Muy pocas propiedades pueden alojar a más de 14 personas en tanta comodidad y obviamente ni siquiera se acercan a este hermoso alojamiento de altos estándares. La propiedad entera ha sido recientemente diseñada, pensando en todo el entretenimiento. Si se trata de una amplia familia, un evento especial o una reunión corporativa de trabajo, esta villa es perfecta para usted. Not totally as described

In overall the villa was really nice, amazing views and space! The problem we found was that for the amount it cost to stay there we were expecting a lot more than advertised. It was just the things that was missing or broke that we found very disappointing! The electric gates were broke! The electric pool cover was broke so just replaced with a manual one! The fudge was replaced with no ice maker or water dispenser! Gate at the top of the stairs was missing! We had no hot water for the first two days! Had not lights or electrical fans for the whole downstairs for the last 3 days! The main bedroom was really nice with a very nice bed but the rest of the rooms had very cheap uncomfortable beds the was very noisy every time you moved! We’ve stayed in villas before for half the price that are a lot better looked after and get a lot more for you money! Nice comfy beds and aircon in every bedroom! I just feel like all we paid for was the view and space which when you’re paying around 10k for 2 weeks was very disappointing! It looks a lot better in the pictures! Wouldn’t stay there again! On another note The two host were very helpful and did everything they could to help! The owner just needs to start putting money back into it to make it the amazing villa it COULD BE!!!!

We had a great week!

The villa is exactly as shown on the pictures with a well equipped kitchen and a spacious dining/living room, with enough room to sit together as a bigger group. The villa manager Gemma was very quick and helpful with her reply. There are no larger supermarkets or restaurants in the near distance, but are still available within walking distance.

Amazing villa. Fantastic views

Huge villa. Lots of space for 2 familes. Kitchen very well equiped and good laundry room. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Our 4th visit to Playa Blanca in last 6 years and the best villa we have stayed in. The views are amazing. Can see right across to the marina. Gemma there to meet us. One issue with a shower head that was fixed the next day. Highly recommend

Fantastic Pool and communication - would def return

Firstly both Cora the owner and Gemma on site were brilliant in communicating from beginning to end! Gemma was even kind enough to drop some of us to a shopping market when we arrived :-) Villa space was superb and had all the amenities you could need and even a few extra things that was a nice touch (bottle of wine, few beers, etc) all the seating areas were enough for a large family (there were 10 of us) so eating together was great! The pool area was just superb! Enough sun beds The only reason I didn’t put 5 star was due to a few little things that need a little updating (light lamps/fan in a few rooms didn’t work, main sliding doors were a bit hard to move and lock, Front gate didn’t close at all, some of the beds in a few rooms were creaky) we also didn’t have the x box that was in the description but this wasn’t end of the world. I would recommend hiring a car because main places: beach, lots of restaurants, shopping market etc will be easier. Although we did learn the bus routes which were cheap and easy in the end. The positives about the location was the views and privacy although there were some building renovation over a few days and a dog barking a few times but nothing that ruined our music playing :-) We would go back again and would recommend the place for large families at the decent price it was at which included the annex! Thank you for our stay

Fantastic villa in a great location

Just come back from the villa after a week with friends - what a place❤️ the villa is well equipped for groups and has plenty of space. The pool area is great for having fun and chilling and Gemma and her husband Stuart were great to deal with and really helpful Some areas of the villa needed a little TLC such as the main shower did not work and the toilet in one of the downstairs bedrooms leaked but we worked around these and it did not impact our stay The location of the villa is great and it’s very quiet (apart from the dogs next door but we managed to ignore them) bit or a walk up the hill but only 5€ to get a cab into town Would have been helpful to have a book on local information in the villa but other than that could not fault it Fantastic place to stay with Friends or family

Excellent week away with family

Clean Spacious/plenty of seating for dining/relaxing Good size pool Additional extra’s were a great touch Easy to communicate with Villa manager Each room had own toilet Disney & Netflix on tv for kids Kitchen was well equipped We had the perfect week :) only thing to note is that the villa is in walking distance to amenities however those with small children or difficulties walking may struggle. Taxi was €4 each way. Would return.

Great Villa

The villa is a great size for an extended family stay and the location is great. The villa could now do with a little expenditure on repairs and improvements, we noted dampness in some areas, the beds in the less superior rooms were very basic and rather uncomfortable. The kitchen is poorly laid out and requires some repairs and adjustments. Outside the BBQ is dated and the outdoor furniture did not have cushions and so was uncomfortable, there was also a severe lack of shade. All in all we were a little disappointed with the villa bearing in mind the price we had paid for it and the annexx.

Beautiful villa

This is an amazing villa. We were 14 adults and 4 children and due to the size of the villa we were never on top of each other , excellent facilities with everything you could possibly need. We all had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone !

Outstanding Property

Villa was first class with many modern appliances and furniture to match.. Property location along with BBQ and pool were great. Journey down to Playa Blanca was walkable but return visit particularly with the last hill would advise on a taxi. Taxis were extremely cheap between 3 Euro and 4.75 Euro maximum.

Great family holiday

The villa is very spacious for large groups and the outside space and pool were a hit. One suggestion would be to replace twin beds some are very creaky and disturbed sleep each time I turned over in the night. Also we needed taxis every night as too far to walk to town but we did have young children in our group. Stacy was very helpful she suggested a private chef who was amazing well worth the money. Cara always communicated quickly. We had a great time

Wonderful Christmas and new year break

A high quality home set at the bottom of mount Roja in an upmarket residential area of Playa Blanca - extremely private and peaceful just as we wanted it to be. The villa is very well equipped with all the essentials to make our holiday extra special . Comfortable beds with crisp linen. Extremely well stocked kitchen with good range of crockery etc all practically brand new. Two dishwashers were really useful as was the separate laundry room. Outdoor living area excellent and the pool was heated to a nice temp. Good communication with Cara and Stacy the property agents . We will hopefully return in the future

Quel dommage .....

je vais commencer par les points positif : grande maison pour accueillir famille ou amis , grande cuisine , grande chambres, grande piscine .....idéalement situé , pas de bruit et pas très loin du centre et plage , télé avec console , wifi , tous pour passer un agréable séjour .... . Les 3/4 des ampoules plafond ou autres HS ou manquante, dans la cuisine très belle mais seulement 2 petites poêles , 5 verres , 6 bols , pas assez de couverts, en résumé la maison et loué pour 14 personnes mais tu a du matériel pour 6 .Concernant le nettoyage 1 cm de poussière sur les ventilateur ... des souris dans le meuble de la télé , les filtres de la piscine remplis , le barbecue la plaque nettoyé mais pas le fond , la maison a vraiment besoin d un grand , grand , grand nettoyage a fond , des petites choses mais trop trop . c est vraiment dommage la maison mérite mieux que ça , je suis désolé de vous dire ça mais aller vérifié vous verrez vous même .

Fantastic Holiday

From the moment the villa was booked, the managing lead, Cara, was extremely helpful replying to all my questions regarding the booking and provided helpful travel advice on how to reach the villa from the airport. When in Lanzarote the holiday lead, Stacey, was also extremely helpful with any questions and requests during our stay. The villa itself was superb it was in a beautiful location not too far from the beach, close to the mountain which we climbed and felt secluded so we were not worrying about people potentially looking in. The villa was extremely clean, tidy and with a modern feel. The pool was fantastic and there was a large area for sunbathing and a BBQ area in the shade. Overall I would rate my experience a 10/10 with the location, villa and staff faultless. I would definitely recommend this villa

Beautiful villa. We had a lovely time as a family. However, as the week progressed the mosquitos became unbearable and I am so glad we did not stay for two weeks. Overall, the villa was clean and well equipped but the barbecue area was dirty, cigarette ends etc

Amazing!

Villa is stunning! We were 14 of us and villa was perfect! it was super spacious and we didn't feel squashed in. We had everything we needed and could cook and eat dinners outside or inside. Location perfect as well with shops and bars/restaurants close by. Would recommend 100%

Perfect !

Ruim, comfortabel, super royaal terras met zwembad en uitzicht op zee. Super ruime keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs meer dan dat: 2 afwasmachines en grote koelkast met ijsmaker ( klontjes en gemalen + ijswater). Kortom een aanrader.

Great holiday in Lanzarote

Villa was lovely, and very peaceful. The pool was a great size as are the bedrooms. The closest beach was Playa Flamingo about 15 mins walk and lovely, not as big as Playa Blanca which was good, and the restaurants here were great too. A great villa.
