THIS BEAUTIFUL 4 BEDROOM VILLA IS IDEALLY SITUATED CLOSE TO MONTE CARVOEIRO AND ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE CENTER OF CARVOEIRO. STEPS TO PARAISO BEACH ARE JUST OUTSIDE THE VILLA!



On the ground floor, the villa benefits from an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors to the pool and BBQ and has panoramic sea views. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the ground floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the second level, there is a further lounge with doors to a private terrace and a further double and twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the sea. Conveniently, the back garden has a private door leading to Monte Carvoeiro's selection of restaurants and bars.

Amazing villa in the beautiful village of Carvoeiro. Everything was as advertised. Excellent communication & easy self-checkin. Property is situated close to the city centre and the beach (5 min walk downhill). Rooms are very spacious (with individual bathrooms each) and the pool area is great. There are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket in the direct vicinity of the villa as well as plenty more to choose from in the city centre. All in all, we had a great time during our week at the end of August and can highly recommend staying here.

The villa was first class, it was spacious and comfortable for all of us. My only observation would be that the subbed had past their sell by dates and the pool should have hand rails to get in and out, apart from that it was great.

Casa Silver was great! Wonderful location. Great view.

We had a great time. Casa Silver is a 5 minute walk to the town and has a beautiful sunset view! The place was very clean and had a lot of space for everyone to spread out in. We chose to heat the pool and it was a great idea as we were able to swim into December. Mariana and her team were very responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend it!

We had a great time. Casa Silver is a 5 minute walk to the town and has a beautiful sunset view! The place was very clean and had a lot of space for everyone to spread out in. Beautiful villa with incredible views. Property very nice. Loved being able to go out back gate to a few fabulous restaurants right across the street. Very handy having a small grocery store a five minute walk away. Close to beach and downtown, a trek down the big hill and back but worth it! Gorgeous sunsets. Villa very clean and quite large. Internet was very disappointing. Rarely had internet even when modem was replaced while we were there.

The property was fantastic as was the facilities, clean well kept and maintained throughout. The location of the property was absolutely superb a few minutes from Carvoeiro and closer to square located nearby. defnitely would book through same agency we were looked after extremely well. a big thankyou to Kate who looked after us from booking through to going home. cannot wait to get back.

The property was in a beautiful prime location and was excellent, everything stated was accurate. As a family we all had a fantastic stay in what has been a very special place for us in our life. The facilities were excellent and very comfortable. The service and people were first class and could not be more helpful. A special mention to Kate who seen us through from booking to leaving. Will definitely use the service again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful views from an amply sized home perched above the jewel of the Algarve coast. The home itself is very well appointed and the pool and outdoor living space is the star. House could use some overall updating and less toxic cleaners to be used for those with sensitivities.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish thoroughly enjoyed would use the service again. The villa was great the location was great and the customer service and facilities service was fantastic. The villa is very well equipped, and remarkably located geographically with an exceptional view of the sea. Each couple has their own space. the house was impeccable at reception, responsive and very pleasant to contact throughout the stay. Katharine managed the location thoroughly and sympathetically from start to finish. We highly recommend it.ā€ just bring a sparing knife to peel the vegetables

Location was brilliant. Elite rentals were on hand to sort out any issues we had. The villa is so spacious, you were never on top of each other. Asked for some glasses as were celebrating my wife's 60th and Mariana delivered them around an hour after we asked for them, excellent service. The sunbeds were past their sell by date, they need replacing. We think that having handrails at both sides of the steps leading into the pool would be beneficial as we were all north of 60!

What a gem!!

The villa was beautiful. So spacious so you never felt on top of each other. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was fantastic. The downstairs lounge was bright and airy and really sociable. There were so many outside terraces ā€¦ā€¦ we didnā€™t use all of them but the best one was off the upstairs lounge with comfy seats and Stunning views over the sea. The main pool area was lovely with plenty of beds and constant sunshine but with enough shady areas for those that donā€™t like the sun. The pool was clean and big enough for everyone. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could think of!! With an easy walk into town and the beach this was just the perfect location. We loved it here. I think for groups of 8 people maybe have more than one key. Also, the pool cover metal frame foot was rusty and I caught my toe on it and cut myself. Apart from that it was almost perfect!

Simply fantastic!!

The villa is fantastic,we are a family of 5 adults,a 3yo and a baby of 4 months.The villa is so spacious that everyone had their own space,you never felt overcrowded both inside and outside! The centre of Carvoeiro was only a short walk away,no need for taxis or car rental although the nearest descent supermarketā€™s you do need a taxi to return to the villa if you have a large shop!!! Carvoeiro itself is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere both by day and by night, good selection of restaurants and bars all family orientated, no loud music blaring out!! There is also a few descent bars and restaurants immediately behind the villa if you donā€™t fancy the walk into town. All in all the villa is fantastic,the resort is fantastic,we will be back!!!
