Weekend stay

We had a lovely weekend at the apartment. It was just as the photos but felt even more spacious than expected. It well located for our trip to Eastbourne and just what we needed for the weekend.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment has lovely views of the harbour with plenty of parking available and an easy walk to restaurants and buses. It was well equipped with everything you need and excellent Wi-fi. We really enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year.

Lovely, spacious flat with harbour views

A perfect base during our stay in Eastbourne. A pleasant walk to restaurants. Good range of shops close by. The flat was very well equipped, felt like a home from home. Beds were comfortable. Parking in the undercroft carpark was a huge bonus when packing the car during a rainstorm! Thanks for a great stay.

A place to relax and enjoy

This apartment had every home comfort. Wonderful views of the harbour, with a warm elegant interior in a lovely stylish block. It was well placed for many eateries and with a varied choice of retail shops that were within walking distance. The host liaised well and kept us up to speed with entry times etc., and they very helpful at all times which bode well for a relaxing four day break.

Lovely apartment on the outskirts of Eastbourne

Joanna & Alan were great hosts and immediately dealt with a couple of teething problems we had. Apartment has a lovely balcony overlooking the inner harbour which gets the sun all afternoon.

The location was fantastic with walking access to bars/restaurants and convenience stores.We felt it was a family home that we were staying in rather than a purpose built turn key rental property.There was a lot of stuff in the kitchen cupboards and the wardrobe of the twin bedroom.We had arrived from a high specification modern apartment in Whitstable with a welcome pack so our expectations of this property in a harbour development were muted when we entered the interior.

We stayed fur three nights it was in a convient position. We went out day trips. I would suggest may be when the cleaning is complete maybe a text to say you can go in. As we arrived 2 hours early. And had to hang around just waiting. But it was very well stocked with basics

I am sure you saw an our welcome pack that I mailed to you at the check-in time is 4 pm. If you were planning to arrive early, I may have been able to get our cleaner in earlier if I was out of that. Great location - great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather being less than perfect. The apartment is very comfortable and has all you could need. If like us you are Canadian and not used to teeny-tiny English parking spaces you'll probably want to leave your car in the above-ground visitors parking area. The parking garage spot is just plain scary!

This flat is very cosy with a lot of personal touches. The spacious lounge and one balcony offer a wonderful view of the North harbour. We enjoyed seeing this at mealtimes or in the evening on the balcony. The flat is ideally located for walks along the beach or around the harbour and a selection of restaurants are within easy reach. Communication with our hosts Joanna and Alan before and during our stay was excellent. Unfortunately, we did have a few teething problems at the start with the cleanliness, and certain elements in the flat show signs of a lot of use, which is why we would give this flat/our stay a 4.5 rating overall. However, our hosts were quick to offer solutions and we would recommend this flat to others.

Our flat is of the quiet end of the Harbour and has fantastic views. It has a big balcony with door to the master bedroom and to the lounge. It also has a second balcony from the second bedroom. The Harbour has lots of restaurants and is a lovely place to rest and watch the world go by!
