素敵な1ベッドルームアパートメント（2ベッドルームだったので、今ではもっと広いラウンジダイナーがあります）。 パインウォークとIlla D’Orホテルのすぐ後ろ。 エレベーター付きの2階に位置する南向きのこのアパートメント（72㎡）は設備の整ったダブルベッドルーム1室、シャワー付きバスルーム1室、オーブン付きキッチン、ビロコンロ、ケトル、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫などで構成されています。 広くて明るいラウンジダイニングルームには、快適なソファーベッド（2 x 80 cmマットレス）が付いています。 アパートは洗濯機、アイロンとアイロン台、エアコンユニット（ホット＆コールド）が装備されています。 バルコニーは一日中太陽の恩恵を受けます。 下記のLagunaバー/レストランでプールをご利用ください。 アパートは4人まで収容可能です。

Great apartment in Puerto pollenza

The apartment had everything we needed, close to the beach in a calmer area, it is bigger than the pictures and comfortable - we loved our stay!

Great location

Nice flat with perfect location just round the corner from Pine Walk. Bedroom and kitchen rather small.

VERY HOT HOLIDAY

Convenient location for the beach. Exceptionally warm weather -- air conditioning struggled at times. Use of pool not automatic.

As described. Kitchen dated but did the job. My daughter slept in lounge on comfortable sofa bed . Her only issue was very noisy refuse collection early in morning but you could experience this anywhere! Basic, value for money property. Note, manager of pool below property was very clear that apartment guests had no special privileges in pool area and had to purchase food and drink there like everyone else in order to use pool facilities!

Fantastic, family friendly location

Communication with Michelle was super easy, we were well informed ahead of the trip. Apartment was clean and spotless. Our toddler slept perfectly in the bedroom while we slept on the sleeping couch in the living room. We stayed for 16 nights, and had the towels changed once after the first week. That was for us enough. I liked that we could store the bikes in the front balcony that had a second locked door. This location and part of Puerto Pollenca is absolutely the most calm, pretty and idyllic part of Puerto Pollenca. The beaches are perfect for the toddlers as they’re protected from the wind and waters were calm. Our favourite restaurant was the Italian Voramar on the beach. Great area for road biking. Important to be aware of: The windows are not really sound insulated, meaning that we could here everything from the street. The noise from the bar below was actually ok as it was calm after 10 pm. However, located behind the hotel Illa Dor also meant that there were lots of traffic (early morning deliveries, trash pick up, staff moving laundry in and out of the neighbouring building) that also woke us up either in the late evening close to midnight or early morning close to 7 am, before our toddler even woke up. For us, it was probably loud because we slept in the living room faced towards the street. The kitchen is definitely basic and not inviting to cook dinner or anything, but enough for a simple breakfast. Was missing a microwave and a dish washer.

L’appartement est propre, agréable et surtout idéalement situé près des plages, commerces et restaurants. Il y a un snack avec piscine en bas de l’appartement. Je recommande l’appartement !

Bel appartement très bien équipé

Très bon séjour passé à Port de Pollenca. L'appartement est idéalement situé à l'écart du centre mais tout en restant proche de toutes commodités à pied. Très bien agencé et équipé. Plages au calme à 2 pas. Tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Great apartment in a great location.

Perfect location. We've been to pollensa for over 20 years do know the area well. The whole process from booking to leaving was faultless. The apartment was big and spotless. It could do with WiFi but that's not really a big issue.

Good location and facilities

Nice apartment in quiet residential street very close to sea and pine walk into Pollenca. Facilities ideal for our needs, clean and quiet. In high season I expect the use of the pool is an added bonus but it was closed and empty during our stay. We had lovely weather enabling us to have breakfast on the balcony where you can just see the sea, the balcony is overlooking the road which is quiet. We had a really enjoyable time exploring the island and a comfortable stay in the apartment.

Lovely stay at Bonanca

We were so pleasantly surprised at the great location of this property. It is right behind the lovely I'lla dor hotel which we used to use for sundowners as there is a lovely bar on the water. The flat was very clean and Charlotte was a great host with very good communication. A very good spot - we loved the cafe Formentor up the road for supplies and the odd meal too and Little italy on pine walk was fab and a hit with the kids as they could play on the sand while they waited for their pizza. Pollensa is a beautiful part of Majorca and we will return. Thank you Charlotte!

This is a beautiful property ideally situated behind the I'll a Dor Hotel. With use of the pool below and being a stones throw away from the beach this is the ideal place to stay.

We have a lift and the lady who looks after our apartment also lives in the block so is always on hand if you have any questions etc.
