Hermosa moderna y espaciosa. Nuestro apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños incluye WIFI. Está idealmente ubicado a pocos minutos a pie de las dos playas locales, tiendas y restaurantes.
El apartamento tiene la ventaja de aire acondicionado en todo, un ascensor y un aparcamiento vigilado donde siempre está garantizado su espacio. Además de una gran terraza privada (con puerta con llave) totalmente equipada con mesa, sillas, tumbonas, sombrilla y barbacoa de gas. También hay poder, plantas en macetas y lámparas solares.
Hemos intentado pensar en todo para asegurarnos de tener unas vacaciones maravillosas, incluso para proporcionar una sombrilla de playa, una biblioteca de libros y DVD y balanzas para equipaje de mano para asegurarnos de que no exceda su límite de peso cuando compre todo esos recuerdos de vacaciones. Para los niños hay, baldes y palas, pelotas, juegos de mesa y cartas.
Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestro apartamento y en muchas ocasiones se ha dicho que citar "Es el apartamento mejor equipado que hemos sido".
Sant Feliu de Guixols, una vibrante ciudad de la pesca desde la antigüedad, situada 100 kilometros de Barcelona (servicio de autobús cada hora) y sólo 30 km del aeropuerto de Girona. 5 minutos a pie de la ciudad que se encuentra en una hermosa y protegida bahía y cuyo, larga playa de arena contrasta con los escarpados acantilados que rodean ya las calas que dan a la Costa Brava su nombre. Recibe su personaje desde su clara, aguas poco profundas, el puerto deportivo y pesquero activo (captura viene en día). Con sus numerosos bares y restaurantes (la mayoría de los cuales permanecen abiertos todo el año), usted siempre será capaz de encontrar un lugar ideal para pasar una hora o dos con tapas y sangría. Para los más activos, hay numerosas atracciones deportivas que incluyen un tamaño completo piscina pública, gimnasios, pistas de tenis, 2 complejos deportivos y una amplia gama de deportes náuticos y acuáticos. Golf en 5kms. La ciudad alberga numerosas y frecuentemente gratuitas, actividades y exposiciones. St Feliu de Guixols es un lugar ideal para relajarse con amigos, familia o un ser querido.

Excellent apartment in Sant Feliu de Guixols

Lyn and Dave were very welcoming and warm hosts. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable -- perfect for a family with children. The air conditioning kept the place cool during a major heat wave, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The beds and bathrooms were in great condition, and the roof access withe a bbq was an added benefit. The place is a short walk from two beautiful beaches and the downtown area. Everything we wanted for our summer vacation!

Sejour très agréable

Le logement est conforma à l'annonce. La grande terrasse est très appréciable et la climatisation dans toute les pièces et surtout les chambres est un plus pour un bon repos chaque nuit.Lyn et Dave sont là à l'arrivée et au départ et disponibles en cas de soucis. Ils sont aussi de bons conseils.

Great place to stay

Really welcoming and uncomplicated hosts. Very spacious, well kept and inviting apartment. And the rooftop terrace and barbecue was a real bonus. Everything you could wish for. Highly recommended!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Lyn und Dave begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist exakt beschrieben, sie ist geräumig, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, das wir 2 Badezimmer ( klein, aber fein und sauber) hatten, war für uns als Familie besonders praktisch. Die Dachterrasse hat auch uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls korrekt beschrieben, 10 min Fußweg zum Strand oder in den Ort. San Feliu de Guíxols hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders weil er seinen eigenen Stil beibehält ohne Massentourismus. Wir können die Wohnung in diesem schönem Ort nur weiterempfehlen.

Nice spacious apartment in St Filiu

We had an enjoyable 10 days in this very nice apartment. Super hosts, very kind and hospitable. They did us a huge favour on our arrival (thanks again Lyn and Dave) Fully equipped with eveything you may need to complete your stay. Excellent wifi.The huge private roof terrace is a real bonus. Highly recommended!

Don't miss this gem

We had a wonderful time in this apartment, which is really spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and comfortably situated just 5min on foot away from beach and town centre. The flat has everything to guarantee a perfect holiday, but the absolute Highlight is the rooftop terrace, from which you look into the countryside, but also towards the sea. Our hosts, Lyn and Dave, gave us a very warm welcome and lots of ideas about what to do in San Feliu...thanks a lot again. And, San Feliu is one of the very few towns on that coast, which still offers the characteristics and charm of a Catalonian town with many restaurants and bars, but not over-touristic like most in the area. Should you have the chance to stay at this apartment, don't hesitate to do so.

La position de l’appartement en hauteur, nécessite de bonnes jambes pour accéder aux plages et au centre ville… Le garage est un plus pour la sécurité, et évite la recherche de parking. Très bonne prestation pour l’ensemble.

Super Appartment, netteste Vermieter, die wir je getroffen haben

Lyn und Dave sind die nettesten und hilfsbereitesten Vermieter, die wir je trafen. Als wir wegen einer Autopanne erst sehr spät ankamen, hatten sie uns z.B. Getränke besorgt, weil der Supermarkt schon zu hatte. Das Appartment selbst ist gut aufgeteilt, sehr gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Und: jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine individuell regelbare Klimaanlage und ne große Dachterrasse.Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

Very practical appartment

Lyn and Dave were very welcoming and the appartment had everything we needed. Three bedrooms so no one was on a sofabed. The kitchen and sitting room each have a little terrace, lits of fresh air, but also airconditioning. The roof terrace was great for breakfast, and just lounging on a lazy day. The garage for parking was really good, no stress about using the car. It's well located just 10mins walk to the old town for tapas, or 10 mins the other way to a lovely beach. There 'green route' cycle path to Olot or Girona starts a few hundred metres from the appartment. We had a great week.

Voor de tweede keer naar het appartement van Dave en Lyn geweest, ondanks COVID-19 hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Een warm welkom! De inventaris is goed, je hoeft niks mee te brengen. Want ook de supermarkt is om de hoek! wederom een prima vakantie gehad!

Très bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et bienveillants. Pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture car tout se trouve à proximité. Je recommande cette location et la ville que je ne connaissais pas.

Great appartement

What a welcome! Dave and Lyn are really very friendly and willing to help us in any way possible. We have been in Sant Feliu many times before, so we know our way there, and how great is the locotian of this propertie. You can leave your car in the garage, the supermarkt is so close, the beach, the town..everything! And the appartement has everything you need: space, washing machine, and on top of this all, the rooftop terrace! We are allready looking forward in returning next year! Dave and Lyn, thank you for this great vacation!

Excellent facilities, spotlessly clean and in an ideal position. Supermarket next door!

We stayed in the apartment from 12th to 19th October 2018 and we could not fault it. Lyn and Dave were very attentive and were available if there were any problems. The apartment was right next door to a good supermarket which made shopping easy. It is also easy to walk to the harbour and the old town which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The Sunday market is also good and there is plenty to see in the area. The sunroof is excellent with sun beds but sadly we did not have much sun to make the most of this. The apartment is well equipped and we did not want for anything. Wifi was fine and the television, although Spanish programmes, did have an audio button and sometimes programmes could be heard in English. Good restaurant is El Gallo. Also visit the Gala castle in Pubols where Salvador Dali had bought a castle for Gala his wife. All excellent. We would return should we come that way again. Sue and Andy, Kent.

Fantastic appartment,

Dave and Lyn must be doing something right as this was our third stay in as many years. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. The supermarket next door is a real bonus as is Café Guixols on the next corner. We love San Feliu and Dave and lyn make it really easy for us to return, The new windows and décor throughout have made a huge difference. To get into town is only a short walk where their are many restaurants and bar to visit, I would recommend this apartment to friends and family, we will be back again in 2019.

Wonderful appartment in wonderful town

We (5 adults with 2 children) had really wonderful time spent in Sant Feliu de Guixols at this appartment. It is very cozy, comfortable well equipped flat with great air-conditioning and not far from both beaches and city center. You have there everything you need. Great well equipped apartment

It is a very spacious apartment that fitted 6people in comfortably.It has all the equipment you need in the kitchen and a lovely big private roof terrace with a barbecue that's ideal for family eating.There's a large supermarket next door that sells everything you need during your stay and there's a few good bars and restaurants close by with lots of others in the town centre which is a 15 minute walk away.The lovely town beach is also about 15 minutes walk away and there's another beach out of town that's about 20 minutes away but there's quite a steep hill coming back from that one which can be tiring for oldies (like me) especially in the heatOn the town promenade there's a kids park with climbing frames etc,,a few funfair rides for younger children and trampolines for all ages I would recommend this apartment to anyone as it has everything including lots of beach towels, games etc and although its on a busy road its not too noisy if most of the windows are shut.The air conditioning is excellent but the WiFi is rather patchy.Lyn and Dave ,the owners are a fabulous couple who were there to meet us and show us round the apartment.They are so friendly and helpful without being intrusive in any way and did all they could to assist us when we had wi-fi glitch, so many thanks to them

A great week in Sant Feliu de Guixols

We thought the apartment was very good - well equipped, good air conditioning, and a great location - a short walk to the beaches and town centre. We had a really enjoyable week! Dave and Lyn were very welcoming, and went out of their way to accommodate us - which we really appreciated.

Well equipped accomodation with effective AC and easily accessible large sun terrace. Wiifi reception a little patchy and if windows open traffic noise an irritation. Lyn and David helpful and accommodating hosts

Fantastic Appartment

We stayed for two weeks over Easter with our two young children. The apartment was very well equipped, for us and our children. The apartment is spacious and was spotless, perfect location for beach or the town. Roof terrace was fantastic! Would definitely recommend and we plan to return! Lyn and Dave couldn't have been more helpful, both with information before our trip, or if we needed anything during our holiday.
