Stunning Townhouse with Shared Communal Pool

Welcome to our fabulous home away from home retreat for all your family / couples holidays. We aim to a very high standard to make your stay IS an enjoyable one as we have furnished Casa Suerte with quality furnishing for your comfort. Including WORLDWIDE satellite, playstation2, Wii and a Wii U for the kids so you can relax, internet access for keeping in touch with family and friends if you wish to bring along your laptop/tablet and a comfortable seating area. All bedrooms are great sizes very comfortable beds with 7 zone pocket mattresses. Outside the master bedroom you have a large balcony with seating for those late night glasses of wine. Front and back patios, terraces with garden furniture. You are 3 minutes walk away from supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurant, petrol station. Few minutes drive to La Marquesa Golf Club, country club, water-park and Quesada town with numerous shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, medical service, restaurants, bars etc. Beaches are about 12 minutes to Guardamar and Torrevieja.

Very nice accommodation, centrally located in the Dona Pepa area. Well maintained, clean and most things in order. It was the second time we stayed there and have already booked for next staying.

Lovely Home

This was our second time staying at Casa Suerte. Shamillia has such a lovely place, clean, welcoming and the host Romana was also extremely freidnly and accommodating. Would highly recommended!

Gorgeous home

I have just spent 10 days at this property and it is beautiful, everything you could possibly need is there plenty of crockery etc. The house is very well looked after and spotlessly clean.

Great location and lovely house

We haven't rented various sizes of villas in the area so have experience. This was by far the easiest to book and the communication was great. I had fast replied from the landlady and the housekeeper couldn't do enough for us. The house was lovely and clean and would definitely recommend.

Convenient and very complete

Nice holiday house. Very well equiped and maintained. Everything works properly and the house is really clean. Nice communal pool. Shops nearby. Although Cuidad Quesada in itself may not be the most inspiring holiday city, with a car everything you need for a good holiday is whitin proximity. The beach is 10 minutes away and Elche and Alicante will take about half an hour. So this is a very nice and convenient holiday house and we loved it. So there is a very good chance we will come back.

Home away from home

As title says. Great place and exactly as described. TV all channels and every channel you could want from every country. At Least three supermarkets within 5-10 minute walk. Main town [Quesada] 10 minute walk. Everything for us was perfect. The meet and greet was perfect. A quick tour showing everything and left alone for our stay with details for contact 2 minutes away if any problems.[ None]. Very highly recommenced and we would happily stay again. Transport is highly recommend especially in the height of summer with children but it a great place to stay.

Gewoon geweldig!

Een mooie, zuivere en complete woning, ruim voorzien van alle gemakken om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Snelle en vriendelijke communicatie bij eventuele vragen, goede ontvangst en op loopafstand van supermarkten en het centrum waar de terrassen en restaurants gelegen zijn. Rustige omgeving en heerlijk weer doen de rest. Een absolute aanrader!

Great stay

5 mins walk to Tesco and Aldi couple of pubs and restaurants next to them. About 15 min walk to main centre with cocktail roof bars. Restaurants and bars. Pool area beautiful and very clean although we only had short dip as we did attend in November. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. All facilities and washing machine provided also, 5 stars
