Comfortable Contemporary Condo - Intown Rehoboth Beach!

A very comfortable, modern multi-level one-bed room unit available in the ARK available for your vacation stay! The unit is in town, park and forget your car! One parking spot behind the building with a Rehoboth Beach parking tag for parking near the beaches.

The condo is fully equipped with TV (basic service) and WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop is on the first level. The second level includes the bathroom with washer/dryer and bedroom. The third level is the living level with a wet bar and balcony looking over the main street.

The condo is blocks from restaurants, boardwalk, and the beach! A public transportation stop is just outside the building providing bus service to the outlet malls, etc. Rehoboth has many cultural events during the season and off-season! Enjoy restaurants and events year-round.

Great little apartment that was perfect for what we were looking for. A short distance to the boardwalk, and far enough away from the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this location was fantastic. It was VERY clean, VERY organized, Well stocked, and the over all lay out was extremely well thought out. Walkable to everything. Excellent experience.

Highly recommend. Location cant get any better About 10 minute walk to the beach.Host replies quick with any questions.Very clean rental.Has everything you need and then some.Will stay here again in the future.

This was a perfect rental for a long weekend visit. The condo was clean and offered all the accommodations you would expect. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and shops and having the parking pass allowed us to drive a few blocks away from the crowds for those days we went to the beach.

Very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for a smaller apartment. Great location near restaurants, shops. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Free parking on property AND a parking permit for down by the beaches! Don't forget shampoo; although if you do no worries, the Royal Farms is 2 blocks down.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this super cute condo right on Rehoboth Ave. Free parking in a dedicated lot is a huge bonus. Condo also has a city parking permit for use but we were able to walk most of the time with no trouble. The condo is very nicely renovated with lots of modern touches. We had two adults and two teenagers and it was plenty of space for us for a short stay. The balcony faces the main street so it's a bit noisy but great for people-watching. Overall a great stay!

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Great location and parking on site. Special town parking permit comes in handy. Would definitely return.

Great beach rental for two.

What a great location for a beach rental. The location cannot be beat. The condo was close to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. This rental was the perfect size for two people to get away for a few days. The condo was very clean. The owners were awesome and very accommodating to our needs.

Beautiful, clean place in a great location! A good, quiet spot for childfree couples who like going out, too. Make sure to bring extra blankets and towels, and keep the key on you when you leave. The building door code stopped working a few times. Overall, a really nice stay!!!

Damp and musty

Arrived to an apt that was so damp and humid that the carpet was wet to walk on. Problem not resolved after several days so trip was cut short. Although host provided a partial refund, I felt I was due additional amount.

Nice condo and great location

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us and conveniently located to everything downtown Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Plus a short drive to Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach.
