Description: Condo d'une chambre très propre et fraîchement rénové pour profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil du golfe du Mexique sur le balcon privé. Planchers de tuiles blanches nettes partout. Nouvelle cuisine mise à jour et unité rénovée. Parfait pour se divertir et se détendre. À quelques pas, des dauphins gambadent dans l'eau du golfe pendant que vous profitez de la plage de sable blanc et propre.

Idéalement situé à moins de 16 km au sud de Clearwater et à quelques minutes des nombreuses attractions de Tampa, Orlando, St. Pétersbourg et Sarasota ont à offrir.

Les attractions locales incluent le village et la promenade de John's Pass, l'aquarium marin Clearwater, le col Clearwater, l'île de Caladisi, le golf, le golf miniature, la navigation de plaisance, la pêche, les sports de mer et de nombreux magasins, restaurants et bars parmi lesquels choisir.

Fantastic host! Our first time doing a vacation rental, and did not know what to expect. Brought some cleaning items just in case. I will say it was extremely clean, you could not find a spec of dust if you tried! Was equipped with everything you would need. Great view as well. Would stay again!

Great room

Even though we did not have a working elevator during our stay, the room and location made for a wonderful getaway. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was good too.

Fabulous vacation!!

This is a lovely condo and with everything that you could possibly need in your home away from home. The beach days were wonderful and not crowded. Afternoons were very stormy. We look forward to returning.

Perfect week at the beach.

Condo was clean and updated. Great kitchen, tv and comfortable furniture. View from the balcony was amazing. Plenty of things to do close by. We took a day trip to Tarpon Springs and loved it. We plan on returning.

Nicely decorated, great view, well-stocked condo, wonderful owner!

First of all, the place was immaculately clean on arrival, and tastefully decorated; it was exactly as described online. But more than that, it was well-equipped with any utensil or supplies you might need for your stay. And the owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful as we needed to slightly adjust the dates of our stay to work around a relative's chemo schedule. We have stayed in this condo complex before, but this particular unit was just head and shoulders above the others. We would definitely stay there again. Terrifically responsive owner. Thanks!

From the time we walked into the condo we thought we were lucky to have such a great place to stay. The view of the beach was magnificent! Everything we needed was available in the condo. All in all we will return soon. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful condo!

Wonderful

It was an excellent place. Right on the beach. Only bad thing was elevator wasn’t working. I am recovering from breast cancer and many rounds of chemo. The steps were very hard for me. Exhausting! I would recommend it as soon as elevator is fixed

Was exactly what we needed

From the minute we entered the property you could see the beautiful view. Condo was will equipped with everything you could need. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and just a few steps to the beach. Shopping, restaurants, activites all close by and some within walking distance. Would definatly recommend. Owners are wonderful and look forward to staying here again

Wonderful Place & Owners

This place had everything we needed, and more. The owners were very helpful and kept in touch regarding the incoming hurricane and after the storm passed. We had no issues during our stay, it was a nice relaxing week. The condo was completely updated and clean, and the bed was very comfortable (even the sheets were amazing). Would definitely rent from the owner again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Hosts were wonderful even in hurricane Ian.

The location is perfect, on the gulf of Mexico which felt like a big soothing bathtub. Staying directly on the beach makes all the difference when on vacation. The condo has a lovely set up with shower and hose to wash off near dunes with swaths of tropical flowers. There were so many fish one could go snorkeling right there. Some neighbors told me there were dolphins swimming past one morning. The hosts are very attentive and kind.

Delightful

Fabulous condo with breathtaking view of the gulf . Everything was clean and in working order . The condo was modern and tastefully decorated . The bed, couches and chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need . The pool was inviting and a lovely walk along the beach is just steps away ! Loved it . We hope to be back again sometime for a future vacation . Thank you to Renate !
