"Special" detached FRONT-LINE villa on one level in secluded residential area only 15 minutes drive from the airport. 3 good sized double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably. One family bathroom with shower/bath/WC and two further outdoor 'rustic' en-suites with outdoor hot-water shower. Shower under the stars! Second separate WC. Brand new fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Large living room. 7 sets of double French doors leading from living room, master bedroom and kitchen to internal covered courtyard and to front covered terrace. Front covered terrace is fully fitted with relaxing sofas, coffee tables etc. so you can relax in the shade and enjoy the view. Large dining table on front covered area so you can dine while enjoying the view. Fibre Optic high speed Wi-Fi. Smart TV showing NetFlix etc. and all UK Terresteral TV Channels (BBC, ITV etc.). Built-in outdoor barbeque. Large 10x4 metre swimming pool and surrounded by natural tiles that dont get hot in the sun. Great for little feet! Spacious flat garden. Surrounding walls and fence give 100% privacy. Private car-park space. Unbeatable location in safe, private residential area. 30 metres to sea and a natural 'lagoon' ideal for early morning swims and amazing snorkelling. People drive from the other side of the island to this bit of coastline, you have it on your doorstep. 10 minute walk to Binisafuller beach (great beach for kids). 2 minute walk to famous restaurant Club Nautico. 5 minute walk to Binibecca Vell village which has several more restaurants, coffee shops, bars and a supermarket. 5 minutes drive to St. Lluis with local butchers, fishmonger and vegetable shop.

Fabulous stay in Stunning Villa on Tranquil Isle

The villa is perfect. We have been coming to Menorca for years, but this was the best accommodation we have ever had. Nick is a dream host and the villa is fantastic.

Wonderful villa with amazing location right by the sea and nearby lagoon. Fantastic sunsets out to sea. Short walk from restaurants, bars and supermarkets in Binibeca. Easy access to the airport and Mahón and Es Castell by car only 15mins. Would highly recommend.

A lovely villa in a great location. Lovely pool and overall villa clean and well maintained. The only small negative was that there was some small things that lacked attention to detail. The shower curtain in the main bathroom had a large tear in it. Not enough warm bed linen which was needed at night. There was a spare quilt in the cupboard of main bedroom but had an old stain on it and no quilt cover. Also the towels could have been newer and softer. For the price of the villa I would have expected the house keeper have checked. But overall a really lovely, comfortable stay. Would have given an excellent review if it wasn’t for the small things have mentioned.

Fantastic villa in perfect location

We've just spent 9 great days here and can't give enough praise to the villa or Menorca. The villa is only a short drive from the airport, the capital Mahon and other great beaches and towns. Everywhere we visited was stunning and generally very peaceful. The local restaurant to the villa is excellent and the other great restaurant we went to was Salitre in Cala Torret. The villa itself is a really high standard and the views from the garden and pool area are stunning. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we can.

Great!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and communication with Nick was great! The location is amazing - swimming directly across the street, great beach a 10 min walk and a fun little bar just a bit down the road. 10min drive to St Lluis that had a fabulous small grocery and many good restaurants close by. We spent lots of time by the pool in the afternoons and really enjoyed the outside space. It should be noted that the only showers are outside, but plenty of hot water and very nicely done. Would happily book again!

Best villa ever

We have stayed in Menorca for over 15 years. The location of this villa is stunning with sea view and opposite the rocks for early morning swims. Kids are 17 and 22 to give context. Having said that the set up is great for younger kids with high chairs and bath and pool access. Villa is great - 3 good beds - 2 outdoor showers and basins - grt fun. One full indoor bathroom - worked really well. Outside area seems really spacious with plenty of shade. Great fully equipped kitchen and a bbq as well as inner courtyard built in bbq. All round top place and Nick was great on comms. Would love to return. 5+ mins from the vell and shops.

A little slice of heaven.

This villa is just everything. Every year we stay in villas across the Balearics and this is quite possibly the best we’ve had. It ticks every single box. The villa itself is more spacious than the pics, the flow between all the rooms is great with lots of patio doors letting in tons of light. The pool was surprisingly warm for this time of year (May) The kitchen has all you need, felt like it could have been our home. Settled in instantly. Opposite the villa is the perfect swimming lagoon with so many fish. We would go every day for a little spot of swimming. Binibeca Vell is walking distance and the walk along the coast is perfect. Lots of places to eat and drink and grab some supermarket shopping. Local beaches all so beautiful. We had a car but you wouldn’t necessarily need one. Would love to return.

Muy buena experiencia, ubicación inmejorable si lo que buscas es tranquilidad. Casa en buen estado en general. Cuenta con buena vajillas y menaje en la cocina, lo que es de agradecer. Por poner algún pero, la nevera es muy vieja y no enfría bien y el aire acondicionado del cuarto principal es un poco escaso para el volumen de la habitación. Pero son pequeñas cosas que no empañan una estancia maravillosa.

Situation exceptionnelle

Très bel endroit, situation face à la mer exceptionnelle. Douches extérieures agréables (sûrement compliquées hors été). Le manque d’équipement en cuisine , notamment micro onde et le mobilier extérieur un peu « fatigué « m’empêchent de donner 5 étoiles.

Location, location, location

Wonderful property in the perfect location. Quite literally a stones throw from the ocean. The pool and the outside spaces were just what we’d hoped for and we certainly made the most of these. The outside showers were certainly rustic but novel and enjoyable nonetheless. With the added bonus of being able to swim in the ocean just a few steps away, we couldn’t have asked for more. Great comms from the owner, I who answered any queries promptly. Only been home a few days and I miss it already.

Great place for family holiday!

What a great place to stay! Properly has all the amenities available for a super holiday. Right by the sea, lovely sunsets. Pool/ house and surrounding area beautiful . Any questions/issues whilst staying at the property owner responded to in a prompt fashion. We had a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend

Exceptionnel

La maison de Nick est exceptionnelle: au bord de mer avec vue magnifique, accès à la mer à 50m à pied parfait pour snorkeling. Le village de Binibeca Vell est également à 5min à pied. La maison est spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, et la piscine était parfaite pour les enfants (le volet roulant électrique était un vrai plus pour la sécurité pour nous car nous avons une fille de 3 ans)

Les douches dehors sont super en été mais pour une location en Octobre, une option à l’intérieur devrait être possible. Les couverts sont à renouveler, pas de micro onde.

Location hard to beat....

The location of this villa was excellent: a stone's throw from swimming lagoons (though be warned....like everywhere on the island now and again, depending on the winds there can be jellyfish), a couple of small beaches within walking distance and a fab restaurant on the seafront about 100 yards down the road. The sunsets from the terrace were spectacular. Just lacking a little t.l.c in some areas stop us from giving it 5 star overall rating.

Fabulous fortnight, would return

Just returned from a great stay at this Villa. Communications with Nick the owner were good and he did his best to be flexible with arrival and departure times which was appreciated. The villa itself is excellently located, just across the road from the best snorkelling we have had in the Med. Air con worked very well in all the bedrooms and the beds were super comfortable. The outside showers are fine but it's a shame the indoor bathroom doesn't have a shower above the bath. Kitchen is modern, but lacks some of the basics that you would expect, not really enough crockery and glassware, and as other reviews have pointed out the kitchenware is missing some of the things you would expect. There is only one tray for the oven and no grater or other basics. A minor thing that I'm sure Nick will sort. We found the tap water unpalatable so relied on bottled water. It's also worth noting that if you're staying for two weeks the price doesn't include a mid stay clean, although you can arrange locally apparently. The pool is great and being so modern it seems to require much less maintenance than other villas we have stayed in. The pool is not fenced and there is no alarm which wasn't an issue for us but might be if you have young children. There is a pool cover but we were warned it can jam so didn't risk using it. There is a box of various pool toys and snorkelling gear. We had a inflatable paddle board with use and used to to paddle around to the beach which is about a ten minute walk. We found the best supermarket was the Eroski in Saint Luis there is one closer but it is more expensive and open shorter hours particularly on Sunday. Binibeca Vell is the closest village and has everything you need. We found the bread and croissants from the bakery behind the supermarket were the best! Internet is quick and reliable. Overall a very enjoyable two weeks.

Everything you need

Great location, made perfect when we found the way to Binibeca. Villa was lovely with pretty much everything you need (more hand towels in kitchen and toilet would be handy). Great pool, great views.

Great Family Holiday

Lovely property,with spacious areas and beautiful decor and interesting art work. Great location for snorkeling opposite, easy walk into Binibecca Vell where there are shops etc Air Con worked well, kitchen had all mod cons (except a cheese grater that is the only fault I can find!!), a faultless Villa with grerat local support when needed. Highly recommended.

This place is a cut above!

This is a really fabulous villa. It has been so well designed - there is always somewhere you can find a bit of shade from the sun. And with lots of different eating areas - outside near the pool, inside the living room, and a little courtyard area in the middle. The pool is beautiful. Its unheated so it was a little chilly but very refreshing when the weather was slightly cooler at the start of the week (we were there late May) but by the end of the week it was a lovely contrast to the very warm temperatures outside. Our kids (7 & 4) were in there most of the day. The sun loungers were very comfortable. The bedrooms were all lovely. The outside showers were ACE! Such a fab feeling to be outside in a beautifully warm shower. The lounge area was really nice and comfy for watching films with the kids in the evening. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. Directly opposite the villa over the road, there is a short path to the sea. The swimming in there is amazing. Crystal clear water and loads of fish. There are steps down into the water. We ate in Binebeca Vell each night, which is easy walking distance and lots of restaurants to choose from. We drove to the beach because we had kids and grandparents with us. It was 5 mins drive and easy to park. Nice beach cafe there. We walked to the nearer little beach one day (Nb its lovely but there’s nothing else there eg no cafe or shop) I would definitely recommend this place. Really can’t fault it in any way.

Beautiful comfortable villa

Fantastic villa only 20 minutes from the airport ( you can see planes landing but it is not noisy so this was a bonus with a toddler!) Fantastic helpful owner who will always get back to you with your questions. We were a family of 7; 5 adults, 1 toddler and 1 newborn. The outside showers were a lovely touch even when it rained although there is an inside shower too. Able to walk to a small beach, a swimming platform and little village with shops but a car was handy. I would highly recommend!

Clean and spacious villa in a fantastic location

We had a fabulous week staying here and will definitely be back! A spacious and clean villa with private pool that is fantastic for families and young children. The location is amazing as you have everything on your doorstep and the restaurant 100yds down the road is fantastic. The snorkelling masks/equipment at the villa was fantastic for exploring the lagoon over the road and other amenities (shops, restaurants, etc) are just a 5 minute drive away. Highly recommended
