Great spot right on the river! We loved hosting my bday party here. We had 15 people and this place had a spot for everyone. Kitchen is well-equipped and we cooked probably six meals while there. River access is easy and lots of places to eat outside if the weather is working for you. This spot is blended in with locals and with neighboring renters so you get a lot to look at and you do get tube traffic which I live for. You can rent tubes close, we packed our own and tied up out front, or you can just enjoy the view. The only bath in the house downstairs is a half bath. You should encourate the bunkroom guests to use the full bath outside. Otherwise that half bath gets a lot of traffic. The pullout couch is small, so you need a small adult for that. Also bring in soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc on your own. The supplied products are too small for the number of folks that can fit in the house. Communication was super easy with the host and they took care of anything we needed. Did not want to leave!

Weekend get away with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home and wonderful location. The bunk room was so perfect for all of our kids. We fished, used the canoe, had a fire in the pit and had a wonderful time. Great location if you have several families with children. The river is extremely shallow right at the dock which makes it much safer for the kids!

Overall, I would say that the house was lovely. The outside and inside was nice, but there’s always room for improvement. The pans in kitchen were a little old. They probably need to be replaced (if you plan on cooking). We also had to fill up the propane tank to the fire pit outside. We had to pay for that. Other than that, everything was wonderful. There were lots of bathroom towels, sheets were all very clean, lots of pillows provided, communication was great and view was beautiful! Our family had an amazing time!!!

We took in the new year with family. It was great walking into front door having a gift from host. The layout was great for all of us and the outdoor experience was great. We had access to river for early morning fishing and peaceful cup of coffee. The great outdoor area was great to help celebrate and take in the new year. The property was spacious, clean, everything we needed and more to celebrate new years.

The house was amazing, very accommodating for our large group. Only down fall was the weather so we really didn’t get to enjoy the river as much as we would have liked!

We had the best time at the house for my bachelorette. The house is very well thought out and wow - what a location! We floated with little ponderosa and they are amazing as well!

We enjoyed our stay and the location on the river was ideal. Checkin and check out process was super easy but the property had a few disappointing issues like a tree blocking easy access to the river and broken outdoor furniture and a broken dishwasher bottom rack. The living room furniture needs updating and the space is not big enough for the size of the sleeping accommodations of this house.

When you made us aware of the low hanging tree branch we did offer to send maintenance right over to remove it but you declined. The other issues were not reported to us and if they had been we would have been happy to address those as well. The home sleeps up to 26. Apologies if you personally feel there was not enough space. We loved the fact that we didn’t have to go anywhere!

July 4th Getaway

We had a great time. This property was perfect for our very large and crazy family. Plenty of room for the kids and adults as well. River location is perfect . We just sat our chairs in the river and enjoyed the time away from the real world.

Family gathering on the river

The house was perfect in every way with plenty of beds, open kitchen and dining, wonderful porches and great scenery. Our family and kids loved the chance to gather together in a beautiful house on the river. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
