Villa spacieuse de luxe avec piscine à débordement privée, à distance de marche de Moraira

La Casa de Reyes est spacieuse, moderne et meublée à un niveau très élevé. La surface habitable de la villa est de 313 m2 et elle se trouve sur un généreux terrain de 1 133 m2.

La villa est entièrement climatisée / chauffée, ainsi que le chauffage au sol pour les mois les plus frais.

La villa possède un grand salon et salle à manger décloisonné avec des canapés en cuir chocolat, des meubles et des tableaux modernes et une télévision à écran plasma de 50 pouces avec son surround. Il y a Sky Plus, un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD / CD et un système Sonos, avec des haut-parleurs à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la villa.

La villa est orientée plein sud et bénéficie donc d'un ensoleillement toute la journée. De plus, en raison du fait que les villas de chaque côté sont légèrement en retrait et plus ou moins hautes, toutes les zones extérieures sont particulièrement privées car vous n'êtes pas négligé.

Il y a 8 transats sur la grande terrasse, une piscine à débordement de 58 m2 et une grande pelouse en gazon artificiel à l'arrière de la propriété.

La villa est entièrement équipée si vous souhaitez dîner, et elle dispose également d'un barbecue à gaz, d'une table à manger dans le Naya et de canapés extérieurs pour les soirées d'été paresseuses.

Il y a tous les grands restaurants, bars et bien sûr la plage de Moraira à seulement 10 minutes à pied.

Alternativement, vous pouvez être à Javea, Calpe ou dans une crique isolée à quelques minutes en voiture ou en taxi.

La station balnéaire animée de Benidorm, avec ses parcs à thème et ses parcs aquatiques, est également très facilement accessible.

Nous avons une licence de touriste obligatoire pour notre villa et tous les invités seront tenus de fournir leurs détails de passeport via l'App Check-in Scan avant de recevoir les instructions d'accès clés.

Beautiful villa with a great layout. Very spacious and the master bedroom is exceptional with en-suite (with bath and separate shower) and a large sun terrace. The interior is modern with quality furnishings. The pool was a little chilly as it was February but granddaughter loved it in her new wet suit! The walk into town is only 10 - 15 minutes with lots of bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

Loved this property, my daughter and her partner had the privacy on the top floor and myself. my son, daughter in law and grandchildren were on the ground floor, the swimming pool was amazing and I must say it was a great family holiday and we hope to go back next year

A large comfortable villa with excellent outside space and secure driveway. Brilliantly located a short easy walk from moraira centre, beaches and weekly market. Excellent communication from host and quick to help with any concerns we had.

Absolutely stunning property in a great location just 15 minute walk to the edge of town.We lived outside for most the week, in the generous terrace area and in the gorgeous infinity pool.Would highly recommend to family’s and groups, we went as a party in their 70s, forties and pre teens. My dad, has a disability, making walking and movement difficult, but he managed the villa fine and even went for a dip in the pool

Great stay

Stayed here for 6 days around the new years. The house is very conviently located within a 15 min walking distance to Moraira and many restaurants. The house itself was excellent with all the amenities you can think of such as a well equipped kitchen. Cleaning could have been a bit better, but overall this house is absolutely recommended any time of the year!

Lovely villa in Moraira

Pictures don’t do this villa justice. The outside area is perfect mix of shaded areas and sunny parts. Infinity pool was a plus and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool Ideal for a large family as the bedrooms are spread over 2 levels. Absolute bonus was the great little restaurant Ca Pepe at the end of the road.

Lovely large villa with a great pool. The villa is mostly set up perfectly for 8 people; room for 8 to eat outside in the shaded naya or inside, 8 sun lounges etc. The only shortage might be on wine glasses. Good location, c. 15min walk to centre of town and less to the beach.

Fantastic Villa Close to the Beach

From start to end it was a great experience staying in this lovely home. The property is immaculate and had everything we could ask for including kitchen items, board games, TV, pool, etc. The washing machine and AC worked great. Communication with the host was always very prompt and accomodating. I will stay here again for sure.

Ideal family summer holiday

We had a fantastic holiday last week, the villa and pool are fabulous and the covered seating area is ideal for relaxing and eating. Andy and Karen are easy to deal with and very swift in replying to any questions you may have. Moraira is a nice town and Ca Pepe restaurant at the bottom of the road serves excellent food and amazing cocktails. We would definitely love to come and stay here again.

Fabulous, better than expected !!

We have just arrived home after spending 5 weeks here, Location, Quality and Size of the property was fantastic. As stated in a previous review, the place is better than the pictures suggest. The owner was great with communication and fast to rectify any issues. Would highly recommend 10/10

We live in Dorset on the south coast of England, with our 4 daughters. We work long hours but make time for family holidays and we look forward to our trips to Moraira and try to come out several times a year.
If we go for a week or less we can fortunately fly from our local airport but we always like to take the ferry to northern Spain and drive down for our fortnight in the Summer.
This is the second villa that we have owned in the area. Our last villa was lovely but we improved everything that we weren't quite 100% happy with before, when designing this villa. We have had the villa built for the long term, but with the holiday market in mind, and have put our thoughts into the best location for us now, the next 10 years & beyond.
The villa really is our home from home.

We love this area of Spain which is easy to get to by air and also possible to drive to, as it is not too far south.
Moraira is a uniquely charming town with an abundance of restaurants and bars, to suit all tastes and pockets. The town comes alive in the evening and has a couple of nightclubs and boasts several festivals during the year when they have live acts performing on street stages, dancing on the promenades and fireworks displays.
The fantastic beaches in and around Moraira are clean and have parasols, sunbeds and children's play areas. There are many coves to explore along with golf, water sports and numerous themes parks only about 1/2 an hour away.
The town has everything to offer us as a family now and our daughters as they grow up and want to go out without us!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our villa is within walking distance of the town, but far enough away that it is quiet. We have a larger than average sized swimming pool and our terrace is probably double the size of many other villas. We also have a children's swing set to keep any children amused.
We have everything inside the villa that we would have at home such as surround sound, large TVs and the full sky package. We also have a Sonos sound system for the lounge and the exterior speakers.
Our villa does actually seat 8 as many villas have a small sofa and a dining table that can in fact only seat 6 people, as well as not enough sun loungers!
Our villa would equally suit a large family, two smaller families, or couples, due to the number of bathrooms and the large interior of the property.
