A Villa Moderna Con privado jardines, piscina y calzada

Esta villa de cuatro dormitorios se completó en 2008 situada en un pequeño callejón sin salida con cuatro villas que es fuera de la pequeña localidad de Lapta. Su posición elevada goza de vistas panorámicas al mar ya la montaña. La villa está totalmente amueblado y construido con un alto nivel moderno. Hay una amplia sala de estar, cocina y cuatro dormitorios, todos los cuales son en suite y con aire acondicionado. Una de su principal característica es la zona de comedor con galería que da a una terraza con vistas a la gran piscina. La amplia cocina totalmente equipada consta de cocina eléctrica y horno de gas, con unidades modernas, encimeras de granito y área de desayunador. El jardín cuenta con una piscina de tamaño completo, cenador con mesa de comedor y vistas de las montañas y el Mediterráneo

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Great views of coast and mountains, I would visit this villa again. Great communication during the booking process, and good communication with the villa manager, we had one issue with the water pump that was rectified on the same day.Description of the villa is correct. Great place to stay with a large party or family, outdoor area is great, pool is regularly maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa, there’s plenty of space inside and outside which is perfect when staying with a large group. There’s lots of lovely restaurants within a short distance also. Thank you very much for our stay, we would highly recommend it.

A surreal experience in the mountains

We had the most fabulous time in Cyprus at the villa. The views are breathtaking and we never got bored of it. Peaceful and serene. The pool was the icing on the cake. The kids were in all the time. The villa was bright and spacious for all of us. Bonus each room having their own bathrooms. Highly recommended. Need a car. Makes all the difference to reach everywhere nearby. Would love to stay there again. Thanks!

Fabulous villa and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. Lapta is not a throbbing metropolis but has lots of restaurants which kept us going over 14 nights. A car is essential which makes local trips quicker and brings Kyrenia/Girne into range (about 30 minutes to the harbour). The villa has unrestricted views to the sea and the outdoor space is wonderful. Inside you have aircon in all the bedrooms and lounge plus the shutters on all of the windows (apart from one bedroom which had blinds instead) meant you could keep the villa cool despite the outside temperatures. Plenty of places to go for a walk if you are looking to stretch your legs (be that up into the hills on trails or walking between Sardunya and Silver Rocks on the coastal path. Our favourite restaurants/bars were Silver Rocks, Calamari, Punjab, Sea Point but all were good. Beachside bar favourite was Sardunya for laid back beach bar atmosphere and LA Resort for a slightly more upmarket feel with infinity pool as well as a good beach. Both of these were great value and good places to relax. An unexpected bonus was the fact that the villa has UK 3 pin plugs throughout (and some adaptors for EU plugs if necessary) which made life very simple. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time in an excellent villa.

A lovely get away

Stayed here for two weeks in June and absolutely loved it!! We have two young girls and couldn't get them out of the pool, the barbecue was used on a couple occasions and was nice to just sit and chill with the family. Great views in a peaceful location but not too far for local amenities. The villa was very clean and tidy inside and out and had all mod cons which made the stay even better as no washing was to be done on our return home. Would definitely go back as our stay was very chilled and relaxing.

I live in South Liverpool, England not far from where John Lennon and George Harisson once lived. I live with my husband, daughter and our pet dog Buster. My husband and I both work and holiday in England, we love the lake District and Northern Cyprus. Northern Cyprus, Lapta, reminds us of the lake district without the rain, but with lots of sunshine.




Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our villa is situated in a quite Cul-de-sac,with a short car ride to the main road or a 10 minute walk. Whereby there is access to bars restaurants, shops and supermarkets, this is what the Brits who live in this area, call the Lapta Strip. There are local beaches nearby, we would recommend escape beach,which has all facilities and access to beautiful white sands and blue sea. You can swim out to a secure raft in the sea and enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the Med. The local people are very friendly and helpful. We can recommend places to visit, drink and eat. Plus help is at hand from our friend and property manager Afzal.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Villa is detached and has its own garden with a private drive way and swimming pool. We have been complimented on the panoramic views of the mountains and the Med. The style of the the villa puts me in mind of the Art Deco period. It is has 4 bedrooms all en-suite. The Villa has tiled floors throughout, with a marble sweeping staircase to the first floor. From the terrace you can take in the views of the Med and on a clear day your can see the mountains of Turkey. Most of the Villas nearby are owned by British people who are very friendly. The area is quiet and relaxing but within easy reach of all amenities and historical towns.
