The villa is completly private and not overlooked by anyone. It is also fully furnished consisting of 1 double room with en-suite bathroom and one twin room, both rooms have patio doors which open out to the front area, which have panaramic views of the Pissouri gulf.
The villa also benefits from having a private swimming pool in an enclosed mature garden. The property is registered with the Ministry of Tourism and conforms to all local laws. Pissouri village is a 4 minute walk away. Paphos and Limassol both about a 30 minute drive away. Both have places of archaeological interest. Aphrodite Hills Riding Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf are worth a visit as is a trip to My Mall and the Kings Avenue Mall. Eleouthkia Park and Fasouri Watermania Waterpark is also great for younger visitors. One can also seek an adventure with mountain biking and hiking trails in the nearby areas.

The villa was amazing and just as it looked in the pictures. The location was great with just a 4 minute walk to the village square, where the bars and restaurants are. Good choice of food and bars. Beautiful villa. 5 minutes walk from Pussouri Village square.

Wonderful house that is so well appointed and in a great location. Before we arrived and throughout our stay communication was great. We had some days of indifferent weather and made the most of these to explore the island. When the sun was shining on the other days the outside spaces at the villla were such a lovely place to spend time and we enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Villa in Pissouri

An outstanding villa - superb in every way. Very clean, welcome shop on arrival, everything provided and within an easy stroll to the village, where there is a great selection on tavernas run by local people, who are very friendly and genuine. Booking and communication was easy. Our third stay here won’t be our last.

Great villa in excellent location

The villa was as described by the owner. More than that, however, it was very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated inside and out. Everything needed for a self catering holiday. The welcome pack we received was the best ever! The location was excellent with just a four minute walk to some traditional tavernas, Hideaway was our favourite. Second stay at this fabulous villa, excellent accommodation, lovely pool area and garden. Very generous welcome pack and great communication with the owner. Short 5 min walk to village with nice Tavernas and several bars, they have recently introduced Greek night on Fridays in the square which had a great atmosphere. Have booked this villa again for a third time.

A very clean and well equipped villa. Great position in the village close to all amenities. Very helpful host who was always on hand if required. Extremely private and well maintained garden and pool. Have stayed in many Pissouri villas in the past and this is one of the very best. A most enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Beautiful Villa excellent location

Excellent villa with a beautiful garden/ pool area. Facilities were brilliant everything you could ever want and a lovely welcome pack for when you arrive late as we did. Lovely villa in walking distance to the village.

3rd stay in this villa, Stellios is an great host always leaves us an excellent welcome pack. The villa is spotless and has every piece of crockery glasses and utensils you could wish for. The garden and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. The location is great within easy walking distance to the village with a great range of eating places. Can’t recommend it enough if you like a quiet village away from the commercial areas of Paphos & Limassol. Big thanks to Stellios once again. 😁🌞

First time in Pissouri

Arrived in the Evening, a wee bit hard to find in the dark but we got there. Villa was spotlessly clean and there was a welcome pack of milk , bread , eggs, cheese , cold meat etc. oh and wine and beer.spacious living area and kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms, beds are a wee bit hard.The outside area with pool is excellent and you are not overlooked. The road can be noisy in the morning but mostly quiet. The village centre is two minutes walk away and very welcoming with bars and restaurants, also I nice kebab take away. All the restaurants were good but a special mention for the Midway Restaurant at bottom of the village and the Bunch of Grapes.

Amazing Villa

hello guys. my wife and 2 boys, arrived at the villa in july 2014, and we Really felt spoilt, it was Fantastic, the villa inside was well decorated, CLEAN and FULLY Equipped with What ever you need. Outside with its own pool and fantastic Garden, and furniture, was where we spent 90% of our time,The owner was great, popped up and cleaned the pool weekly, and was Very Helpful with what ever we needed, the Location is also Perfect 10 min stroll to the Lovely Village with the VERY Friendly locals, Bar and handful of restaurants is IDEAL, i would RECOMMEND this Villa all day long. this will now be our holiday home every year , thank you ,

Perfect villa

We stayed for one week in April. We arrived very late and were delighted that Stellios had left more than basic food supplies, which really helped us. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was cleaned twice in the week and the whole pool area was beautifully kept. Unfortunately, we didn't meet Stellios, but communication before and throughout our stay was perfect. There are many excellent restaurants, within walking distance, in Pissouri and more a very short drive away, at Pissouri Beach. Our favourite there was Kastro, which we highly recommend. Thanks Stellios, for a lovely holiday.

Super Villa

The villa was even better than expected.......Finished to an high standard with everything you possibly need. Added extra's of food items, drinks & shower gels were left in for our arrival. All your everyday items you need such as tin foil, food bags, washer & dish washer liquids.....basically everything you would have in your own home is available there. The place was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels to use. The pool and outside area was just lovely to be in. I can not fault the villa what so ever! It was our first time in Cyprus and we loved it, more so with staying in such a lovely villa. We would love to return in the future and stay in this villa again.

A Real Gem

A fantastic villa with magnificent sea views from its upper balconies, and a lovely private swimming pool located within a well appointed garden. It’s located within a quiet neighbourhood has ample parking and easy access. The villa is very well equipped, is clean, tidy and obviously well maintained. It’s located within easy walking distance from the wonderful village centre, and its high location allows it to benefit from the cooling sea breezes in the afternoon and evening. It has air-con throughout, modern appliances, and good wi-fi. Stelios and his wife are excellent hosts, and we cannot recommend them or their villa more highly. Thank you both.

I live in Limassol and work in Nicosia and holiday in Pissouri. I am a secondary teacher working at an English speaking School, whereas my wife is the director of her own company. We moved from the UK some 28 years ago and have 2 daughters who are both teachers.

We bought the house in Pissouri after an extensive look at property across southern Cyprus.We loved the combination of the family friendly peaceful location, the bustle of the nearby village square, the restaurants, sailing, golf and the beautiful beach. There is something special about Pissouri, its on a hill but close to the sea which may explain the cool evenings and the hot clear summer days.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The villa is very well located so that if guests want to simply enjoy the sun and relax for a week, they can access anything they need within 400m. The mature garden now provides good privacy and the large open garden space extends the living space significantly - which is great when you throw a large barbeque for a couple of families. I would encourage everyone to visit the village to eat in the evening, at least once in the week, to really get a great taste of Cyprus.
