Had an awesome time. This is perfect for 4 couples as each king bedroom has its own mini fridge and plenty of space. The host is simply one of the best we have dealt with over the past 20 plus years traveling to the keys. Book it.

The house was wonderful, a perfect set up for 4 couples vacationing together. It was beautifully decorated and expertly equipped with anything needed to complement our stay. The check in was easy and we were pleasantly surprised that the property manager met us there to show us around on arrival. The pool and house were well maintained and communication with the host was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

this property and company has multiple properties we stayed at the grouper house and was excellent had plenty of room for four couples along with pool dock and boat ramp would stay here again people that own and run it do a excellent job

We stay a week in Marathon every year. This was by far the most accommodating house we have stayed in. The house had everything you need for a great vacation. We were especially pleased with the 4 master suites and the ice maker. Highly recommended.

More Memories Made in Marathon!

My family and I have been staying at the Grouper House for several years now. It feels like home and we continue to make more wonderful memories. There were several great upgrades this year, such as tv's in the bedrooms and down by the pool. I honestly can't think of anything that could make our stay better. As usual, Sean and Jose take great care of us! Looking forward to next year!

We were a group of 4 couples. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated, well stocked and immaculately clean. Sean our host went above and beyond our expectations. We spent many afternoons hanging out and having drinks by the pool. We spotted a mother manatee with baby by the dock. We would definitely rent this house again when in the area.

The house was perfect! It was set up to enjoy every min. We loved the room downstairs by the pool with the extra refrigerator, deep freezer, and especially the ice machine!! We would definitely stay here again. The management company was very attentive and kind and the house was spotless.

Amazing 4th of July Vacation

This house was amazing! The four bedrooms with private bathrooms were perfect for our group, everyone had their own space. The onsite boat ramp made the loading and unloading process a breeze. We will be back soon!

Suzanne, thanks for the nice comments! There is a local vendor that our guests can rent kayaks from during your next stay. They bring the kayaks to the house and then pick them up after your stay. We do not have the staff to safely maintain kayaks and paddles, unfortunately. But love your thoughts and feedback. Come back as soon as you can!

The house and location was prefect. We had 3 couples in a 4 bedroom house so there was plenty of room. Each room had its own tv, large bathroom, fridge and coffee bar. The outside living had everything you could think of. Very nice pool, shower, bathroom, grill and it was all extremely clean.

Weekend with our gang

Great location, beautiful home, best vacation rental ever. Great communucation with owners, pool was great. Manatees right off the dock. This home is in perfect condition. 4 couples and had plenty space for everyone. We can't wait to go back!

Loved this property ! With each room having its own master bath it was so ideal traveling with a group! The pool overlooking the canal and private boat ramp was chef’s kiss! Kitchen was stocked well and each room had a coffee maker ! We will stay here again !

Grouper House

Our stay at the Grouper house was amazing. The house was gorgeous and they had amazing amenities. When we had a few minor issues, Happy in the Keys property management came over very quickly. Very nice personnel. We loved the pool and the dock. We loved having the boat slip right beside the house. We will definitely book this house again.

Great stay at Grouper House

A great property and very attentive management staff. Any questions were addressed right away. Listing just as in person. Good location in a quiet area with access to waterfront - beach and canal. We were able to paddle and fish off the dock for low key days.

This is a fabulous place to stay!

We were 4 couples and there isn’t any complaints from any of us. Nothing has been overlooked to make your stay totally comfortable! Grouper House allows you to relax, have bikes and kayaks delivered, fishing from the dock and a daily visit by a manatee and a perfect sunrise and sunset! Doesn’t get better than this!

Family vacation at Grouper House

What a great property! My family and I were VERY impressed with the house, the location, the cleanliness, and responsiveness of the Happy in the Keys team. It all made for a wonderful week in the Keys. The cherry on top was when our neighbors in Super Grouper gave us a mackerel fish they caught that day, which turned into an excellent grilled dinner for us. Would definitely return for a future stay again, wonderful experience all around.

We have been coming to the Florida Keys for years, but this was our first time staying in Marathon. It is a beautiful area and the Grouper Home was the perfect retreat after a day of fishing or having fun at the sandbar. It is a beautiful home and property with everything needed for a great vacation. The layout of the home with 4 masters was perfect for our family. Having the boat ramp near, along with the spacious dock made it even better. The management was easy to communicate and available for any questions. We had a great time at the Grouper Home and look forward to planning future stays.
