Myself Julie and husband David Mooney own this property situated on Milton Bridge Caravan Park, which is a small caravan park which we run. The Studio adjoins the main house, it is compact but nice accommodation for two people.

Ideal for what we needed. Dog friendly. Clean, tidy and warm.
Nice spot, able to walk the dog along the estuary early in the morning. Very close to the castle, also within walking distance. Didn't get a chance to pop into the pub at the entrance to the camp site, their sign did say dogs welcome.
Eggs, bacon, bread & butter was nice touch to have a fry up, thank you.
Out all day but came back to a nice warm cosy place to stay.
Will happily book it again.

Nice little place but could do with a freshen up
The apartment is in a quiet location, with good access to the surrounding areas. The hosts had left bacon, butter, bread & milk, which was a kind thought. There were also towels & toiletries in the bathroom. Whilst the apartment was well-equipped & comfortable, it was not as clean as I would expect from a holiday let, with dust, cobwebs, a dead spider in the shower, & the toilet brush was not at all pleasant.
I was also a bit upset on my arrival when I was told by the host I owed the full amount, when actually I'd already paid the deposit. He was most insistent until I showed him an email proving I had already paid some of the costs. Just glad I had the email.
This was the first time a guest had paid by bank transfer in advance, normally guests pay by card on arrival, my friend looking after the site (as I was away) had not realised, this, my apologies.
Regards the other comments, I have on my return given it a spring clean, although I can not find dust or cobwebs. As readers will see the majority of guests give us 5 stars.
What a charming little flat this is! We enjoyed three days here, and were able to walk around the corner to the local pub for a great meal. The rest of our time staying here we did our own catering, and were very impressed with the goodies that Julie left for us - milk, bread, butter, bacon, eggs, and jam - all the basics, which meant we didn’t have to race out and go shopping. A lovely clean little flat, with easy parking and access, and most pleasant hosts.

Fab studio apartment with everything you need and lovely owners
We have just got back from our stay at this studio apartment and would highly recommend it! Very smart studio apartment with an ample sized kitchen and bedroom for me, my husband and our dog. We arrived to a lovely welcome from Julie and Dave (the owners) and a fabulous care package of bacon, eggs, bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee and the most amazing homemade jam. The small things really do make a big difference and we greatly appreciated this kind welcome. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need and Dave and Julie were very accommodating of our furry companion. Dog friendly walks from the doorstep and beaches at Freshwater East, Manorbier, Saundersfoot and Tenby a short drive away made this an ideal base for our break. Plus plenty of lovely local country pubs and eateries - the closest being literally at the end of the driveway, what more could you want? We already hope to return and could not recommend this fab little hidden gem enough!

lovely quiet location
very friendly home owners. They provided eggs ,bacon,butter,bread,and home made jam, a very nice touch.the accommodation had everything for a lovely break near Tenby .pub at the bottom of the drive and another 20 minutes walk away next to the castle.
Near by beach's of Tenby, Manorbier, Freshwater, Saundersfoot all within a short drive.
Cardiff is our nearest main airport. We are within 5 miles of Pembroke Dock Ferry to Rosslare.
Local bus's run two/three times a day to Pembroke and Tenby, a car is recommended.
Two village shops and pub within walking distance.
The lovely town of Tenby is just 5 miles
Pembroke with its castle is 5 miles.
Carmarthen is approx 30 miles
Carew Castle a short walk away
There is a pub/restaurant at the end of the drive and two more within walking distance. There are numerous country pubs serving good food nearby.
The busy town of nearby Pembroke has all the local amenities you may need, large supermarkets, banks, individual outlets, the castle. Pubs and takeaways
Narberth has many individual shops, upmarket boutiques, deli grocers, as well as a number of restaurants and pubs.
There are many delightful towns, castles and beaches nearby, along with the Pembrokeshire coast line.
