Ce rez de chaussée près de la piscine appartement est idéalement situé sur un magnifique et nouveau complexe qui a été terminé au plus haut niveau. Les portes-fenêtres donnent sur une grande véranda spacieuse qui est équipée avec des meubles de patio pour profiter de repas en plein air ou tout simplement vous asseoir et prendre un verre. L'appartement est entièrement climatisé et a alloué un parking couvert si vous avez besoin de l'utiliser. À distance de marche sont d'excellents restaurants, tavernes et bars sur l'avenue Kennedy, Kapparis. 15 minutes à pied de nombreuses plages de sable fin et de criques avec diverses installations sportives de l'eau, tels que les bateaux-location, jet-ski et la plongée. station de vacances de Protaras est à 7 minutes en voiture, avec de longues plages de sable fin et une variété d'activités, notamment le tennis, mini-golf et des écoles de plongée. Check-in was easy, and the owner was responsive to messages.The house was generally clean and well-equipped, although dishes and cups had food residues.We hadvto wash them again.The beds, especially the single ones, were not comfortable. The children had difficulty sleeping as the metal bases were noisy and not supportive.The A/C had a timer that limited use to 2 hours at a time, which made it very difficult to keep the room cool overnight. As the apartment is on the ground floor, we did not feel comfortable sleeping with the windows open.The swimming pool was quite small for the size of the complex and often crowded, and it was dirty.

Regarding the pool, it is cleaned daily, and during peak periods, a higher level of activity is to be expected. As for the air conditioning, our units are fitted with timer switches to promote energy efficiency—these can be easily reactivated with a simple touch, and all rooms are equipped with fans for added comfort. These details are included in the information provided prior to arrival. We also want to note that the single beds have recently been upgraded with new, fitted mattresses to enhance guest comfort. We understand that experiences can vary, and we’re always open to constructive dialogue. If you’d like to discuss anything further, we’d be happy to continue the conversation privately. Σε γενικές γραμμές το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό, καλά συντηρημένο. Το σημαντικότερο ήταν ότι είναι ισόγειο και δίπλα στην πισίνα. Αυτό με βοήθησε πάρα πολύ γιατι είμαι άτομο με αναπηρία. Έίχε πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση απο την πρώγη στιγμή που φτάσαμε εκει. Η κυρία που ήταν υπέυθυνη για το καθάρισμα του ήρθε από την πρώτη κιόλας στιγμη που μπήκαμε μέσα και μας ρώτησε αν είμαστε εντάξει , ή αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι. Εγώ της απάντησα ότι μόλις μπήκαμε άναψα το air-condition του σαλονιού και έτρεχε νερό. Μας ζήτησε αμέσως συγνώμη και μας είπε ότι θα έφερνε τον τεχνικό να το φτιάξει. Σε μισή ώρα περίπου ήρθε ο τεχνικός και το έφτιαξε. Το μόνο μικρό πρόβλημα, που εντόπισα ήταν το ψυγείο που ήταν λίγο μικρό και δεν πολύ πάγωνε.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung direkt am Pool

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist direkt am Pool, sichtgeschützt vor einer kleinen Mauer. Durch das Etagenbett im 2. Schlafzimmer, ist die Wohnung hervorragend geeignet für Familien mit bis zu 5 Personen. Der Chromata Lagoon Komplex liegt ideal zu Strand, Supermärkten und Restaurants, welche alle zu Fuß zu erreichen sind!

Great location and service

Great place, wonderful location and the manager on site is fantastic. We did have a lot of ants and a few cockroaches. It's unfortunate that there isn't free internet and the pool closes at 8 pm.

Very nice apartment, great location.

Very nice apartment, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The patio is just a few steps away from the gate to the pool. The complex was tidy, well maintained and quiet (we were there late October). A good choice of bars, restaurants and convenience stores are a short walk away, as are some very nice small beaches. The bigger, more popular beaches of Protaras are a 10 minute drive away. Very pleased all round and would definitely stay again.

Exactly what we needed

Perfectly located just far enough away from all the tourist traps but close enough to be convenient. Just a short walk from some great restaurants and beaches and a short drive from anywhere else you'd want to go. The apartment itself is ideal for a couple or small group of people wanting the freedom that only a self catering holiday can give. A good sized kitchen, plenty of storage, ample sleeping, and direct access to a lovely, refreshing pool make this place perfect for most people's needs. We will definitely be returning.

Hello. A little about us.
We live in a small seaside town in the North East and love our holidays in Cyprus.
We just love our complex in Kapparis and have made lots of friends and contacts. We would love to spend more time out there however we both have very busy working lives. We know you will love the apartment as much as we do!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We looked at lots of properties in Cyprus however fell in love with this apartment and complex.
We love the fact it is poolside (no lumping heavy bags around or making pack lunches!!) and the pools themselves are just fab.
The apartment is very spacious and airy and just a great feel about it.
It is within walking distance to the main town which has a number of bars and restaurants, yet far enough away not to be disturbed.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the fact it is just a short walk away to some lovely beach coves including Firemans bay.
Ideally placed to view the intriguing Famagusta and only a short distance to the more bustling towns of Ayia Napa, Protaras and Paralimni.
The facilities around the pool are great as they include toilets (also disabled ones) showers etc so no need to dry off just to visit the loo!!!
Again, the fact it is poolside is just so convenient and hassle free.
Our young daughter loves the play park situated at the front of the apartment. The complex has something for everyone.
