This unique lakefront villa is something really special and unforgettable: it is right on the shore of the lake! A flowered terraced garden surrounds the property granting privacy to its guests. From the entire villa, terraces, balcony and garden you can admire a wide panorama with stunning views of the lake and the mountains. From the parking area, stairs leads you down towards the villa and the shore of the lake. When you enter the villa, you access the ground floor where you find the living area, the dining area, the kitchen and a guest bathroom with also the washing machine. On the first floor there are the 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms have double beds, satellite/smart TV, face the lake and have a large double window-door that exit to the balcony; the third bedroom has 2 single beds and has a window with lake view too. On the first floor there are also 2 full bathrooms: one has a large shower while the other one has a bathtub. There is a sliding door that allows to create 2 suites: one with one double bedroom and the bathroom with the bath tub; the other one with one double bedroom, the bathroom with the shower and the bedroom with the 2 single beds. This gives an added sense of privacy for example in case of guests like 2 couples or a family with granparents. From the living area you access the front terrace equipped with table and chairs, and also the large terrace next to the house where you have the sunbeds, the BBQ and another dining table with chairs for outside dining. A staircase leads you from this area to the bottom level of the villa where there is another terrace, a little garden with plants for cooking like rosemary, sage and mint and the gate to exit towards the lake for a swim or to the lake promenade for a walk.
The house is very quiet and the lake provides absolute serenity, but it is possible to find more life just walking to the main beach of the village, where the locals, the tourists and the windsurfers meet. Cremia and the Northern part of Lake Como in general, is known worldwide as one of the best spots for sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. A local wind from South comes every day in the early afternoon and assures fun for the sail lovers...and a fresh breeze in hot days! In the village, within walking distance from the house, there are a couple of restaurants-pizzerias and coffe bars. Other good restaurants a bit further, but also easy to reach by foot. along the lake promenade. The beautiful 4 km pedestrian lake promenade from Cremia to Musso passes right in front of the villa and allows to enjoy marvellous views of the lake and the mountains during a relaxing walk.
