Despertar a las playas de arena blanca con el trasfondo de las aguas color esmeralda y turquesa, sin siquiera salir de su cama! Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y dos baños frente al mar en el piso 14 ofrece vistas espectaculares de la puesta de sol del Golfo de México desde el dormitorio principal, así como desde el área de la sala de estar / comedor / cocina. El interior está muy bien equipadas, ambiente cálido y acogedor, y promete ser un lugar donde se hacen las memorias de las vacaciones.

Además de las impresionantes vistas, Beachside One ofrece internet gratis y un gimnasio en el primer piso para mayor comodidad.

Gran piscina, jacuzzi, zona para tomar el sol. Parrillas para barbacoa y mesas de pícnic disponibles fuera del área de la piscina (primer servicio) y puerta de entrada privada a la playa.

Hay estacionamiento cubierto en la planta baja, así como estacionamiento abierto en el piso del vestíbulo. Puedes caminar justo al lado del restaurante Beach House y del Hilton. Si está interesado en mimarse, el Serenity by the Sea Spa está al lado del Hilton.

Hay 4 campos de golf en el lugar, 20 canchas de tenis en el centro de tenis, marina, pesca y deportes acuáticos disponibles.

The views were absolutely amazing, and the property had plenty to keep us busy. Communication with the host was great throughout our stay. The golf cart had an issue at first, but the host made sure it was fixed quickly. We really enjoyed our time!

Numbers for gate access were not clear which delayed check in. 14th floor had maintenance crews working every day which was annoying. A window lock on the bedroom along the outside hallway was missing, so security was a concern while we were out of the unit. AC in the Master bedroom was weak. We ended up leaving a day early rather than stay our full rental

Incredible unit all around - view, finishes, and location. Loved having the golf cart to get to/from places. Location is unbeatable. We stayed in Beachtower II last year and found this building (Beachtower I) as nice. This unit is on the 14th floor and has an incredible view. The inside of the unit is immaculate and very homey. We had everything we needed. Would stay again. The pre arrival, arrival and departure communications were helpful and timely. 10/10.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in various units over the past 10 years, but this one was our favorite. It was very clean, had a nice large balcony and comfortable furniture. The master bedroom was awesome with a door leading directly onto the balcony, and the plantation shutters gave it a nice summery look. The master bedroom and closet were huge. We had to contact mgt a couple of times and our questions were answered and worked out quickly. The golf cart was a selling point so the guys could go one direction and the girls another. No doubt we’ll be returning next spring.

Beautiful panoramic view, quiet location in September. Having a golf cart was very nice to get to shopping/food. Phyllis was very accommodating and prompt on replying throughout the whole tripThey have/offer a lot of pots and pans and utensils. There are a few things they are lacking seasoning,oil, Cutting board, sharper knives, overall was a great stay, i would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect location and view!

We had the absolute best time staying at this property. The location, the views, the golf cart, the resort, and everything in between was absolutely perfect. The beach was not crowded, the pool was beautiful, and the condo was great for a family of 4 + a one year old! We will be back for sure!

We love the location, right on the beach which isn't as crowded in front of Beachside One as it is other locations. It's a short drive to most shops and restaurants and the grocery store is a few minutes away in case you need it.

Great Condo! Loved the pool because it has a large shallow area and we had our 1 year old grandson with us. The distance to the beach was perfect. The favorite thing was the golf cart! Perfect vacation!

We had the best time on our trip. This rental was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Phylis was so unbelievably kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. The view from the 14th floor was so beautiful! We absolutely LOVE Destin!
