Un excellent séjour au Cannet!

L’appartement est idéalement situé, à seulement 1 km de Cannes, avec un arrêt de bus à proximité, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Le logement est spacieux, lumineux et dispose d’une grande terrasse très agréable. Le quartier est calme et reposant, parfait pour se détendre. Un grand merci à Stella pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse ! Je recommande vivement.

Guter Ausblick auf die Pyrotechnik Tage in Cannes

Stella unsere Vermieterin ist eine rührige, ältere englische Dame. Mit ihr war es angenehm im Vorfeld zu kommunizieren. Auch nach der Ankunft war sie jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und hat hohe Räume, alle erforderlichen Dinge sind vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es zwangsläufig nicht

Retrouvailles en famille

Notre séjour est tombé dans une période hyper chaude. Malgré cette chaleur nous avons visité Monaco, San Remo, Nice, etc. et revoir des amis qui habitent dans la région. Le logement était très bien.

We had a wunderfull stay at the appartement! Everything was perfectly.... Just one thing😬🙃... it was realy realy realy to hot/warm in the house.... during this period. ( and yeah it was hot this 2 weeks🤣🤣 We havent got a good nights rest even with the ventilators in the house.... So airco ( i know is expensive😳) would be a good invest! Stella our contact was perfect ! Available for questions or help....💪🏻👍🏻 We had a wonderfull Holliday! So thank you very much.❤️🥰. Thanks for everything

Apartment in 3 story apartment home with balcony

The check in prosses was just as agreed and the property itself is presumably private vacation home. The owner is kind and communication with the owner went flawlessly (French and English). We were 7 people (19-20 y/o) and there was enough space to fit comfortably (we stayed for one week in July 2022). The kitchen is fully furnished and we were able to cook for all 7 of us without any problems. There are several small supermarkets in walking distance as well as pizza places and other restaurants and a huge mall 15-20 minutes with the car depending on traffic and driving style. The apartment has a gated parking space for one car, but using cars in the inner city is not advisable. If you drive a bigger car (we had a VW Caddy) you have to either back up uphill or if you want to go downhill start on a small intersection, the intersection is not often used since it is in a residential area but when cars drive by it's usually well above the speed limit of 30km/h. Walking to the beach (25 minutes) is easier because the majority of streets are really small and all packed with cars. If you drive a bigger car or a manual, be sure that you are comfortable backing up into tiny parking spaces, and starting your car on steep inclines. The apartment has a decently sized balcony, which is partly roofed and a pretty good place to eat and chill. Overall we had a great stay and are planning to visit again. Simon

Appartement spacieux avec très belle terrasse exposée plein sud

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, 1 salle de bain et 1 salle de douche). La terrasse exposée plein sud gagnerait à être équipé d'un store côté "est" de la terrasse en été (petits déjeuners à la chaleur un peu difficiles). L'électricité gagnerait à être remise aux normes (ex: impossible de faire fonctionner 2 machines en même temps, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, ou four cuisine + barbecue sur terrasse). L'avantage de cet appartement est que la propriétaire, très gentille et très arrangeante, accepte des durées de location "flexibles" (10 jours au lieu d'une semaine, etc.). Au final, très content de notre séjour dans la région, et même si l'appartement n'est pas "récent", il est très confortable et très bien équipé.

Perfect holiday location

This was our second visit to this apartment and again it did not disappoint. It is a very comfortable and well equipped house with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport.Stella could not be more helpful. We will definitely be back.

Lovely holiday

Had a fabulous holiday at this lovely clean conveniently located spacious apartment. Every facility, parking for one car and handy for supermarket, patisserie, motorway and restaurants in Le Cannet. 20/25 minute walk to Cannes promenade but very welcome walk after an evening meal! Apartment comfortably accommodates 6/7 people and the use of the outside terrace was a lovely bonus at the end of March with glorious sunshine! Have recommended to family and several friends and work colleagues, and hope to visit again in the not too distant future. Brilliant family accommodation, and 2 bathrooms was a very handy facility. Stella the owner was very helpful and provided loads of local information. We hired a car a drove around the area, so saw lots of lovely places and had time to wander and browse the area.
