This property is in a small, intimate subdivision of 27 custom homes, once known as the 'street of dreams. This is a beautiful property with a gorgeous backyard. The pool and spa were fantastic as well as the fire pit. This house fit all our needs for a girl’s getaway.
This was our 5th stay at Brian’s property. We don’t bother looking at other places if his is available. Great location, house and the backyard with pool, hot tub and view of Camelback are hard to beat.
Wonderful home! So comfortable for our family - felt like a retreat vacation. Sipping coffee and watching the morning sun glow off of Camelback Mountain is unforgettable. Fantastic location close to hiking and golf….we hope to be back!

We loved our stay at this home. As everyone has mentioned, the outdoor area was amazing, and where we spent most of our time. Having a private pool/hot tub really enhanced our vacation. Proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the airport was amazing, as was the neighborhood.Brian is a wonderful person and the perfect host. He spent time with us explaining the home electronics, lights, and suggested fun places to go. Would we return? YES!! The plan is already in the works!

This was our 3rd stay at this house in Paradise Valley. The location (walking distance to the start of the Camelback Mtn trailhead) and backyard with pool, hot tub, BBQ and view of the Mtn are great.

We stayed a week and the back yard is awesome. Great for relaxing and location is close to everything worth seeing in Scottsdale. Host is very attentive and we loved our stay

This home is brimming with character, and isn't simply a newly renovated 'flip' or 'made to rent' makeover.
