We strive to make all our guest feel welcome by furnishing it as if it were our home. QUALITY FURNISHING, NEWLY REMODELED 2016* Stocking supplies and insuring that this condo is well maintained. We are here frequently for short and long stays ourselves. Personally & Professionally managed and maintained.

Comfortable , Stylish and Convenient

The Ark is comfortably and stylishly appointed, recently remodeled with stainless kitchen and newly tiled shower . Everything is very crisp and clean. Walking distance into main shopping and restaurant area. Several real pluses were the building and city parking permits and the 2 beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit.

Everything went very smoothly and we had a great visit to Rehoboth.

Stan was very thorough and detailed in his communications, making any and all instructions very clear.

Wonderful condo, great location

This condo is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable with convenient parking. The bedroom is in the back of the building so it is quiet. It's a nice walk to the beach and the Dogfish Head restaurant is only a block away. Stan is easy to work with and very organized. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property, excellent location

Great condo with beautiful updates. Very clean! The location cannot be beat. Everything you need is in walking distance. The availability of beach chairs and umbrella was a great highlight.

Walking to the beach is certainly doable, but carrying chairs, umbrella and beach bag required a quick ride by car, and with a little investigating beforehand, non-metered, parking pass friendly parking is available a block from the beach. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rehoboth!

The apartment was perfect,location great parked the car in covered space moved it once.

Perfect size, perfect location

My husband and I literally just got back today. Property was clean and very nicely decorated with updated decor. Perfect size for two. Close to everything you need....restaurants, shops, beach. We had a wonderful time and would use again. Definitely recommend this property.
