Great area with lots to do for all!

We enjoyed relaxing on the beach and at the pool. Loved the secured area and gated entrances to the beach and pool. Never felt over crowded and our kids loved the bunk bed room! We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo! Great beach stay!!…. The only thing that needs attention is the washing machine. It worked but was very loud.

Great Family Getaway

The condo was perfect for our group of 4 - great amenities and right on the gorgeous beach. We especially appreciated the security through the holiday weekend, ensuring only Beachside renters were allowed on the beach in front of our condo. It was MUCH less crowded than other areas immediately around our place.

First trip to Destin area

The room was great and we got lucky when we chose a place in this building. The private beach for this building was less crowded and they really took care of people renting the beach umbrella spots. Definitely best to rent an umbrella from them though, if you want to set up near the water.

Great Location and Beautiful Property

We had an amazing experience staying at this beachfront condo! The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the pristine private sandy beach. The heated and a relaxing pool made our stay even more enjoyable when the weather didn’t cooperate. The management team was incredibly responsive and accommodating even for an early check in. Definitely a great location to stay for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Great time

Overall it is a very nice location and very clean. The view was wonderful. The only issue we had was there was a odor to water in kitchen and only the kitchen water. It was addressed but it took a couple of days and we couldn’t cook during this time. But again overall very nice place and would stay there again in the future.

Beautiful remodel

This was my second time staying in this condo building with my husband and two year old daughter. We love the community there. This particular unit was remodeled beautifully. We absolutely loved it and felt comfortable. The only downside was that the oven was smoking a lot so we weren’t able to use it which was a bummer. They did send someone out quickly to take a look but it didn’t get resolved before we checked out. Overall we loved the unit and would stay there again next year if it’s available!

Difficult getting proper codes to access beach and gate.

Property was lovely. Traveled alone with two small Boys so I wish I had easier access when I arrived and I knew about transportation on the tram . I was under the impression that it was included. It was not. Uber drivers had trouble accessing the gate codes. The property was very clean and lovely. I would stay there again but suggest they leave some Extra Trash bags and toilet paper. There isn’t a store close by.

Birthday Getaway

I read all the reviews before booking. I loved the condo and the location! The water was the most beautiful we've ever seen in Florida. The beach was packed to the left of us towards the Sandestin Hilton, but this is located in one of the smaller buildings on the beach and you are supposed to have a bracelet to set up in front of it. There were a few things I'd like to leave notice about. We had 5 people in our party and when we went to shower the first night, we realized that there were only 2 wash cloths in the condo. The following morning, I woke up to cook breakfast and both of the skillets were completely rusted. There was absolutely no way at all to cook in them. I ended up cooking scrambled eggs in a regular pot. I contacted mgmt to let them know about the pots and the towels. They stated they would send housekeeping with the items. They hadn't by the end of the day, so we went to the dollar store to purchase the items. They did bring wash cloths at some point but said they would have to go get a skillet and never returned for the duration of the trip. No biggie, just wanted to let future renters know to bring a skillet! ;) Also, the master bedroom stays much warmer than the rest of the condo. We brought a fan which really was a lifesaver. Overall, we enjoyed it!
