Great Villa!

A lovely property with great outdoor space including a large pool and games area (pool and darts) which were fully utilised. Good communication with the property managers who responded quickly to the queries we had and also left a nice welcome pack. Would recommend as a great place to explore North Cyprus.

A beautiful villa with amazing outdoor living space

We had a lovely stay in Villa Helen over the Easter break. The property is well located - close to beaches, restaurants and a short drive to the harbour in Kyrenia, and the villa itself is beautiful and well equipped. Perfect for lots of relaxing by the pool, outdoor dining, and the games room was a big hit. Communications and check in were perfect and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a relaxing family break!

OUTSTANDING VILLA !!

We have just returned from an amazing 10 day holiday at Villa Helen, and, after having stayed at several villas in the area, can honestly say it is one of the best. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need, extremely clean, and the bedrooms are bright and comfortable with easily timed air conditioning. The garden is absolutely amazing, with a large clean pool, fantastic outdoor seating area with TV, and a lovely barbecue area, which we made good use of during our stay. The games room is an excellent addition and we all had hours of fun playing pool and darts. There is a lovely view of the mountains from the sun beds, and the sea is only a short walk away. There are a few nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the villa, but we hired a car to make the most of the lovely beaches and eating places in the surrounding area, all serving delicious food at very reasonable prices. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault the villa in any way. Total relaxation in such a lovely setting - can’t wait to return soon. Thanks so much Helen and Richard for a fantastic stay at your lovely villa xxx

Fantastic Villa

We're currently spending our last day in this beautiful villa, wow what a place. When we arrived gone 1200 at night, we were greated by a couple of nice people who showed us around. When you walk out the back and see the pool lit and the huge space, and the games area, its like 'WOW'. It is located in a quiet residential area with the sea 5 mins walk. We hired a car from Ozy and he organised transfers, which was great. There are plenty of restaurants around, but you would need a car, however at the end of the road they do great pizzas at great prices. Get out and explore the beautiful coastline, the sea is amazing. We had a drive to the far peninsula at KARPAZ to see the donkey's, about a 2hr drive but lovely. We visited a restaurant called SILVER ROCKS, great food and location right on the sea (they even have steps down to the see). We would definitely recommend staying in this villa, you will not be disappointed at all. Thanks to Helen & Richard for great communication and allowing us to stay in you fantastic villa. We hope to visit again soon 🙂 Dave, Julie and Georgia

Perfect Villa

We stayed at Villa Helen for 10 beautiful nights in October. The villa was very well equipped and was perfect for our needs. We made good use of the built in BBQ and lovely games area (Daniels Den)! The outdoor area is amazing and always has sunny spots until sunset but also pockets of shade for those who need a break or a game of snooker, pool or darts. The outdoor lounge area was also very useful especially with a 2 year-old who loves to watch his programs (Peppa pig) before his bedtime. We did have an issue one afternoon with the kitchen tap but this was rectified very quickly and the repair man was courteous and friendly. I would say a car is required as a large local supermarket is around 15min drive away, although there are many nearer that have the basics (one in walking distance) I would highly recommend driftwood as a local restaurant which served reasonabilly priced and good quality seafood! The pizzas at the end of the road is also very nice and within walking distance. Local beaches are nice, most of which are small and attached to a local bar or restaurant. Our pick of the beaches was Sunas Beach Club which was modern and beautiful. Helen and Magda were both quick to respond to any messages and very flexible allowing us a slightly later checkout which was useful 😁 I would highly recommend staying here and couldn't of asked for anymore! Total relaxation, peace and tranquility 👍

Toller Aufenthalt

Brilliant stay, everything was equipped in house. Property management Magda & Lyndon on the end of telephone, greeted us at door. Recommend seafood restaurant Sirinyali and bar/restaurant up by the square. Definitely an eye opener to Turkish/Cypriot lifestyle.

Great pool.

It's good. I'd recommend it. Great pool. Biggest pool at any villa I've stayed in over the last few years and bigger than anything remotely in this price range. If you have kids, the pool's a whole holiday in itself and has an excellent covered area with comfortable seating, a TV showing Netflix, YT etc... and a BBQ. So you can pipe music in next to the pool using their TV or if you have kids you can chill and watch a movie. The area's quiet but there are a couple of bars and restaurants not too far away so 5 minutes slow walk for a restaurant / bar which does some excellent, fresh fish and 10 minutes for a pizza place etc... If you want to do stuff e.g. jetskiing, there's stuff out there. For example, there's a beach area (paying) a few minutes drive and you can do stuff like that. More restaurants a short drive away. It also has a few shops etc... within a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) so you can stock up on the usual beer, spirits, a bit of wine and food. Popped by the local butchers and bought everything he had. It looks a little bohemian in there but the meat's surprisingly good and we really enjoyed throwing it all on the BBQ. There were a couple of niggles but nothing major. My other half complained (to me) a bit because of these but overall I was happy. There was help when we needed it, it's a good holiday villa and the owners have clearly ensured the place is clean and well run. If you're looking for a holiday based around a large, excellent, well-kept pool (with BBQ) and sunshine with a couple of bars and restaurants nearby, this is great. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic villa, excellent communication.

From the time of booking this villa right up to the end of our stay Helen and her management team were absolutely brilliant, we had a taxi waiting for us that took us straight to the villa where we had a car waiting for us, we had a welcome pack such as a few beers in the fridge, a couple bottle of wines and basic things such as milk sugar etc., The villa was fabulous, the pool area was amazing and Magdalena was always on hand to assist and advise us if we needed anything. I would advise that you hire a car through Helen as we did because there aren’t many nearby shops for essential things. One last thing we went to a restaurant called Sarin Yali which is a short walk away which was great on the first night but then we felt that they ripped us off on the 2nd by convincing us to spend nearly 600 lira by having a a special menu that they devised for us, which looked great on paper but in reality was a complete rip off, so be aware of this.

Fantastic relaxing family holiday

Villa Helen was beautiful and exactly as described. We have just arrived back from a lovely two week holiday. The villa is equipped with everything you will need for your stay and more. It is clean and well maintained and the pool is amazing. The outside lounge area is such a good addition, we sat outside every evening, and the kids were in the pool til late as it was still so warm. It is situated in a quiet residential location, the local local supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beaches are a short drive. There is a restaurant walking distance from the villa right by the sea, great service, beautiful food and excellent value for money. I also recommend the Italian restaurant Veni Vicci, a few minutes drive, in which we had a lovely meal. The communication with Helen was prompt and she organised all the transfers and car hire for us which was seamless, even after a delayed flight our driver was there to greet us. And gave us some good local advice on the journey to the villa. The management team Magda and Lindon were there to meet us on arrival, show us around and were available if there were any problems. We would definitely recommend the Vela boat trip for a day out, but you do need to book on line. Very relaxing, not crowded and family run, we had such a great time. Very relaxing holiday, perfect weather, great value for money and lovely villa, we will definitely return.

Nice family holiday

Overall a nice family holiday but with a little TLC with villa could have made a lovely family holiday. Communication with Helen the owner was spot on the whole way and she made booking transfer and getting area information a doddle. The pictures do not do the pool justice but everything else seemed that will do. Shame as it could be amazing. Personally we would not return plus a lot a stray cats and a dog come to the villa daily and nightly.

Great week

Villa Trisca is in a peaceful and very friendly residential area close to the sea and approx 30 mins from Kyrenia. There is a local restaurant on the sea front approx 5 min walk away. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The outside area is where we spent most of our time during the day. The pool is extremely clean with a large area for relaxing in the sun, with areas of shade if needed. Communication from Helen from initial inquiry to end of our stay was very good. Property Manager Magda met us on arrival even though we were delayed until 01.00hrs and showed us around the villa. All in all a very enjoyable stay at Villa Trisca

September 2018

This was our first time in Villa Trisca in the Karsiyaka area of Cyprus, and we hope it won't be the last. The villa was fantastic and more than met our expectations. It was clean, well equipped, and is situated in a quiet pleasant residential neighbourhood. The highlight was the large pool and outside areas, where between dips, you could either lie in the sun or sit in the shade on comfy sofas. The local restaurant right on the coast is walkable or a few minutes drive. The owners are lovely humble people, and the food is better than average. Within a ten minute drive from the villa you can also get other Turkish, or British, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. Helen responded very quickly throughout the booking process and couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks to Helen and Richard for letting us share their villa for week, which sometime we'd love to return to. John & Gill Rimmer

Great stay at villa Trisca

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at villa Trisca. We had a lovely time. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours, so it was 5am when we arrived. Magda was there from the management team to welcome us which meant a lot to us after our journey. The villa has everything you could possibly need for your stay, there were plenty of sunny areas to sunbathe and shaded areas for when it was too hot. The garden was lovely. We found the water cooler a real lifesaver! We walked 300m to Sirinyali restaurant most nights - great food and great prices. A shop is within walking distance but a car is needed if you want to go further. Would not hesitate to return to this lovely villa with a great pool in well tended gardens. Brilliant communication with Helen at all times. Many thanks Andy and Sally

Lovely villa in peaceful surroundings

Communication with owner was perfect from start to finish. Villa is stunning, perfectly situated and within walking distance of a lovely restaurant and a couple of shops. Plenty of day trips in surrounding area including Vouni, Famaguta and Buffavento. Weather outstanding and all in all a wonderful place to spend two weeks. Thank you.
