Detta charmiga hus är en av de ursprungliga waterfront egenskaper som ska byggas i Cala d'Or i ett lugnt område med stora rum, många terrasser och spektakulär utsikt. Det är ett gammalt hus som återspeglas i priset, men är full av atmosfär och charm. Det har 6 dubbelrum och 5 badrum (ett badrum renoverades 2014 och ett år 2017), översta våningen stort sovrum och badrum med egen terrass, mitten av gatunivå har två stora sovrum, två badrum, ett badrum (nytt) och ett litet sovrum med dubbelsäng och bottenvåningen har ett sovrum med eget dusch, ett litet sovrum med två enkelsängar och en annan dusch som leder till baren och poolen. stor pool omgiven av terrasser och trädgårdar, steg i havet, med utsikt över ingången till hamnen och ut till havet. Alltid något nytt att se när båtarna komma och gå från och till Marina. Centrum av Cala D'Or med sina butiker, barer och restauranger ligger bara 5 minuters promenad och de två närmaste stränderna, vilket innebär att en bil inte är nödvändig för den här fastigheten eftersom allt ligger i närheten. Huset har WiFi. Beach handdukar.
Anteckningar om boende:
Huset är uppdelat i tre nivåer. På översta våningen finns det stora sovrummet med nyrenoverat badrum med eget badrum och balkong. På bottenvåningen finns tre sovrum, två badrum (en ensuite renoverad 2014), matsal, två vardagsrum och kök. Botten nedre våningen har baren, två duschar, två sovrum, pool, Porche, trädgårdar och steg ner till havet. Det finns centralvärme. Egenskapen är inte ett nytt hus ett faktum som bör beaktas därmed rimligt pris. Det är charmiga, bekväma och ett utmärkt läge med fantastisk hisnande vyer.
Utanför: Fantastisk utsikt över hamninloppet och ut till havs. Mycket stor pool, poolbar, grill med veranda, utemöbler, trädgårdar, solbad. Det finns direkt tillgång till havet.
Förråd:
Fullt utrustad tvättstuga med tvättmaskin.
Rengöring / handdukar / lakan / städning:
Byte av sängkläder sker varje vecka. Ingår i priset: städning vid ankomst / avgång och veckovis byte av sängkläder. Beach handdukar tillhandahålls nu så handdukar i sovrummen är endast användning i badrum. Extra städning kan beställas och betalas för lokalt.
Sopkollektion är nattligt från stora gröna behållare mittemot huset. Skräp bör sättas i bundna påsar på kvällen av er för att rädda dig från myror, dåliga dofter och bakterier.

Beautiful waterfront villa

We stayed for a week with grandparents and teenagers and it was the perfect house for all of us. Beautiful location and loved the decor and style of the house. Outside area was great and we loved the access into the sea. Very easy to get into Cala D’Or and the marina and would highly recommend. Would love to come back. Thanks also to Maria our host who was excellent and very responsive.

We had a very nice contact with Adriana. She was very helpful and we had a wonderful stay in this lovely old house. It was exactly how it was descript in the advertisement. The location was outstanding. Its not a modern house but it has a lot of character and ambiance with all the memories inside and has everything you need with a clean nice pool, enough towels inside and outside and umbrellas in tbe garden in a very friendly neighborhood. A little beach is very near 5 min by foot. I hope we can go back soon!

Family Holiday

Firstly location for the town centre and Marina was ideal. The pool area was great with fab views and as a family we enjoyed spending our days out there. However, the inside of the villa was very disappointing. The basement bedrooms smelt very damp, and overall were very tired and dated. The kitchen was also poor, with a drawer cover missing and old crockery - some of which was dirty when we arrived. Sadly 2 of our family members had to move out of the villa for our last two nights due to a cockroach infestation in a bathroom, which we had to report twice. Bed linen and towels could do with updating. The key box was very difficult to open and needs replacing as mentioned in previous reviews. Overall we were disappointed as the villa is in a fantastic area and has so much potential.

Retirement holiday

After retiring from the UK Fire Service after 30 years front line service at one of the busiest stations in the UK, staying at Maria's villa was a celebration of that for my family and some friends. Maria makes it clear that the house is older than many but it certainly has character, in a very good way. Frankly though, if you can find a property along the coastline of Cala D'Or which sleeps so many, has such truly stunning views, such close proximity to the sea, town centre and beach, gets the full sun for 9 hours of the day (as yes there was plenty of shade for us when we wanted it), has large covered seating outside for eating and relaxing, plenty of car parking, is so quiet and relaxing yet has plenty going on to keep you occupied if you want it (boats etc going in and out of the harbour) then I'd be amazed, particularly for what you pay here. At the end of the day, we and our guests absolutely loved the place and just couldn't get enough of the outside space especially, we just couldn't imagine it being any better and that's exactly why we wanted to stay there in the first place. We miss it terribly already...

A beautiful place

The house, which is old, is placed beautifully by the sea with nice view. Clean pool, nice lawn, sun beds. Something must be repaired: The keybox beside the front door was hard to open. One of the toilets in the basement did not flush. The drawers in the kitchen were damaged. Must be repaired. There were only cold water in the sink in the other bathroom in the basement. We think there were too many things standing around on tables etc. hard to find place when seating , playing cards etc. possible to move, but why not take away half of it hen the house is rented. Coffemacine did not work, too old. Should not be there. We misses a Brooke to use outside. It was windy, and lots were falling from the trees.

Great place in great location!

We were a party of 10, stayed for a week and hade a great time in this house. The outside areas are absolutely amazing with the pool placed just next to the sea, a private path down to the water where we took a morning dip every day. Also the patio where we hade dinner and drinks are fantastic. Perfect location, quiet, not busy with people. Short distance to the harbour and all the restaurants in the village. The description says that furniture and other detalis inside are old and not updated. Sure. But who cares if the kitchen isnt brand new? That being said, there were a couple of things (according to us) that needs to be taken care of. Some bedrooms would benefit from new madresses. Only one bedroom has aircondition. In the middle of the summer it gets very hot, even at night. If the owner installed new and quiet fans in the ceiling in all bedrooms, everything would be ok (if not AC). There were portable fans, but they didnt work (broken electric cords). So all in all this is a fantastic place. Just some minor fixes and everything is perferct, at least at this prize level. Would very much like to come back // Mikael

The owner can’t keep renting it out on the strength of the view and pool area ! But overall we managed to have a good time !

Das nächste Doppelzimmer soweit in Ordnung, aber Dusche ( nur ein kleiner Wasserstrahl) und WC sehr wintzig und abgewohnt.Erdgeschoss : Küche mit neuem Geschirrspüler und geräumigen Kühlschrank,Allgemeinzustand gerade noch in Ordnung.Die beiden Doppelzimmer, eines mit separatem Bad, sind in Ordnung. Das Dritte Zimmer mit Etagenbett und Zustellbett wohl nur für Kinder geeignet, da sehr klein.Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt, da es viel zu warm war ohne Klimaanlage. Oberschoss : neu renoviertes großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ( die einzigste im ganzen Haus ) und separatem großen neuen Bad, einfach toll.Bei der Klimaanlage musste man ein Behältnis unterstellen, da sonst das ganze Wasser an der Wand runter lief. Fazit : Wir wussten, dass es ein altes Haus ist, aber der Allgemeinzustand war nicht zufriedenstellend.Die meissten Türen konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden und die Fenster sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.Wenn dieses Haus renoviert werden würde, wären wir die Ersten die wieder kommen würden.Hierfür würden wir auch gerne einen höheren Preis bezahlen.Maximalbelegung aktuell 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Danke noch an Maria für die tolle Betreuung !

Great property, views and location.

Firstly, this is a beautiful villa. It may be older than most but you will not beat the views and location for the price you pay. Visited in June 22, 8 adults, ranging from early 20's to late 50's. All had a fantastic time. Pool area is great. If it gets too hot usually a cooling breeze in the afternoon. We spent the majority of our time there during the day and sometimes late at night, pool area lights up between 10 and 12. House inside was big enough for our party of 8. Would be a bit more cramped with anymore in our opinion. Clean and tidy throughout, no complaints. Surrounding area is within easy walking distance. 10 minutes to Cala D'or centre, about 15/20 to the marina. Both great places to spend the night. Didn't have a bad meal all holiday. Fernando's restaurant was a great place for a last night meal. Many other good restaurants, too many to mention. Lots of steak, seafood etc at pretty reasonable prices. Expected marina to be more expensive but it isn't. Lots of decent bars as well with live music, Dugans Irish bar was great. Beautiful beaches again within walking distance. Boat trip, dolphin watching, was pretty good. Overall it was a brilliant holiday, communication with host, Maria, was perfect. If I was to be very, very picky! Needs a new lock box and kitchen could be bigger. Not a lot wrong then I'd think you'd agree. Definitely recommend this villa.

Old Style Villa in an Incredible Location.

The location and views from this property are quite simply incredible. I spent many hours enjoying watching the boats cruise in and out of marina. Having this and the marina, town centre, beach & supermarkets all within a 10 minute walk is really handy. The building is quite old as the host describes but it has lots of charm agreed. Bath Towels, Beach Towels and all the amenities you could really ask for were provided, and pool well serviced regularly in the morning. We had a power cut on one occasion - the host sorted this with an electrician round within a couple hours - very attentive. Only 1 room is air-conditioned and this is worth bearing in mind, and all beds are singles - this was no problem for us at all. The place really was fantastic.

Great holiday villa for families

The villa is very Spanish and full of interesting items/furniture. It is very well stocked with plates ect and utensils many glasses but lacks wine glasses. The towels and bedding are very clean and fresh. We were a little misled by the double bedrooms which are all twins but this is in the interpretation! The location is superb with the access to the sea and the views were amazing also easy walking distance to town beach and marina.
