls and utensils. Nice comfortable couch. View of the bay and Cancun from balcony. I'm an early riser and I could sit on balcony with a cup of coffee and listen to the waves hit the shore. Great place! We would rent again.

Clean and spacious apartment near Punta Sur

We had a lovely stay in this spacious, clean and well-located apartment. Host was helpful, communicative and kind. There are restaurants right across the street, a quick walk to places where you can access the water and a 10 min walk to Punta Sur.

Beautiful, quiet location

We had a Great vacation! Jose met us at the property to give us keys and show us around. And promptly came when we needed anything. The filtered water tap was great so we didn’t have to haul bottled water.

Comfortable stay

Enjoyed the stay. Darin and his assistant communicated really well, even before we got there. The beds were really comfortable and the living room setup is great too. Having drinking water in the house is a huge plus. This way you don't have to run around to buy drinking water. You can walk Punta Sur from here. I'll stay again.

We booked this place for the team from Playa that was bringing the wedding cake for our son and daughter-in-laws wedding. It was perfect-clean, full kitchen and Darin couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating!

Excellent!

This property is amazing. It is very clean and in a quiet location. The beds are very comfortable. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The check in process was flawless. It is on the south side of the island and about a 20 min golf cart ride into town. Restaurants and beach clubs are in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little hidden gem!

This was our first time to isla but our fault had been many times and were inviting us ro come so we gave it a shot and dont regret it a bit! The property was one of the best parts of our stay. It is clean, modern, comfortable, beautiful. The air-conditioning is powerful and can make a great and chilly retreat after a hot day. The room comes with towels, snorkel gear and quality plates and utensils. The patio is nice, and there is a peekaboo view of the ocean from the rear. You will also see a home and some construction so not a perfect 10 out of 10 view but still excellent. Right across the street is a lovely convenience store and breakfast/lunch/dinner bar. It is near the south point of the island within 5 minute walking distance of some of the best hidden beach clubs like Kinha and Zaza. The owner was quick to get in touch and reply and we had no difficulties at all with him! Only other thing to note is water pressure was a bit weak in guest bathroom, not an issue for us as we were using the master. Highly recommended if you are looking for a home base while you go to do other things on Isla!

Just what we needed

We stayed 7 nights at this property and absolutely loved it. The breathtaking view from the balcony was hard to beat and the amenities within the apartment made you feel right at home. Check in was smooth and communication with the property manager leading up to and during the stay was excellent. The owner also provides a booklet with instructions for where to eat, drink, shop, and how to get there. This booklet also provides help with the safe, wifi, and A/C units. I really did appreciate the extensive info that was put into this guide as it helped us navigate the area during our first stay on the south end of the island. Even tho there is no pool at this location, we didn't even really care as Captain Dulche is right down the road which is a free (contingent on you buying drinks/food) beach club that is within a 20 minute walk or <5 min golf cart drive. If this is your first time staying on the south end of the island, you cannot go wrong with this rental.

You'll enjoy the rippling, shimmering, tranquil Caribbean just outside your door. You're minutes by foot from a beach club, a bar, and a boutique hotel/restaurant. To the south, there's Garrafon Natural Reef Park and Punta Sur, complete with the temple to Ixchel, shops, and a restaurant. To the north, there are eight beach clubs and numerous restaurants and bars within less than a twenty-minute walk, and it's much shorter via golf cart or taxi.

The best part of our property is the relaxing atmosphere. You can hustle around the north end of the island all day and retire to the quiet comfort of our place for a nice rest and recharge after.
