Beach Apartment, Sea Views & Rooftop Pool. (Long Term Rentals avail Nov-April)

This first floor apartment is situated on El Peñoncillo beach, Torrox Costa.
The apartment offers free unlimited internet access complete with a TV box for watching English channels. A big charm is the outside 2 sided balcony which is West facing with a Sea view. It is perfect for the early morning shade and a great bonus for enjoying the afternoon/late evening sun.

The apartment has 2 en-suite bedrooms (double and twin) and is large enough to sleep up to 5 people with the use of an extra bed (hire charge applicable)
The apartment boasts a fully fitted kitchen with utility room and a large lounge with access to the outside balcony through 2 separate patio doors.
The dining table has comfortable seating for 6 people and the 2 large leather sofas can happily seat 6 in the living area. The balcony also has a dining table with seating for up to 6 people.
All rooms are fitted with remote control ceiling fans for those warm summer evenings and heaters for those cooler winter nights.

The property also offers the use of the rooftop terrace which spans the width of the building creating wonderful panoramic views of the coast, beach and mountains. The large sunbathing area also has a rooftop communal swimming pool with toilets and shower.

The property has good access for wheelchair users and has lift access to all floors.

There is also a small supermarket on the ground floor of the building beside and there are a few wonderful beach restaurants along the El Peñoncillo beach, great for enjoying fresh fish caught that day.
Torrox Costa promonade is just a 5 minute walk away.

Location was good very close to beach, if arriving late the keyboard is a fair distance away especially if you and your transfer are not familiar with the area, it would be best to post keys out so you have them, apartment was spacious, could benefit from a couple of sunbeds on the balcony to sunbathe if you didn't want to go the beach or pool. I use washing machine when away the machine needed cleaning before I could use it, it would benefit from a deep clean on the rubber, the beds where a bit hard to sleep on and looks like it's ready to have another paint job on the walls which I am sure happens every year, I did enjoy my stay here it was a very chilled and relaxed place to visit, we went to nerja a few nights which is very lively with lots of bars and shops.

Lovely Apartment

A modern apartment with excellent facilities and plenty of space for four adults. In a quiet location with a a few restaurants and bars and right on the beach. It's a short 10-15 minute walk to all the amenities of Torox Costa.

El apartamento está genial y la zona es tranquila , el único inconveniente a sido que la zona de la piscina está en obras de mejora, y la playa para entrar y salir es de piedras pero con unas cangrejeras de toda la vida se arregla, por lo general bien bien.

Hemos pasado nuestras vacaciones en este precioso apartamento en primera línea de playa. La vivienda es muy luminosa y tiene una terraza y un salón espectacular. Está situado en una zona muy tranquila con suficiente aparcamiento. También cuenta con numerosos detalles como wifi, Netflix, cafetera monodosis, lavavajillas, lavadora y el equipamiento necesario para el día a día. Además el trato con Maribel, la agente inmobiliaria, ha sido estupendo. Siempre atenta por si necesitábamos algo. Gracias también a la propietaria Georgina Allibon por atenderlos también.

Schöne Wohnung, gerne wieder!

Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung,doch leider gab es mit der Klimaanlage Probleme und das war etwas ungünstig. Doch es wurde behoben. Die Supermärkte sind zwar in der Nähe, doch zu Fuss ohne Auto und bei der Hitze nicht möglich. Ich rate Familien ein Auto zu mieten. Der Supermarkt neber der Wohnung ist halt nicht Groß und führt nicht alles. Eine Apotheke gibt es nur in Torrox. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top! Wir würden wieder diese Wohnung buchen, vor allem die Ankunft und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Marribel (Verwaltung) war spitze. Da das Büro direkt neben der Wohnung ist, ist sehr praktisch. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle.Vor allem spricht sie deutsch,was wir echt toll fanden! Jederzeit wieder!!

Fantastic apartment, this was a perfect option for our family

We couldn’t have asked for more from booking and having a quick response with all the details needed, to receiving the information and arriving at the apartment. The agents were great at communicating and gave us lots of options for activities in the welcome pack. As for the apartment, it felt like a home for our 10 days and made our holiday a very enjoyable and relaxing one. Massive thank you for letting us stay and we hope to return again.

We stayed here in January 2018 with our grandchildren. This is a lovely, well equipped property, which is in an ideal position for the beach. The beach bar was open and it was only 5 minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable, but it would have been good to have extra blankets as it was quite cold at night. It was lovely to have a bath after being on the beach and to have 2 bathrooms. I would recommend this apartment for both couples and families. The lounge is very comfortable and it is good to have British television and WIFI We would definitely stay here again

Loved the location of the apartment, very spacious for the 2 of us as we each had our own en- suite. The kitchen had plenty of all the usual dishes and appliances etc.Comfortable settees in the lounge and good tv/wifi reception. Beds comfy too. The local beach bars were closed due to the season but there is a little bar across the road serving good food and always popular. Due to the time of year, sun was only on the balcony from about 11:30 to 4pm. However, the bars along the front were in full sunshine until 6pm, The walk to the front was about 15 mins,the same to Lidl and Aldi. The supermarket just downstairs from the apartment had big bottles of water, so not far to carry the heavy weight. We would recommend this apartment.

Trip to Torrox Costa Aug 17

Took our granddaughters (15 & 13yrs) for a weeks holiday. The accommodation was spacious and well equipped with comfy beds,tv with UK channels and most important (to the granddaughters) wi-fi! Had fun at the beach and the rooftop pool was excellent. Having a hire car made visits to the local market,Nerja and a trip to Competa,mountain town fun for all. Local resturaunts were reasonably priced with good food. I recommend a trip to the area staying at this apartment.

very spacious apartment , comfortable beds and everything to hand that was needed , even down to the oil radiators which were provided and well needed in the evenings in winter , all pots pans and utensils were there and well stocked even managed to make a xmas dinner there , wanted for nothing , showers great , good water pressure , outside space lovely and handy to get into torrox itself for supermarkets etc , really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to people

Great apartment in Torrox

Just come back from a wonderful holiday in Torrox Costa. The apartment is right beside the beach and in easy walking distance to the resort of Torrox where there are many bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and the owner was very helpful with everything. We would recommend this apartment as if you dont want to go anywhere it is all on your doorstep.

The apartment was just as described, Carol met us and gave us all the instructions on how to work things and good places to go etc. From start to finish we have nothing but praise for the apartment and the care we were shown. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. For us two ladies it was ideal and spacious, we both had an ensuite and a sofa each to watch the English TV from! Facilities were good and it was clean. There was a little problem with one of the toilets but it was promptly dealt with as there was a local contact, which is a great plus. It was in a good location, a little supermarket nearby, beach nearby and Torrox prom with lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away. There is a good bus service to Nerja, Torre and Malaga. All in all we had a great time and would recommend going to this apartment. The taxi driver the owners arranged for us was very reliable too. Laura and Irene

Fabulous Apartment right on the beach

Apartment was exactly as described and a pleasure to stay there - can't wait to go back! Enough bars and choice of restaurants close by, and would definately recommend the Masala indian restaurant just opposite and some of the beach bars for fresh sardines for lunch. Top class and do not hestitate to recommend. Also late check out not a problem which made things easier.
