Villa Manuela | Belle villa dans l'exclusif Puerto Calero

Villa Manuela est une villa très spacieuse avec une grande terrasse qui accueille une piscine privée qui peut être chauffée pendant les mois les plus froids de l'année (en supplément), un espace barbecue et un parking privé. A l'intérieur, il y a un grand salon avec une Smart TV satellite et une cuisine entièrement équipée d'une table où ils peuvent manger jusqu'à six personnes confortablement. La chambre principale a une vue magnifique sur le jardin et la piscine, et dispose d'un lit double extra-large et une salle de bains. Les deux autres chambres se partagent une salle de bains avec douche et un lit double tandis que l'autre a deux lits simples.

En seulement cinq minutes à pied peut atteindre Puerto Calero, le port de plaisance le plus exclusif autour de Lanzarote, où tout au long de l'année luxe couchette superyacht. Vous y trouverez de nombreux restaurants, des bars, des magasins et un supermarché.

The whole booking experience has been superb always had positive responses. The villa is set in an ideal location just within a 10 minute stroll to the marina where you will find many restaurants and bars to choose from. There is a convenient supermarket within a five minute walk which has everything you will need. The villa was clean on arrival the large pool was the absolute best for the children biggest one we have stayed at however the gardens are lovely but not great for the inflatables. Ha! The shower in the main bathroom was great but the shower in the en-suite was the best couldn’t get right temperature and lacked pressure. Beds were comfy and all the bedding was changed half way through our stay. Great stay in a lovely villa in an area we haven’t been to before so we will be back. The Hesketh family.

Superb Villa

Absolutely first class place to stay. The port is less than 10 minutes walk, the new supermarket ( and brilliant cafe beside it) are less than 5 minutes away. The villa itself had everything we wanted, and the heated pool was perfect for the children

Restful, comfortable stay

Villa Manuela was perfect for 2 adult couples. The pool was excellent and the facilities just what we needed. It was a short walk into Puerto Calero so very convenient, with the new supermarket a 2 minute walk away. We hope to return again!

Great property in lovely place

Villa Manuela is a fab property and better in reality to even the pics which are good. It is ideally situated a 10 min walk from the marina, which has an array of restaurants to cater for all tastes, although may be slightly longer on way back up the hill. I would recommend it happily and definitely would book again if we return to Puerto Calero

Lovely Villa

Villa Manuela is a really lovely Villa with a great pool and terrace area which gets all day sun. Easy walk to the supermarket and a little further down to the Port where there are numerous restaurants and cafes. The staff from Buenavilla were always very helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Great 3 weeks at Villa Manuela

Slightly old fashioned style and kitchen suits us perfectly. Fabulous heated pool: good for swimming as well as enjoyment with easy steps in and handrail suitable for the less mobile. Whole property flat except for 2 internal steps linking bedrooms and toilets to lounge, kitchen and patio. Spacious South facing part covered patio gives excellent cover from windy damp days or hot sun. We love it and have booked next year's 3 week winter break. Burnavilla gave us excellent caring attention.

Beautiful family holiday in Puerto Calero

If you like a quiet Villa with a beautiful pool and lots of outdoor space this is the place is for you. 5 minutes from restaurants and an idyllic port. We spent a week here in June, the comfort of the villa allowed us to completely relax from the first day. We have two teenage kids and everyone had their own space. We will definitely be back.

We love Villa Manuella. A bit old fashioned but we prefer that to new square buildings. Swimming pool is great and is heated to a comfortable 27deg if you pay . Rooms comfortable and air-conditioning will warm them on cool evenings in winter. A chair or two in the bedrooms would be good. 3 internal steps a bit of a problem if you are a bit unstable: a handrail would be helpful. Position is good: a pleasant walk to the port and sea views. Hope to return next year

Ace for us

2nd year at Villa Manuella. Love quiet Porto Calero and the Villa. Great pool, nicely heated: worth the extra cost. Could do with chairs in the bedroom, individual bed lights. Lots of kitchen bits including super simple hob espresso coffee makers. More modern lighting and maybe better kitchen units would brighten the place. The pool area with sun loungers is great and the covered area good when the sun is strong. Overall good, enjoyed and hope to be back next year for a longer stay (2 weeks this year).

Good holiday

Property is excellent for us. I was annoyed by your communication before hand and the fact that there was no written info in the property. My phone froze on the Monday of our stay so had no access to your on line info. We didn't need it but I do not want to have an app just to book a weeks holiday but a bit of info in the property abput what the symbols on the micro wave nmean is useful.

Lovely villa in wonderful resort

We were delighted to have found this villa. It was perfect and matched the website description perfectly. The whole booking and check in process was very easy, and the support and communication from the management company BuenaVilla was the most professional and slick we have encountered. The villa is actually as (if not more) spacious than it looks on the photos, and in terms of kitchen apparatus, it actually seemed to have more tools than listed - not that you should really need anything other than BBQ equipment or a stroll down to the harbour's food and drinks offerings. We love Puerto Calero anyway, and this has been the absolute stand out of our four rental in the resort of the past few years. The location will get even better when the new HiperDino supermarket opens (currently under construction, but seemingly build so as to be underground, with a very pleasant piazza/public realm at ground level) i.e. it will be a fantastic amenity for Puerto Calero, as well as an improvement to the environment rather than an eyesore.
