Très agréable, moderne entièrement équipée bungalow duplex situé à la zone centrale de Las Americas - toutes les installations sont sur place.
Complexe est conçu comme un parc agréable et dispose d'une piscine avec terrain de jeu de l'enfant et de l'espace de stationnement à proximité.
Appartement lui-même est distingué, design d'intérieur de haut standing et offre tout ce que vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre temps en sérénité parfaite - une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four mv, réfrigérateur moderne conçu, plusieurs niveaux climatiseur, hydro - douche de massage, sèche-cheveux, un espace barbecue, parasol dans une grande et une journée complète de la terrasse ensoleillée, etc. Tous les draps de lit et les serviettes sont préparés pour arriver jour pour montant exact de personnes qui vivent dans le bungalow.

Todo muy bien.

El alquiler de este alojamiento fue todo muy bien. Nos gusto mucho la urbanización y el trato con Julia muy correcto.

Awful could not stay in it

Julia was great with her communication, very prompt. Unfortunately the photo of the accommodation on your website is certainly not the apartment we were given. When communicating with Julia, I presumed the photo was apartment 18, and messaged her I was happy with it. Unfortunately the apartment was so awful we could not stay, except for the 1st night we arrived. We managed to get another apartment for 4 nights and a hotel for 2 nights, and have the email receipts to prove it. Yes it was a huge inconvenience to pack/ unpack/ move etc, but certainly worth every penny/ cent.

We are very sorry to hear that but I must defend the apartment, it’s not awful at all. We have five apartments on Cortijo complex and all are at a very good standard and very much equal to any other apartment on there. When you arrived you presumed you were in another apartment as number 18 doesn’t have any sun and in your own words “I wouldn’t book 18 as I’ve stayed here many times and I know there isn’t sun” when we went through the messages we proved you asked for number 18, then when you realised it was your mistake you made up a story saying the apartment doesn’t match the photos. Please double check in the future what you are booking.

Perfect quiet safe area

Happy to have a washer as stayed 3 weeks. Owners on hand if any problems. Lovely clean comfortable bungalow.

Lovely property all the mod cons everything you need maybe more bedding? But not a problem

We stayed here for 7 weeks excellent location close to Shops beaches restaurants Pool brilliant lots of sun beds water a bit cold but who cares w still swam in it Communication with Julia excellent no problems whatsoever Would definitely stay here again Marilyn & Ron Stewart

Beautiful bungalow perfect location

We had a truly amazing stay in this well describe self catering home from home bungalow, everything you could want for a reasonable price in a much sort after area. The beach is within a small walking distance as is all you could ever need cafes, restaurants, bars & water parks even doctors should you need them. I would highly recommend having a stay here, we had 3 glorious weeks and would happily stay again!! The owner's communication was fantastic from booking to departing. Great bungalow - more than a positive surprise

After having read the previous reviews, we were prepared for the worst, but...... It was great. Are the previous reviewers reporting on the same bungalow as we stayed in? Modern, stylish decorated interior, beds slept perfect (NASA foam?) / excellent bathroom facilities, everything was super clean, reliable Wifi, new towls, wonderful (daily cleaned) pool, close to boulevard and beaches and still calm and quiet, etc etc. The only tiny minor issue: We enjoued for 100% our stay and, for sure, wothwhile visit again.

A pretty horrendous stay

I will be succinct to explain my rating: 1) tiny 2 additional bedrooms 2) horrendous mattress quality, clearly very worn 3) overused bed linen and towels 4) Dated poorly/cheap furniture 4) The place was very dirty when moved in - yes it was cleaned but badly, with dust still in hard to see places which accumulates here in a matter of hours not days 5) Light bulbs were missing and in spite of us asking these were never replaced 6) Horrendous taxi service with lady not being able to help with luggage and having taking money for return journey never bothered to pick us up 7) There were repairs going on at the time of our stay which surely the owner must have been told about by the neighbours - it was dirty and noisy all days long 8) Very expensive for what it was, felt like a waste of money

Good Location - Accomodation Awful

I stayed at the apartment in from 29/01 - 05/02 The location of the aparment was really good. 5 mins from the beach and bars and restaurants. The apartment on the other hand was pretty bad. The place was not clean. The water wouldn't clear from the shower due to a large hairball so obviously hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for a while. The towels we were suppplied with were old and stained. The bedclothes were also quite old and not nice to sleep in. The shower didn't work properly in the main bathroom and the other was unusable. The furniture was spartan and the throws were rather dirty also. The furniture wasn't comfortable. The compex has locked gates and the key we were given didn't work so we had to enter the complex by the top gate which added a further walk every time we had to leave to go out. We asked for a replacement key that worked on the Friday and was told it would be Tuesday before we could get a new key. The key never appeared or did we get a call back from the owner to explain why. The compex has good facilities but the apartment was very very disappointing.

K9 Apartment

Hola, We just arrived back from Costa Adeje . We arranged it all through Julija very professional and organised she was only a phone call away. We lost the main gate key of the complex and locked ourselves out of the apartment on the last night a bit embarrassing for 4 adults. Thank you!!!! Julija you have the patience of a saint. The apartments on a hill but is situated well, bus stop and 24 hour supermarket just outside the complex. Lots of swimming pools all around. Beach was clean ,we sat in front of the local spar and got supplies for the day plus listened to the radio from the beach hut. We took the bus to Las Americas for 1.40 euros. Las Americas takes about 45 minutes to walk-well worth it thou. breakfast 3 euros, a pint of beer 1.50 Sam Miguel, Aberdeen steak house good value for money. Lots of activities nearby with free pick up . we went go carting 20 euros for 9 laps ....Great night!!. learnt basic Spanish before I went to add spice to the holiday. Fabulous place with magnificent friendly people. Enjoy
