Hampton Lakes er et fredeligt samfund med smukt vedligeholdte haver. Det tilbyder den perfekte beliggenhed, hvorfra udforsk alt hvad Florida har at opleve. Vores villa ligger på en sø med en fantastisk udsigt. Slap af i boblebadet, poolen og spaen med dens luksuriøse polstermøbler og usædvanligt stort dækareal, BBQ og pool-solafdækning leveret. Vi sætter en ære i at opretholde vores ejendom til en høj standard. 'Villa ved søen' har aircondition. Det er typisk amerikansk og meget rummelig. De tre mestre soveværelser nyder alle ensuite-faciliteter. Mens de to dobbeltværelser er tema, Disney og Sports. Vores spillelokale er forberedt med stor omhu for at give timevis af sjov for alle aldre. Vi har en barneseng i fuld størrelse plus en pakke og legeseng. En babypakke med høj stol, barneseng, buggy, skærm og service.

Vi ejer to villaer ved siden af hinanden til større grupper.

Family stay near Orlando

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this property! Plenty of space, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the game room was the best I've seen. Another bonus was that the basketball/pickleball/volleyball courts were walking distance from the house.

Villa is dated so could do with modernising. None of the tvs worked. Rang the office and told them but they didn’t come out to fix it so no television for the whole time we stayed there.

Lovely long stay in Davenport

The communication with Nicki was outstanding from start to finish. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for 8 weeks and we're looking for a home from home to escape the English winter. And that's exactly what we found. The villa has everything you could need for a short or long stay, and plenty of things you didn't know you would need. With a huge pool area there is plenty of room for large groups and the hot tub is a great addition for the cooler winter evenings and we were pleasantly surprised how much we used it! The games room provided fun on the occasional wet days and the view over the lake - full of turtles and with a constant stream of birds - never ceased to provide a lovely distraction. Thanks Nicky for a great stay and to Keith too for his regular visits to make sure we were fine!

Great villa, great host

The villa itself is very large, we had 5 people staying but had guests on one day bringing numbers up to 16. There was plenty space inside and out to accommodate. Two couples and one single staying for a week we were all glad to have own en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and all the facilities you would want in a villa. Location is excellent with the deck area catching the sun from around 10am through until sunset. A few minute drive to 192 and the estate being located just off 27 means there are a large choice of restaurants and shops very close by. Nicki communicated with us very well, couldn’t wish for a better host.

Our Spring Break Getaway

My family and I had a nice stay. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa. We also enjoyed taking our toddler to the park that was just down the street. We also liked the location of the home being close to a lot of the attractions in Orlando. We recommend staying here and we would stay here again as well.

Perfect Location

We loved the location of this property. It was away from the busy areas like Championsgate and we found the slower pace wonderful. The pool heat was perfect. Our parents enjoyed the separate jacuzzi on the pool deck. We had about a 50 min drive to Universal Studios but the back routing along 192 made it reasonable because the I4 traffic was insane with ongoing road construction. The property isn't as modernized as some others in busier areas but it was comfortable and perfect for our vacation. Thanks again!

Great Place!

The house was great for our family (of 9) vacation. The owners and property managers were very responsive throughout the booking process, check in, and quickly answered any questions or concerns we had. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and not feel like we were in each others way. The kids loved the game room and the pool which has plenty of seating. The house has ample plates, cups, utensils for cooking, pool towels and linens. It is also located close to the parks, shopping and restaurants. We paid for the use of the hot tub but ended up not using it. We had a few minor issues with the house, non-emergency and typical home ownership issues. They were addressed the day we called and did not interfere with our stay. The house was clean, however, is showing typical wear. We would stay at this property again.

APRIL 2022

We have recently returned home from a great family holiday in Florida. In total there were 9 of us in the party including 4 adults and 5 children. The villa was more than big enough for all of us and at no point did it feel cramped or too small. The villa is as described and offered everything we could have hoped for. It is located on a very nice development and allows easy access to all the parks , shops and restaurants. Contact with the owner was great and responded very quickly to all requests for info. Yes there are small maintenance jobs that could be doing with a touch up but I would be being very picky to single them out as a major issues. Overall we had a great time in the villa and would recommend

Great Potential

It was a very nice property - we really enjoyed the game room. Loved all the birds,ducks, squirrels, and little lizards. However...the pool was very dirty - my husband spent the whole first day cleaning it. The spa did not work, the pool light did not work, and the light over the grill did not work. I am not certain the pool was heated and we had paid extra for that. We also had ants in the masterbathroom - they liked our toothbrushes so those had to be replaced twice. There was also an awful smell in the bathroom at the top of the stairs - we were glad that we had a small group so it was rarely used. We did like the house, just needs a little care.

Wonderful trip!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The heated pool and hot tub were an incredible perk after a long day at Disney. There were lots of things that helped us with our littles such as a crib, baby gate, high chair ect. I also want to note the hot tub turned green half way through our stay and someone was there fixing it within 45 minutes of me texting the home owner. Definitely recommend!

Nice area with a hot tub!

Check in process was easy and the owners communication was excellent. Any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. It’s a big house with a lake in the back in a convenient location. The kids loved the game room. When we stayed there was no complimentary soap, shampoo etc, so you may want to be aware of that. Would definitely stay again.

Good for short vacation

Overall this home is nice enough for a short vacation if you're planning to spend a lot of time at the theme parks. There are many good things about the house. There are many bedrooms & bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The pool (when warm) was very very nice. There were a few days when the weather got cold & the pool stopped heating up & service people came to fix it and it took couple days to get back warm again. The hot tub attached to the pool was useless, but the separate hot tub was nice & we used it a lot, but it needs to be cleaned/maintained often if you're staying long. The view of the lake & wildlife from the pool area was so nice. The management was the best... very prompt & responsive. We stayed 3 weeks & I had to "work from home" while there, and the internet was not reliable & kept going in & out which was extremely frustrating. My t-mobile got no reception inside the house so that didn't turn out so well even when using the unreliable wifi for "wifi calling." The master bedroom tv was so small & disappointing so forget about trying to watch tv from there. The tv in the living room could be bigger too. We didn't go there for the theme parks & we spent much more time in the house than most people would so we noticed more of these these deficiencies. All that being said, it's still a decent place better than average for orlando.

If I had only known....

This was a beautiful, relaxing, and very quiet neighborhood. If I had known the children were going to be more excited about the pool. I wouldn't have taken them to Universal. Had a great time with family. The house was very spacious and the game room was an added plus.

Location of the house was what we were looking for, but cleanliness questionable….

We paid extra for heating the pool and hot tub and pool was cold when we got there. It took two days for it to warm up since it’s November. Also pool deck area, chairs and grill was dirty and had to rewash the towels we used as they smelled rotten. Also the safety net by the pool was broken luckily we did not travel with little kids so we did not need it.

Lovely stay!

We had a great week in this home! The only issue we had was that we arrived to the detached hot tub not working due to an electrical issue. It didn’t work for our stay, but Nicki very graciously gave us complimentary pool heat and offered a one night extension of our stay. Everything else was beautiful and we had more than we needed as far as towels and kitchen utensils. My family had a great time and communication with the owner was excellent!

Great property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed. Property management was very supportive and helpful. The floor was a bit dirty upon our arrival, but I don’t know what the cleaning schedule is. Plenty of room. Great amenities. Close to all the parks, shopping, and dining.

Great Sunny Escape

Huge house with a great pool and hot tub. The pool was so wonderfully warm - heater was awesome and made it possible to use regardless of temperature. The stand alone hot tub was a great added bonus. Game room is a great addition as well. Host was very responsive. We had a small leak in the upstairs bathroom sink and the response was immediate. The view of the lake is very nice with egrets and ducks. There is a small hole in the screen and some water damage in the master bathroom under the sink that needs to be fixed. Nothing significant.

It's the small things...

Communication with Nicki was great. Location was good and overall house was as advertised. We were disappointed to see so many little things simply not taken care of. Broken tile, laminate coming off counter in master, lights out above stove, Broken skimmer for pool, Broken lunge chair, Hot Tube didn't work the entire time we were there. Maintenance out twice, Pool company out twice, we never had it working while we were there. Please don't miss understand. We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves but it's the small things that matter to us. This house just needs some love and attention. Nicki was great and I'm sure things will get the attention they need.

Wonderful stay!

The house was a perfect fit for our needs! Plenty of bedrooms and each was decorated specifically for the kids and adults which was great! The kids had a great time in the pool after the parks and there was plenty of space on the patio for the adults to relax. This only small hiccup which was immediately communicated by the owner was that we had traveled in our RV and later found out it was not permitted in the development. After a bit of a scramble to find storage, we actually stumbled upon a very nice woman at the gas station who had a connection at the Cracker Barrel just down the street and she called them to ask if we could keep it there for the remainder of the week. So everything worked out! Overall it was a great trip.

We have owned and rented property on Hampton Lakes for nearly 20 years. We live in the UK and are lucky enough visit Florida 5 or 6 times a year. We have spent many years visiting the theme parks, sporting events and outdoor activities Orlando is known for. It has given our family experiences beyond our imagination. Tropical wildlife trips, Helicopter rides, balloon flights, off road vehicle sight seeing adventures and much much more. We have a particular interest in sport, basketball, American football and ice hockey are all easily available, we fit in as much as possible. Then there is the theme parks, water parks and dinner shows. Top this off with our favourite restaurants and its no wonder we wanted a place of our own to relax at the end of a day.

❤️ Location, Location, Location! ❤️

Lakeside Villa offers us flexible accommodation in the beautifully well manicured gardens of Hampton Lakes. It is close to amenities, yet quiet and relaxing for a well earned rest. South facing pool area attracts the sun all day. The tranquil lake view is the icing on the cake.

We loved this community so much that we purchased the villa next door a few years ago, and can now offer holidays/vacations for larger groups.
