Beautifully remodeled 1st floor studio condo at Friendly Native Beach Resort. We are beach side and pool side. Parking is FREE to our guests. Unit is perfect for a couple or party of 2. Features a KING size bed. The unit boasts ceramic tile floors throughout and a remodeled kitchen with granite countertop. The full-size refrigerator is great for keeping your drinks cool at the beach and the pool. The updated bathroom has a large ceramic tile shower. There is a large 50” HD TV with premier cable and high-speed wireless internet service, DVD player, and sound bar that can be used to connect music from your phone through Bluetooth or can be used with the TV or DVD player. Enjoy the beautiful, heated pool right outside the unit. There is a poolside shower to clean off those sandy toes. The beach can be seen from the front windows and is located directly across from the condo, Enjoy a gorgeous sunset or a morning breakfast at “Paradise Grill” on the beautiful Upham Beach, steps away and on one of the top-rated beaches in the world. It's a well-kept secret of St. Pete Beach. Or you can enjoy your coffee or meals poolside with ample tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. Come and experience this gorgeous beach paradise while relaxing in this newly remodeled unit, tastefully decorated and well planned with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy! The unit includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag and cooler. The unit is on the ground level, so no messing with stairs to carry your beach gear up and down. You can clean off at the pool shower and jump in the pool after a hot day at the beach. It's very refreshing! This is a great unit for a romantic getaway. Come and enjoy our beautiful sunsets, serene sunrises, sun filled days and moonlit nights at this beautiful destination spot here at St. Pete Beach. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance on and off the beach, as well as shops on Corey Avenue and surrounding areas.

Great location for beach, restaurants, bars and activities within easy walking distance. Easy to enjoy both the beach and giant in ground pool. Steps away from both. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect to easily take to the beach. Some great beachfront restaurants/bars that are walkable. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Overall, this property is a great place to stay! Check-in instructions were given and was seamless. Parking is convenient. There is a very nice pool steps from the door and the beach is just across a small parking lot. Plenty of places to eat, drink, and enjoy live music are within walking distance. Additionally, the owners have stocked beach chairs, towels, and other beach and pool supplies to borrow. Although we didn't cook any, the kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, and the like that you would need to do so. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This was the perfect condo for 2 people. Beautifully decorated in the beach theme. Exactly as described. The beach chairs, umbrella & cooler were a awesome amenity. My husband and I live in St. Louis, Missouri and purchased the property in 2015 because we fell in love with St. Pete Beach. We visit several times a year and enjoy relaxing at the beach and the pool. There are many friendly people in our complex and many restaurants to visit within walking distance.

Why they chose this property

We really liked the proximity to the beach and close to many bars and restaurants. Paradise Grille is steps away on the beach with great food. It is off the beaten path of the busy Gulf Blvd., but close enough to walk to many stores and shops on the main street.

What makes this property unique

We have one of the best pools on the beach. The condo is in such a great location. You can enjoy a quiet day at the pool or excitement of the nightlife offered by various restaurants and beach bars walking distance and minutes away, There are many places to visit on the beach including Jimmy B's, which was voted one of the best Beach clubs in Florida with live music every night.
