Lovely apartment.

Lovely apartment with big balcony and excellent views overlooking Peyia and down to the sea. The place was spotless comfortable and homely. The wifi and TV were basic ( need upgrading ) but worked ok. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful apartment and stunning views

Apartment is in a beautiful location within walking distance of the lovely village of Peiya which has a lovely choice of restaurants, the best bakery in the world and little supermarkets. The apartment was spotlessly clean with an absolutely amazing balcony with stunning views. Sitting out there in the evenings looking over the Island all lit up is lovely. Location is very peaceful and yet you are able to taxi/drive into the busier Coral Bay Area should you wish. The shared pool is a lovely alternative to the beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Peyia getaway

Please note, we are a couple in our 60’s which will effect our review…… The balcony and the sunsets were amazing . The bathroom is a little old fashioned but nothing wrong with it . The living area was lovely other than some rather tired cushions in the sofa . You definitely need a car . The walk into peyia is not straightforward and when hot not really an option . It was quiet and peaceful most of the time and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Richard

NOISY CONSTRUCTION WORK

Could not stay at the property between 7am and 4pm due to heavy construction work taking place on three villas directly adjacent to the balcony. Also the apartment is tired and very dated. The host appears to have no knowledge of the property and surrounding area and gave an unsatisfactory response to our concerns and ignored my questions. Wouldn’t stay again.

Nice clean and well presented apartment with amazing views

I would like to start by saying that the apartment is very nice. It is a large 1 bedroom apartment with amazing views from the very large patio. It was spotlessly clean and had all the basics you would need. However that said our arrival was not so pleasant. The previous review said that in the dark it is difficult to find. Well I can confirm that it is. The maps supplied are out of date with places mentioned on them that are not there anymore. We had to wake up the property manager at 1130 pm and eventually she was able to guide us in on the phone. Unfortunately our problems did not end there. The key code supplied to us by the owner did not work. The property manager had then to go to her office and at 1.10am she turned up with a spare set of keys. The next day we were advised that the code had been incorrectly set. We were just very fortunate that she in fact answered her phone to help at such a late hour.

Geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit riesigem Balkon

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und wahr sehr schön und sauber. Der Balkon ist riesig und bietet einen großartigen Blick über die Küste, hatte aber leider bis auf einen untauglichen Tischschirm keine Beschattung. Der Autostellplatz ist praktischerweise direkt vor der Tür. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, hat aber keine Kaffeemaschine. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Confort et vue

Après un itinéraire folklorique (en raison des rues sinueuses, en pente et étroites), on arrive de plain pied à la porte de l'appartement : très pratique pour les bagages ! L'appartement, bien climatisé, est parfaitement équipé côté cuisine. Au salon, WIFI et télé avec programmes satellite. La chambre à coucher propose des lits costauds et confortables. Le mobilier est choisi avec goût. Alors question balcon, c'est magnifique ! Non seulement il y a beaucoup de place, mais il est équipé avec du beau matériel, avec ou sans ombre, et le soleil l'éclaire du matin au soir ! La vue vers tous les côtés, autant mer que collines, est de toute beauté. Avons passé une très belle semaine en cet endroit, avec peu de monde (en avril)

Would not call it a “luxury” apartment

The apartment is difficult to find in the dark, despite the directions given, some of the places listed are no longer there. The apartment itself was smaller than we expected from the photos and if you were four adults staying here bathroom access could prove a little difficult due to being en suite, also the towel rail falls off and the shower/bath mat is badly in need of replacing. There are three blocks to the complex and the pool is in the middle block, so not a simple pop downstairs for a dip. The terrace is large, although if you like your privacy be aware that you would be overlooked from above and one side. On arrival the kitchen surface was dirty with spilled sugar and coffee, the apartment and terrace looked as though they had not been cleaned for some time. The “welcome” pack, we paid £21 for option one, received bread, a small tub of spread, a six pack of individual jams, milk and water. The only coffee, tea and sugar we found were clearly leftovers from a previous occupant, so we were not at all impressed with that. Having said that, the apartment is an adequate base for exploring Cyprus. A car is essential. As always, you get what you pay for and it is very reasonably priced.

Dear Mark We are very sad to read your comments. We can honestly say you are the first guests we have had stay at our apartment that have made any comments on the size of our apartment and the distance to the swimming pool. As a family of 4 ourselves we have never seen this as an issue, but we appreciate that everyone has different expectations. Regarding the towel rail and the bath mat, We are investigating with our property manager the actual situation and if any action needs to take place then we will do so. Again, We are very surprised and disappointed that you did not feel you stayed in what you expected, but as you can see from our previous reviews, your comments are unexpected. Everything you need with awesome views

We arrived late on a Friday night and managed to find the apartment with no problems. The apartment itself is modern, very clean and contains everything you need. The WiFi connection was excellent and the TV options were great. The best selling point about this apartment are the views - they are spectacular. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book again in the future.

Brilliant apartment. Loved everything about it!

Lovely modern property in a very quiet and private location. We hired a car and visited lots of local attractions. The beach is about 10 minutes drive but is the best beach around. Really beautiful. The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. I've recommended to other family members and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful terrace, great view!

We chose this apartment after seeing the photos of the terrace and the views from the apartment, and we were not disappointed! The location (a little tricky to find, especially when arriving at night, as we did... LOL!) is about 15 minutes to Paphos and a good base for exploring the island. We drove to the Troodos mountains, Nicosia and North Cyprus among others. The apartment itself is pretty basic - everything is there but no frills. Also, please note that the A/C works only two hours at a time, which can be annoying during the night. The owner responds quickly to enquiries and is easy to deal with.

Week-end break

Great short break in Peyia. Ideal apartment with all the home comforts and a great balcony with excellent views over Coral Bay and beyond. Plenty of local tavernas and restaurants for refreshments and relaxation. The owners are warm and friendly and have all the bases covered, i can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for a great holiday.

Totally relaxing holiday apartment

The apartment was as described and is in a quiet location with spectacular, panoranic views from the huge terrace / balcony of the coastline and mountains behind. We didn't use the pool preferring the beaches of Coral Bay. Bear in mind that It is a 15-20 minute walk into Peyia with it's bars and restaurants, but can be quicker in the cooler parts of the day. The apartment caters for your needs, although some items need replacing. A BBQ would have been a useful addition to take advantage of the al fresco dining on the terrace. We were more than happy with the service provided by Richard & Stacy who made the booking process easy. I would advise car hire so that you can visit local beaches and villages which have some good restaurants / tavernas. We had a very relaxing holiday there for the second year running and would recommend this apartment for a good value vacation in the Autumn sun. Peter and Linda Colburn

Relaxing Time

The apartment was as described and is in a quiet location with spectacular views from the huge terrace / balcony of the Coral Bay coastline. It is very clean, well maintained and has everything you need. We were more than happy with the service provided by Richard & Stacy who answered any questions and made the booking process easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday and would advise car hire so that you can visit the villages of Kathikas and Letymbou both of which have some good restaurants / tavernas. We had a lovely holiday there and I'm sure we'll return in the future.

This is our 5th stay at hilltop, as always the property was perfect, stunning views and peacefull. The patio erea is amazing. Now with free wifi, so perfect if like me i had some work to do in a quiet place. Will go back again, thanks for a lovely holiday

Perect Location

My Girlfriend and I had the most wonderful stay. The apartment was just what we expected from the description. It was clean, spacious and very comfy. Also a lovely kitchen area. The balcony has wonderful views, you will see the Sun from dawn till dusk. A perfect place that is quiet for a relaxing time. A very reasonable price for what your getting. When I say 'perfect location' it really is. Your in a quiet area perfect for a relax, up the hill looking out to sea and yet a five minute drive your in the Coral Bay area with bars and Restaurants everywhere. However in the town of Peyia there are a couple of great restaurants. Peyia Tavern is a must. Only a ten minute walk away. We wished we had stayed for two weeks instead of one. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Richard and Stacey

Great stay

This was a return visit which we enjoyed every bit as much as last time. The apartment is clean and well equipped and the large balcony is great for sunbathing, admiring the views or just relaxing with a glass of the local wine. Thanks again.

Superb apartment and location with views to die for. Well maintained and clean. Very peaceful location in a sleepy village. Good bars/restaurants/shops in the village which is about 15/20 mins walk away. A car is required if you wish to explore the wider area. Recommended.

This apartment is in a superb location for views & was really very nice for the 2 of us. The late March weather was so good - we can't cope with mid summer temperatures & humidity.We had some lovely walks and the sea was plenty warm enough for swimming. The Spring flowers, blossom and bird life all added interest to a memorable holiday. Thankyou - we certainly hope to return.

Lovely Apartment in a great Location

The apartment was exactly what we had hoped for - convenient for Coral Bay (5 min drive) and Peyia village and with fantastic views from the generous terrace. Booking was easy and the owners are more than helpful We had a lovely time and are considering re-booking for next year!

Our Cyprus holiday was an escape from the awful rainy weather in UK and a recharge of our batteries. We found this apartment through Owners Direct. The whole process of booking and payment was flawless and without hassle and we received directions/instruction in plenty good time. The apartment has a keycode box outside the main door so there was no need to call elsewhere to collect. We found the apartment clean, well equipped and comfortable. We paid the little extra to have wifi during our holiday and it worked fine. Satellite TV wasn't working at first due to a corroded external connection, but this was immediately rectified when engineers called to fix it the next day. An indication of excellent service when something needs attention. Like others have mentioned, the balcony views both daytime and sunset are stunning and are a prime feature of this apartment. Very therapeutic to relax there and take in the views. Other than one thunderstorm we enjoyed 2 weeks of sunshine in the mid 70s, a far cry from back home. We have had a few holidays in Cyprus, but this was a wind down holiday for us rather than the usual tour of the sites. The guest book has recommendations on what to see and where to eat. In some restaurants we were the only customers......it was that time of the year! In fact we were the only ones at cinema 6 viewing the movie in the new cinema at Kings Mall. The mall is worth a visit if you like the best of designer gear but take plenty euros! The kind weather and a great apartment meant that we went reluctantly back to UK with our batteries fully charged. This is a gem of an apartment and you won't be disappointed with your stay there.

Having holidayed in Cyprus on many occasions we decided that with the year round warm climate, beautiful beaches and scenery and the friendly Cypriot people, Cyprus would be a perfect retreat for us and anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing, get away from it all break, with great amenities within easy reach.

We chose Peyia as it still retains that Cypriot charm, but with the benefit of tavernas and local shops just a short stroll away. Within an easy 5 minutes drive you can be enjoying the clear crystal waters and golden sands of Coral Bay. You'll also be spoilt for choice at Coral Bay with an array of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment boasts an ideal location with mountain views to the rear and spectacular sea views directly in front of you, leaving you to enjoy that welcome balmy breeze.
