A luxury 5 bedroom villa with its own pool and fantastic views. The villa is located in a small urbanisation in an elevated position above Nerja, looking out to sea. The size of the villa offers scope for large groups or several families. It is detached and has been built and furnished to a high standard and has its own pool, parking, several terraces and gardens. The villa is both comfortable and spacious, on three levels, each of which has its own terrace with stunning views of the sea. The beach is in walking distance (5 minutes drive away). It has satellite TV/DVD. WIFI now available. Close to the centre of the charming town of Nerja which offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, nightclubs and beaches. Nearby are the renowned Nerja Caves whilst Malaga airport is only 45 minutes away. A large water park is 30 minutes drive away. To the North East is the beautiful and historic city of Granada. Skiing is also close by. Along the beach there are many beautiful restaurants.

Great group holiday
Had a great time at this lovely villa. Amazing views with plenty of space. Great for large groups. Nerja and the surrounding area is brilliant, would highly recommend both property and location.
Fabulous Pool with Fantastic Views
We, a mixed age family group, have recently returned from a week’s stay in this lovely villa, the location of which provides the most fabulous views from all three balcony levels. The pool is absolutely delightful and is situated so that it has sun from mid-morning to early evening – we felt quite superior to the villas lower down, where the pools only had sun for limited periods of the day!! The downside to the villa’s location is that there is a very steep hill up to it, so we usually returned by taxi (8/9 Euros for four persons to/from Nerja).
The villa is spacious and feels very secure due to the fact that all windows are fitted with lockable grids – there are also blinds on each window, which we closed during the day in order to keep the rooms as cool as possible and to keep the need for air-conditioning to a minimum.
We spent little time inside the villa, so the fact that some of the furnishings/tv may be a bit dated was not an issue for us. We did, however, make very good use of the balcony adjacent to the kitchen where two small (new) barbecues were provided, with two tables and seating for all.
We used taxis to nearby supermarkets - Lidl for basics, inc fruit and veg, and booze (good value) and Supersol for meat and fish. Perhaps ordering online from the Mercadonna supermarket may have proved a better option (if we had been organised) in order to avoid having to pop down the hill to the Marinas hotel hypermarket for the essentials we ran short of (usually bottled water), which was time consuming, as well as more expensive than the normal supermarkets. The hypermarket staff were, however, happy to call a taxi when we didn’t have the energy to carry our purchases back up the hill!!
There is a good quality restaurant – Avalon – within walking distance for a special meal and there is also a small bar – Toni/Oasis Bar – within an even shorter walking distance, which offers a good basic menu that we are more than happy to recommend. In Nerja itself, there are lots of restaurants to choose from to suit all budgets.
All in all, an ideal villa for any large group that is happy to be away from the main town centre.

The only downside was the long walk down the hill to the rubbish bins.

utiful house in a beautiful location with great views of the sea. My kids had the most fun splashing around in both the private and communal pools.

Gott om utrymme för oss elva personer. Praktiskt med många rum och badrum. Lyxigt med egen pool. Ligger högt upp med backar och många trappor, men det var det värt.
Beach at 500m with watersports.

Nearest town is Nerja, within walking distance.
