I have been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years in the Los Angeles area. This property is a second home for me as I love to visit Round Rock / Austin. The home can be easily accessed via I-35 and is on the border of Cedar Park & Round Rock. This property is great for me since when I visit on my own, I have everything I might want or need close by. When I want to cook at home there is H.E.B. where I can buy anything I might imagine to cook for dinner. Or if I want to go out for dinner there is more selection of restaurants than one could possibly want. And for fun, I go dancing at downtown Austin on Friday & Saturday nights.

When looking for a second home for myself, I wanted a location that would be in the middle of activities, event venues and employment centers yet a quick drive to downtown Austin. Close to over 30 event rental facilities including the newly completed Rabb House . Round Rock is the sports capital of Texas. There are sports facilities throughout Round Rock where many local, state & national tournaments are held. Almost every weekend there is a tournament at one of Round Rock's sports venues - such as the 8 basketball / volleyball facility located about 1 mile from my home. Also this property is centrally located near employment centers such as Dell World Headquarters, La Frontera Business Park as well as Apple, Electronic Arts, Oracle, eBay, PayPal, Google, GM and more. It is close to shopping including H.E.B. wonderful grocery store, Round Rock Premium Outlets and many more along I-35 and in Cedar Park on FM 1431. Close to the The Domain shopping mall via MoPac where Nordstrom opened their new store in September, 2016 and where Restoration Hardware recently opened their premier Gallery store with over 60,000 square feet on 4 floors. Many of these companies have reserved my home for employee transfers, visiting executives as well as store openings. Restaurants are abound to fit any palate and pocketbook from fast food to fine dining. Entertainment & Recreational venues are all around this property. So whatever one is looking for can be found within a few minutes drive from this property. And downtown Austin is a straight shot on I-35 which is about 20 miles close. When not using my home, I wanted to offer the home to families and companies at a good value.
