La Lavande is a very special villa, designed for privacy. La Lavande is home sweet home in a well established location and will appeal to couples or families seeking quality accommodation without the need for car hire.

Villa La Lavande is located in the central residential area of Puerto del Carmen and is just five minutes walk to the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants. Decorated with a touch of Provence, you will find the villa has everything and every detail has been thought of. The main living and dining area has a lovely atmosphere with air conditioning where you can relax and enjoy the SMART TV 50". Free fibre optic internet is available throughout the villa and listen to your favourite music with the new Apple Homepod, a breakthrough speaker that adapts to its location and delivers high-fidelity audio. There are two bedrooms, both beautifully decorated with two elegant bathrooms both one with walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, juice maker, washing machine and many more items for your convenience. From the kitchen you step out to the patio with BBQ table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining. This leads on to the heated swimming pool and sun terrace and Jacuzzi.

A complimentary welcome basket is included on arrival. We provide an Eco-friendly cleaning service with a full clean and linen change once a week. Towels are supplied for the week with 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels allocated to each person per week.

Great welcome pack as always, really clean and well equipped villa in an excellent position. One criticism is that two of the sun loungers are in need of repair ( one is really unusable).

wie auch schon im letzen Jahr super. Im Haus ist alles was mann braucht und vieles mehr. Die Lage ist optimal. Die Vermieter und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir freuen uns schon auf November wenn wir wieder in der Villa sind.

Brilliant

Beautiful villa. Had everything we wanted. When we got there we were left an amazing hamper from bread, butter to popcorn, wine and beer. A little message was left on the mirror welcoming us. Really lovely. The pool was a good size and heated. Hot tub was awesome! The property manager Isabelle was awesome, very friendly and always emailed me back straight away after I had asked a question. The owner Kevin was very nice and friendly. Location wise it was brilliant. Literally 2 mins walk away from the main strip. Little shop just up the road, spar another minute on and a mercadona about 15 mins walk away. If we were to come back to Puerto Del Carmen would book this villa without a doubt.

Good villa for small group

Nice villa, very well equipped, clean, and comfortable, if furnishings/decor a little dated. Located approx five min walk from main strip in Puerto Del Carmen, next door to small pizzeria and convenience store. Nice little extras at the villa show the owners' care. It was a self check-in and we didn't need to contact them during our stay. No evening sun if sitting outside for dinner, which was a pity, but overall would recommend villa.

Excellent villa in a great location

Great villa everything you need very comfortable ! Great TV package pool lovely n warm in January and hot tub too ! We loved our stay at this villa and would definately stay or recommend to anyone ! All handled clearly and very professional no problems from start to Finnish thanks !

Lovely villa with pool and jacuzzi

We had a really great time here - great comfort - lovely welcome basket with goodies and wine on arrival. Great fast Internet connection. Very close to shops and main strip in Puerto del Carmen. We will be back!
