The rooftop is amazing, the sunsets are great. There was a bit of confusion to check in but overall they got there pretty quick. I feel the photos look a lot better than the actual appartement being there. The location is hard to beat, everything is walkable.

Nice little apartment in an amazing area with unbeatable views. Parking is a bit tricky in the area but that is to be expected. Check in was easy and our host was kind and flexible. Highly recommend.

Really great area and place. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom whenever you flushed the toilet or used the sink. Besides that it was a really solid place.

A Great Stay!

This property gave us everything we needed! We were only in Seville for 2 days, and although the space was compact it has everything you need. It was clean, well organized, and gave a great view of the Seville skyline. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Almost lovely studio

Nice little studio very well located with a fantastic 360 view terrace but the rooftop furniture was in very poor condition and a lot of old broken things were laying there.

Good location to all attractions. The view on the roof top patio was just spectacular. The roof top apartment was small. But was perfect what we needed it for. The only thing is needed would be a proper coffee maker.

Amazing apartment

Wonderful experience. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities you could want. The location was incredible, right in the heart of Sevilla with an incredible 360 degree rooftop view of the city. Maria was especially wonderful. She gave us a nice tour when we arrived, and even met us after hours on a Friday night to give us an extra set of keys when we (I) accidentally locked ourselves out. Overall a great experience and would recommend this apartment to anybody.

Funky little place in a great location

Its cramped and pretty basic but its in a fabulous location. Not for persons with limited mobility. It has an elevator but there is still a one and one half story climb to reach the rooftop apartment plus a one story climb to reach the rooftop deck. They have changed the (sofa) bed since our last stay but still not right. Why do Europeans push two twins together with separate twin bedding and think it is a good substitute for a queen? Small complaints: too few towels, no good knives (bring your own!) But it was our second stay and we were generally happy with our choice.

The bed is dreadful!

This place is delightful in so many respects but a few significant things are truly significant! The major thing is the pullout couch. The end of that bed collapsed even with their sketchy homemade remedy. We woke up every morning with aches and crappy sleeps . When you spend one third of each day in a bed, it's got to be better than what is provided here, Come on owners! Just get a new comfortable bed!! Also it should be easy to mount the shower head on the wall.

Wonderful location

We use VRBO a lot. And we stay in quite a number of places. So I take our reviews quite seriously. We loved the location and at the rooftop apartment was great spot for us to spend 4 days in Sevilla. We actually missed some of the recent reviews as we had booked several months earlier, but all comments about the bed are accurate. Terrible! I won't go into the details. For all that this lovely studio apartment otherwise offers, it would be tremendously enhanced if the owner would simply invest in a respectable bed with a decent mattress. WIth that one proviso, I highly recommend the apartment. And in the meantime, put the mattress on the floor!

Location Amazing, Bed Horrendous

Everything about this stay was amazing except for one thing which unfortunately did impact our stay. The location is perfect, a close walk to everywhere you want to go. The manager who checked us in was lovely and gave us heaps of tips for where to go around the city. The place also had a lovely view over Seville. Unfortunately though the bed is honestly a dealbreaker for this place. We didn’t realise it was a sofa bed and not an actual bed. And further it is also a broken sofa bed. If you try and sit at the end of the bed it completely collapses under you. Also any time you move the bed squeaks atrociously. To the point it woke us up regularly throughout the night and we ended up putting the mattress on the floor the following night because it was so bad. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they fix the bed. It’s clear this is a new issue based on other more recent reviews from after we had booked. I would suggest staying somewhere else at this stage. Also the lights wouldn’t turn on so it’s very dark at night.

Great location

Small & we stayed a week adults - wouldn't take more - & it was fine. Bed now different to pics - a day bed that pulls out with a bit of wriggling to make a double. Roof terrace accessed by the spiral stairs, furniture here not as pic - old wooden, rickety sun beds. Terrace has 360 views. Lift to 3rd floor then a flight of steps & outside to access property. We told agent from the outset we would be arriving circa 9pm, assured this would be ok & we would be met - later got notification of late check in charges - this put added pressure to find this place - as it turned out, half an hour before we were due recieved message with lock box key arrangment - when we arrived at property we did call agent who talked us through process, it was now dark and difficult, no light had been left on at property. Felt that this was what they were always going to do - & if instructions had been received sat 48hrs before we could have understood these, been prepared & not had the stress. Agent very poor at responding to messages, including confurmation of payment & one about no water at the property overnight on first night ( didn't happen again) no response received at all to these! So, property small with possible access challenges depending on mobility which should be made clear, think this is reflected in price however & good location. Management Co need to up their game, husband was very uncomfortable to the point we thought we might arrive & not have access to theproperty

Sorprendente

Lo mejor que se pueda decir: está ubicado en la calle Federico Rubio. Lo peor: cuidado con la instalación eléctrica y tornillos en el piso. Por lo demás, apáñate con el armario ocupado por aparatos rotos y residuos eléctricos o madera. Al final mucho más pequeño que dicho y poco cómodo. Algo cómico: la pipa de la ducha pendiente en la cabina como un teléfono averiado. Pero todo bién, no hubo accidente... Gracias a Vrbo

Tolles Apartment mit atemberaubender Aussicht!

Das kleine Apartment auf dem Dach eines Hauses inmitten der Altstadt war für mich wirklich die perfekte Wahl! Es ist sehr charmant eingerichtet, gut klimatisiert und das Highlight ist die private Dachterrasse, die man über eine kleine Wendeltreppe neben dem Eingang erreicht. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar! In der Unterkunft habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war ebenfalls sehr gut, man wird beim Check-in persönlich empfangen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Déçue par l’état du studio dont les photos datent d’il y a bien des années. La couverture supplémentaire n’était pas propre et la douche très petite avec un rideau en plastique trop court. Pas de tapis de bain. La terrasse n’est pas au même niveau que le studio mais au dessus. L’emplacement est remarquable, la vue sur les toits est magique et le studio situé au niveau 4 de l’immeuble ( l’ascenseur s’arrête au 3ème) est très calme. L’équipement de la cuisine est correct. Le couchage se fait dans le canapé lit.

Cold stay in prime location

A top location, but we were unlucky that there were defects in the water supply and electricity. This was solved after a few days and we agreed for a refund. Tip for the owner, place a holder for the shower and an extra set of towels.
