Encantador, frente al golfo 1 dormitorio con sala de literas que contiene 972 pies cuadrados. Sala de estar y los dos dormitorios tienen TV y DVD.

4301 Beachside II es una unidad encantadora de 1 dormitorio + habitación litera / 1 baño en el piso 10 con maravillosas vistas directas al golfo. El salón es muy acogedor y la zona de la cocina está bien equipada. El principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y la sala de literas es el área de un niño con literas .. Todos los que se quedan aquí, lo adoran, ¡y a los niños les encanta tener su propia habitación con literas con TV / DVD! El edificio tiene acceso directo a la playa junto con su propia piscina.

The apartment was great. It was clean, fresh, and quiet. There was construction in the building that was inconvenient but not intrusive. The host was very responsive and helpful. I will rent from them again.

Parking was hassle free. View from balcony was amazing at sunset. Very easy access to beach and pool. Access to the golf cart to get to the village each evening was awesome (and an adventure) for me and my two young boys.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second bedroom is a TINY room with no closet. This is Not really a second bedroom. Anyone in that room would have to use the one dresser and closet in the other bedroom. If we were with another couple or kids I'd be livid. I'm giving stars based on everything but the closet for a bedroom.

This property is absolutely GREAT! My family and I have been coming to Sandestin for some time now. This was the first time my wife and I traveled here without the kids and this unit was absolutely perfect for us. You can't beat the location being right on the beach. The golf cart just enhances the experience making it easier to get around the property. Management and the host was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely recommend this unit.

This place smelled terrible like mildew. My family left within the first two hours of our booking and did not return. Avoid this place. Picture is of mold on carpet. Host also found mold in A/C.

I am not sure why the 3 star rating since I do not see any reason for that rating. This unit has new wood flooring in the bedrooms, new couch, new TV, etc. Any issues with unit would always be addressed by our 24/7 oncall service. Please come back.

Great communication

We have stayed in this unit 3 times. The location is great and the golf cart is such an added bonus. I was impressed with the communication from the property manager. I loved that they text and sent links with all the details we needed.
