Villa with Private Pool, Sea and Mountain Views

Nestled against the five finger mountains on the outskirts of Karsiyaka with sea and mountain views. 10 x 4m overflow pool with pool bar, BBQ and many terraces. Large landscaped gardens to front and rear planted with many fruit trees. Two bedrooms are en-suite and all have air conditioning. Kitchen has recently been refitted and offers integrated oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave complemented by an air fryer. There is a double garage with electric doors and a utility room.
Many good restaurants and beaches close by. Kyrenia is 20 minutes drive away. Local shop within walking distance of villa. In a secluded location and not overlooked with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains.

Amazing villa for family holidays

Perfect villa in beautiful spot

Our family of five stayed at this villa for 10 blissful days - it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge our batteries. The villa is very well appointed with everything you need and more. The welcome pack on arrival was an added bonus and very welcome after a full day of travelling. The real highlights of this villa are the views and the outside area - peaceful and private with a very well maintained pool and seating area. Thanks to Sandra who was nearby to provide any help needed during our stay. Derek, the owner, was also extremely helpful both before and during our stay and arranged our airport transfers and car hire which worked really well. We loved our holiday at this villa.

Fantastic place

Enjoyed the place immensely. Craved peace and quiet and it offered just that. Privacy, wonderfully equipped house, clean. Pure pleasure to stay. Thank you very much also to our lovely neighbours who took care of the sparkling clean pool and the garden for us discreetly.Wishing you many very satisfied guests.

My husband and our two young children stayed for the week and had a wonderful time! Many thanks to Sandra (the neighbour) who looks after the Villa she is so lovely and helpful! Thank you Derek for the use of your Villa and organising the taxis and hire car!

Best I have been in.

Excellent property very clean everything you need in a rental ,very good pool area with plenty of shade, property large inside so you don't fall over each other. Supermarket and pub 10min walk .Sandra who lives next door and manages property can't do enough for you. All in all excellent, thanks once again Derek for letting us have the use of your property for two weeks.

Vacation with friends

This House is beautiful. We spent a week there with a group of friends and it was perfect. The location of the house is very nice between the mountains and the sea. We really enjoyed the big pool with the pool bar and the barbecue. The host Derek is really nice and was very helpful, he arranged us a rental car and airport transfer. The neighbors who are taking care of the house are very nice and helpful for the stay. We can fully recommend to spend some days in this beautiful villa.

We spend a very good hollyday. The villa is beautifull and also the swimpool.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille. La villa est bien décoré et est spacieuse. Dommage qu il n y a pas d appareil à café et que l'air conditionné est sous minuteur, il faut le rallumer toutes les 2 heures et la nuit quand la chaleur vous réveille c est pas top. Pour les extérieurs, la piscine est très agréable avec son jardin à l'ombre surtout pour les bébés. Il y a une douche et toilette juste à côté de la piscine et c est super pour les petits! Le couple de voisin est très charmant et nous ont aidé lorsque nous en avions besoin. De manière générale je conseille cette villa aux couples avec enfants.

GREAT VILLA

This is our second stay at this lovely villa and it’s still great! The villa is spacious and well equipped. The pool is spotless and the garden area around it is so relaxing - the gazebo/shaded patio was a godsend in the heat! Air-con does the job beautifully and the tv package is fabulous! Breathtaking views surround the whole house. Beaches and restaurants are all located nearby and although a car is not necessarily essential as there’s a good minibus service available along the coast road, it does make life easier! Sandra and Paul the caretakers live next door and are always there to help if needed. Derek the owner, was so helpful and arranged taxis and car hire for us. Thank you so much 😊.We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone!

Spacious Family Villa

My family (of 6 adults) stayed in this villa for two excellent weeks during the summer; the A/C did its job to cool us down and the pool was a welcome back up for both relaxing and cooling off. Tucked away in the mountains but still close enough to the town and supermarkets, this villa provided an excellent home for us, as it is fully equipped with everything you could need. A car is required and proved vital for trips to the beach, the city and even up the mountains... four wheel drive recommended for the latter! Within walking distance of the villa is a delightful little bar which hosts a Karaoke night on Wednesdays for those who like to let loose and perform while away. The neighbours, Sandra and Paul, were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble; their recommendation of Veni Vici proved their excellent knowledge of the area. Amicable, attentive staff and the mouth-watering menu of entrées and desserts made for the perfect relaxing atmosphere with a large family meal, with the restaurant motto, ‘May all who enter as guests leave as friends’ proving itself a popular place among the diners. Though we sampled lots of lovely restaurants, such as Silver Rocks, another particular favourite was Tervetuloa, with recommendations for the mezze starters... just a little advice... order main courses after to share! Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and hope to return to Northern Cyprus soon!

A very nice Villa although a few things needed attention which reflected in the price of hire a little remote a car was needed but overhaul recommended

RELAXING HOLIDAY

Absolutely fabulous villa in great location. Would definately stay again. Villas was spacious and the pool fantastic - air conditioning was ideal. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything you would need it even had UK TV channels if required. There were lots of restaurants nearby our favourite was the Chinese. Having nearby caretakers who cleaned pool etc was always handy thanks Paul and Sandra. We were lucky we stayed with the owners for a few days who showed us round thanks Derek and Karen - it made our holiday even better. If you want a lovely villa holiday we would definately recommend this.

Fantastic villa

Wow. We stayed here for a week with our family and friends (8 of us in total). The villa is extremely spacious and has plenty of rooms for you to escape, have your own space and not be on top of one another, which is ideal when there are so many people sharing one place. Beautiful views from the front and rear of the villa. The pool is huge, lovely and warm. There are plenty of tables, chairs, loungers etc around the pool area and the house itself has everything you could wish for to make for a relaxing holiday. Small supermarket at the end of the road which is perfect and plenty of restaurants are located nearby (Silver Rocks is a must with a breathtaking view). Derek the owner was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to book Poppies villa again or recommend it to others as it was pretty much perfect in every way possible. Thank you Derek for the use of your lovely villa.

Amazing!

What a lovely villa! Well appointed, it is exactly as the description, standing in immaculate gardens, but seemed much bigger than in the photos once there. Very clean, light, airy and spacious, with good air con (a must at night). The TV/sound system was very good with all channels included. The pool was lovely, so warm and inviting, we spent a lot of time in it. Basement laundry room, barbecue area and plenty of outside seating (some shady) made for a very comfortable stay. Currency is Turkish Lira, a very good exchange rate made eating out every night very cheap. The owner of the villa, Derek, kindly arranged airport transfers and car hire (a must, to enjoy the surrounding area) and Sandra and Paul next door were great, organising a list of local restaurants to visit. We will certainly be returning in the future and have already recommended the villa to a number of friends. This certainly rates as one of the best holidays we have had.

Fabulous!

This is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. It is far bigger and more luxurious than the pictures portray. It is situated in a beautiful spot, sea to the front aspect and mountains to the rear. The pool was lovely, used several times a day, every day. BBQ good too. Very big duel aspect lounge, excellent tv/sound system complete with all sky channels. Poolside shower, toilet, sink and fridge. Basement laundry area. It really is a fabulous place to stay, well located for shops, restaurants and sight seeing. Restaurants close by were all excellent. We will definitely return but at a cooler time of year -was very very hot in July. Air con at night was a God send. Owner Derek was extremely helpful, he organised taxi to and from airport and car hire. Sandra and Paul who look after villa live right next door and were also helpful. Welcome pack included and they tailor made it for us. Can't fault anything.
